Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at the Surya Pamukan department store. This research was conducted on 30 respondents using one type of research, namely explanatory research through distribution of questionnaires, while the data sources were primary and secondary data. In proving the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a multiple linear regression analysis model is used. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of job training which consist of training objectives, training participants, training instructors, training materials and training methods show that simultaneously the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Job training is a whole activity to provide, obtain, improve, and develop work competence, productivity, discipline, attitude and work ethic at a certain skill and expertise level in accordance with the level and qualifications of the position or job. The training program will affect employee performance and the level of employee attainment. Because training will improve employee performance in carrying out their job duties, so that in the end it will increase the quantity and quality of employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the compensation given to Roti Bakar HJ UMKM. Ade so that he can improve the performance of employees and wants to know how the form of compensation for the UMKM Roti Bakar HJ is. Ade and the role of compensation on employee performance. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted at Perum Delta Jati Kota Block B3. No 5 RT/RW 005/013 Adiarsa Timur, East Karawang, Karawang, West Java. The data source used is the primary data source through interviews with previously determined informants. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the owner of Roti Bakar Hj. Ade's company consistently strives to meet the needs of its employees so it is clear that with the help of the tools provided by him, these employees are motivated to work harder and achieve greater success. The conclusion of this study is that the compensation provided by the company will make employees motivated to continue to develop so that their performance within the company also increases and develops.

Abstract

The development of statistics has a role to provide accurate results on work behavior in managing its resources. Work behavior is very important, because it is part of a person's function involved in an action which is a response or reaction to a stimulus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the work behavior of employees when working and serving the Nagasari village community and realigning the vision and mission of employee performance so that they can realize the ideals of Nagasari village. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, in conducting this research using survey techniques (observation or direct field work) and interview techniques, interviews were conducted to obtain problems from a number of informants consisting of 8 Nagasari sub-district employees. The results achieved from this study can improve the work behavior of Nagasari sub-district employees. It can be concluded that the Nagasari sub-district is quite good in work behavior and the employees have carried out work-related obligations. As for things that can be used as input for the Nagasari sub-district office, namely the importance of increasing employee capabilities through an analysis of the work behavior of Nagasari sub-district employees contained in the sub-district program.

Abstract

Penguatan modal sosial petani madu hutan di Desa Mataiyang Kabpaten Sumbawa Barat (KSB) sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Penguatan modal sosial tersebut sangat penting dilakukan karena modal sosial petani madu yang ada masih kurang baik dan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk mengembangkan usaha madu hutan di Desa Mataiyang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi modal sosial petani madu hutan, merancang strategi penguatan modal sosial petani madu hutan di Desa Mataiyang Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial petani madu pada aspek kepercayaan dan norma cukup baik dan aspek jaringan masih kurang baik terutama jaringan kerjasama dengan pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan. Strategi yang berhasil dirancang adalah penguatan kepercayaan para petani dengan pihak lainnya, memperkuat norma dalam berburu dan mengembangkan madu hutan, dan memperkuat jaringan kerjasama dengan lembaga lainnya terutama pemerintah dan dengan lembaga keuangan.

Abstract

Writing this research aims to examine the role of social media in the management of knowledge or knowledge management. We use a literature review by applying a tool available in the literature review called PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis). PRISMA consists of a number of items that must be considered and reported in a literature review, from the planning stage to the presentation of results. The results of the research we have done show that knowledge management has an important function in managing knowledge in an organization. With the existence of facilities for sharing, interacting, broad access to knowledge, collaboration facilities, offering sophisticated search tools on social media which when used optimally can help an organization to manage knowledge. Overall, social media has both positive and negative impacts so its use must be exercised with caution in terms of privacy, information security and ethics. Thus, this study aims to conduct a comprehensive literature review on the role of social media in knowledge management.

Abstract

The development of today's business ventures requires consumers to be smart, careful, efficient and effective in choosing the desired product. With that attitude, consumers will not be disappointed with what products they have purchased. Requirements that must be met by a company to be successful in competition is trying to achieve goals by maintaining and increasing customers. Pintu Rizki Building Store is a business engaged in the retail sector of building materials, located on Jln. Gempol, Tanjungpura, Karawang. This business was founded in 2010 and currently has 8 employees. The activities carried out by this shop are providing and serving the needs of consumers in shopping for building materials. The method used in this article is observation, it aims to find out about consumer decision making in the context of purchasing at Pintu Rizki's building store. This observation also provides insight into the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in shopping at Pintu Rizki stores. The results of this article show that consumers tend to buy products that are of high quality and have affordable prices. In addition, consumers also consider factors such as store reputation, product availability, and services provided by the store.

Abstract

This research is to find out to what extent the Duties and Responsibilities of the Criminal Investigation Unit in Improving the Performance of Criminal Investigations at the Karawang City Police. This study uses an observative approach. The population in this study is to solve the problem of the ability of the personnel themselves, it is still found that investigators do not yet have SKACP certificates (investigator competency certificates). Observative method by proving into place directly. The results of this study indicate that there is a lack of ability of Criminal Investigation personnel in investigations, so training must be given so that their work results are maximized. The results show that many agree that holding training for investigators in members of the Criminal Investigation Unit has a positive influence on the duties and responsibilities of the Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

Our purpose is to conduct an industrial visit to KR Vape Karawang to find out about the use of social media by KR Vape Karawang to promote its business ventures. The method we use is descriptive and observative by collecting some of the data we got from KR Vape and interviewing several questions about social media conducted by KR Vape Karawang. The results of the visit that we know from KR Vape by using Instagram as a platform for utilization (social media) by sharing several product posters and video advertisements. In this way, KR Vape can promote its products more effectively and efficiently without having to waste time and spend excess funds on marketing their business (digital marketing). The discussion we are conducting is contextual which is more directed at how KR Vape markets most of its products on social media (Instagram).

Abstract

Until now, Chatime has been able to maintain its existence and even become a Top Brand for five consecutive years among other drinks that have existed longer than Chatime. This study uses a quantitative method that is influential, namely to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction on employee performance at chattime outlets in the city of Karawang. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling with a sample of 30 people. By using multiple analysis and hypothesis testing by providing a questionnaire given to consumers. Based on the results of research conducted that Employee Performance has a positive and significant effect on Chattime Consumer Satisfaction in the city of Karawang. This can be proven by the value of T Count (7.107) > T- Table (2.051) and then the coefficient of determination from the results of the hypothesis test, obtained R-Square 0.643 which explains 64.3% Consumer Satisfaction and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research This. Based on the results of these studies, the authors can conclude that the hypothesis approved by the research is accepted

Abstract

The effectiveness of the implementation of business travel procedures is very important to ensure that every business trip undertaken by employees can be carried out efficiently and on target. This involves several aspects that need attention, including submitting travel requests, determining routes and schedules, using budgets, and reporting trip results. Effective business travel procedures can help companies or organizations save on travel costs, reduce the risk of errors or mistakes, and increase the productivity of employees who travel on business. On the other hand, ineffective business travel procedures can lead to financial loss, employee dissatisfaction and legal problems. To increase the effectiveness of the implementation of official travel procedures, companies or organizations must have a clear and integrated system to manage each stage of the business travel process. This can include using applications or software that can facilitate the submission of travel requests, determining routes and schedules, managing budgets, and reporting trip results. In addition, the company or organization must also have clear operational standards to regulate every aspect related to official travel, including applicable rules and regulations, time and budget limits, and actions to be taken if problems occur during the trip. Thus, the effectiveness of implementing business travel procedures can assist companies or organizations in achieving their business goals, increasing efficiency, and improving the performance of employees who travel on business.
