Abstract

Lalu lintas yang padat menjadi masalah utama di kota-kota besar, menyebabkan kemacetan, peningkatan waktu tempuh, dan penurunan efisiensi sistem transportasi. Salah satu solusi yang banyak dipertimbangkan adalah penggunaan rambu lalu lintas interaktif yang dapat merespons kondisi lalu lintas secara dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan model mikroskopik VISSIM dalam simulasi aliran lalu lintas untuk mengoptimalkan rambu lalu lintas interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen berbasis simulasi dengan perangkat lunak VISSIM untuk memodelkan berbagai skenario pengaturan rambu lalu lintas adaptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui simulasi dengan pengaturan rambu yang dapat disesuaikan berdasarkan volume dan kondisi lalu lintas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan rambu lalu lintas interaktif mampu mengurangi kepadatan lalu lintas sebesar 18%, mempercepat waktu tempuh hingga 15%, dan meningkatkan kapasitas jalan hingga 22%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi adaptif dapat meningkatkan efisiensi aliran lalu lintas dan mengurangi kemacetan di jalan-jalan urban yang padat. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan penting untuk pengembangan kebijakan transportasi berbasis data simulasi untuk merancang sistem pengaturan lalu lintas yang lebih efisien dan responsif.

Abstract

Cyberbullying di Indonesia telah menjadi isu serius seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan masyarakat, terutama remaja. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) tahun 2020, sebanyak 49% pengguna internet di Indonesia pernah mengalami perundungan daring. Sementara itu, survei UNICEF dan KPAI menunjukkan bahwa 45% remaja Indonesia mengaku pernah menjadi korban cyberbullying. Jenis-jenis perundungan yang paling sering terjadi meliputi body shaming, ujaran kebencian, penyebaran hoaks, peretasan akun, dan ancaman secara daring. Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan mental korban, seperti depresi dan kecemasan, tetapi juga memengaruhi prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, bahkan memicu keinginan bunuh diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tingkat prevalensi cyberbullying di Indonesia, jenis-jenis perundungan yang dominan, serta dampaknya terhadap korban. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data sekunder dari laporan Kominfo, UNICEF, dan KPAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cyberbullying telah menjangkau hampir separuh pengguna internet Indonesia, dengan remaja sebagai kelompok paling rentan. Perlindungan hukum terhadap korban sebenarnya telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE), jo. UU No. 19 Tahun 2016, khususnya Pasal 27 ayat (3) dan Pasal 45 ayat (3), yang mengatur sanksi pidana hingga 4 tahun penjara atau denda maksimal Rp750 juta. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya edukasi digital dan pene.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku merupakan aspek krusial dalam operasional bisnis kuliner, termasuk pada Cafe Sci Coffee yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Ketidaksesuaian antara permintaan dan ketersediaan stok seringkali menimbulkan kendala dalam pelayanan dan efisiensi operasional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mengelola persediaan dan penjualan bahan secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan model Waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Sistem yang dirancang juga dilengkapi fitur Point of Sale (POS) untuk membantu dalam prediksi kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data penjualan sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mencatat dan memantau persediaan bahan secara real-time, mengurangi risiko kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, serta memudahkan proses penjualan. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai harapan, meskipun sistem masih bersifat lokal dan hanya dapat diakses oleh admin.

Abstract

Dewi Sartika Street in Palu is home to two major schools SMP Negeri 6 and SMA Negeri 3 which face increasing safety risks due to high vehicle speeds in school zones. To address this, the government proposes the implementation of School Safety Zones (ZoSS), a time-based speed control program designed to minimize traffic accidents by limiting vehicle speed and improving pedestrian safety. This study aims to assess the necessity of ZoSS facilities in the area surrounding the two schools by analyzing pedestrian and escort behavior, vehicle speed, and infrastructure needs. The research method follows the Regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation No: SK.3236/AJ.403/DRJD/2006 and utilizes a normal distribution statistical approach (Z-test) to compare actual field data with national safety standards. The findings reveal that current conditions on Dewi Sartika Street are unsafe for school children, particularly in terms of crossing behavior and vehicle speed. Consequently, the implementation of a School Safety Zone is deemed necessary. The recommended ZoSS design is a 2/2UD-25 configuration with a 2-lane undivided road (2/2-TT), a stopping sight distance of 50–85 meters, a maximum speed of 25 km/h, and a zone length of 150 meters. Essential facilities include school zone markings, zebra crossings, traffic signs, yellow zigzag lines, pedestrian guides, rumble strips, pelican crossing signals, and sidewalks. This study confirms the urgent need for targeted safety infrastructure to reduce accident risk and protect students in urban school areas.

Abstract

Improvement of train services will always develop along with the development of passenger demand. Likewise in the case of Arjonegoro Train as one of the mainstay urban trains in East Java. The development of local trains, especially Arjonegoro Train, triggers the public's desire to get optimal service. The increasing expectations of passengers can be the basis for planning to improve train services. However, every improvement plan also requires a mature budget and cost design so that the plan can be implemented properly. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. 199 respondents were successfully obtained as primary data. This study uses descriptive analysis methods and literature studies in determining the service improvements needed and the cost of improving these services will be estimated. This study will examine the level of passenger satisfaction with 6 service variables to determine what services need to be improved from Arjonegoro Train. The results of the study showed that the service with the highest negative sentiment was in the availability of seats, availability of travel schedules, availability of platforms and availability of canopies. This can be mitigated by improving services in the form of adding 1 Trainset and improving the platform and canopy at the station with an estimated cost requirement for improving the Arjonegoro train service of Rp. 110,373,211,939.

Abstract

The infrastructure problem in Ponorogo Regency is characterised by flooding in urban areas, which is attributable to deficiencies in the drainage system. The regions of Ponorogo City that are most susceptible to flooding include Jl. Pramuka, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto, Jl. Bhayangkara, and Jl. Kbp Duriyat. The findings of the distribution suitability calculations for Ponorogo Rainfall Station over a period of 20 years demonstrate the validity of the calculations performed using the Log Pearson Type III method. Subsequently, the Normality Test was conducted in accordance with the Smirnov-Kolmogorov And Chi-Squared criteria. The Log Pearson Type III Method value was deemed to be acceptable. Consequently, the Log Pearson Type III Method was selected as the rainfall design based on a 10-year return period of 111,6819 mm. The results of the 10-year flood discharge analysis, with rational calculations for Jl. Pramuka Kanan at 0,879 m³/s, Jl. Pramuka Kiri at 0,949 m³/s, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto Kanan at 0,662 m³/s, Jl. Suprapto Kiri at 0,722 m³/s, Jalan Bhayangkara Kanan at 0,520 m³/s, Jalan Bhayangkara Kiri at 0,654 m³/s, Jalan Kbp Duriyat Kanan at 0,574 m³/s, and Jalan Kbp Duriyat Kiri at 0,652 m³/s were observed. The calculation results indicate that the 10-year return period calculation discharge in the existing drainage channel exceeds the capacity, necessitating repairs. The repair was executed using U-Ditch 100 cm×100 cm for Jl. Pramuka Kanan, Jl. Pramuka Kiri, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto Kanan, and Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto Kiri. In addition to the enhancements that have been made by utilising U-Ditch 80 cm×80 cm for Jl. Bhayangkara Kanan, Jl. Bhayangkara Kiri, Jl. KBP Duriyat Kanan and Jl. KBP Duriyat Kiri, further developments are anticipated.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis global menuntut organisasi untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengembangkan produk yang memberikan nilai tambah kepada konsumen. Aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa saat ini membutuhkan dukungan peralatan tulis yang praktis dan efisien untuk meningkatkan produktivitas belajar. Kondisi eksisting menunjukkan minimnya produk Alat Tulis Kantor (ATK) yang didesain khusus sesuai karakteristik dan kebutuhan unik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kebutuhan spesifik mahasiswa terhadap ATK dan merancang konsep produk ATK inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah dalam proses pembelajaran melalui pendekatan inovasi komprehensif. Metode penelitian menggunakan mixed method dengan pendekatan eksploratif dan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online menggunakan Google Forms kepada mahasiswa aktif di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat adopsi stabilo mencapai 91% di kalangan mahasiswa dengan preferensi terhadap stabilo 2-3 warna sebesar 64%. Respons 100% positif terhadap konsep inovasi stabilo multi-warna mengindikasikan penerimaan tinggi dengan tiga value proposition utama: efisiensi dan kepraktisan, nilai ekonomis, dan kemudahan penggunaan. Perancangan produk inovasi ATK berupa stabilo multi-warna terbukti dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui integrasi multiple fungsi, customization, dan smart features yang mendukung produktivitas belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

The development and competition in the world of contractors is very tight, for that a real breakthrough is needed in budget efficiency, namely by managing it well. To realize the perfection and optimization of the company is done with three events, namely time management, cost management and material management. In this case, it is focused on material management, how much influence it has on the performance of the implementation of work in the construction of school buildings in Surabaya. This study was conducted on the construction of buildings, especially school buildings, because school buildings are classified as unique, namely in general the design and structure of the building are typical, starting from the first floor and so on, this can be done by saving materials so that spending can be reduced. The following regression conclusions are obtained: Y1 = 1,360+0,187 +0,425 -0,124 +0,402 -0,190 -0,097 , where the constant value is 1.360 and the variables , , have a positive (+) value, meaning that if the variable is carried out, it will have a positive impact of the value inherent in the equation, conversely , , have a negative (-) value, meaning that if the variable is not carried out, it will have a negative impact on performance of the value inherent in the variable. Thus, the value of efficiency obtained in material management against the contract value is 3% to 5% of the contract value. This can be said to be quite large considering the contract value of each project varies, it will not be felt if the contract value is small.

Abstract

Watudiran Village in Sikka Regency is a semi-arid area experiencing limited access to clean water due to the absence of an adequate piped water network. To develop an effective and sustainable clean water pipeline project, various baseline data are needed to support technical planning and guide appropriate investment decisions. This study aims to analyze clean water demand based on projected population growth and domestic water consumption standards. The method involves population projection using a geometric growth model and water demand estimation based on government standards, assuming a daily per capita consumption of 60 liters per person. The analysis covers the period from 2024 to 2039. The results show that the population of Watudiran Village is projected to increase from 1,871 people in 2024 to 2,559 people in 2039. Based on this assumption, the average daily water demand will reach 153,522 liters by the end of the projection period. The peak flow is estimated at 3.56 liters per second, using a peak factor of 2.0. These findings provide a quantitative foundation for designing the village’s clean water distribution system and serve as a key reference for rural infrastructure development planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap pemecatan Shin Tae-yong (STY) sebagai pelatih Tim Nasional Indonesia melalui media sosial X dengan pendekatan klasifikasi teks menggunakan algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes. Sebanyak 3.377 tweet berbahasa Indonesia diproses melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan teks dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori sentimen: positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas sentimen bersifat negatif (~64%), diikuti oleh sentimen positif (~24%) dan netral (~12%). Model klasifikasi dengan representasi TF-IDF (ngram 1-2, maksimal 5.000 fitur) mencapai akurasi 84,37% pada data pelatihan dan 82,54% pada data pengujian, menunjukkan performa yang stabil dengan overfitting minimal. Analisis performa per kelas menghasilkan F1-score 0,89 untuk sentimen negatif, namun lebih rendah untuk sentimen netral (0,65) dan positif (0,68), yang mengindikasikan adanya tantangan dalam membedakan kedua kategori tersebut akibat ketidakseimbangan distribusi data. Analisis WordCloud mengonfirmasi pola leksikal yang berbeda antar kategori sentimen, dengan kata-kata seperti "pecat" dan "tidak" mendominasi sentimen negatif, sementara "dukungan" dan "bangga" muncul pada sentimen positif. Penelitian ini membuktikan efektivitas algoritma Naive Bayes dalam menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap isu olahraga di Indonesia, meskipun terdapat limitasi dalam klasifikasi sentimen netral dan positif yang perlu diatasi dalam penelitian selanjutnya.
