Abstract

Providing business capital assistance is a poverty alleviation program for people who have medium and small businesses. The Office of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAGKOP) of Pidie Regency has one of the work programs, namely providing material and equipment assistance to small and medium industries in Pidie Regency. In order to be more efficient and effective in the process of determining whether or not someone is eligible to receive venture capital assistance, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created for the eligibility of recipients of venture capital assistance in Pidie District using the Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria used as an assessment in determining the eligibility of recipients of business capital assistance are underprivileged conditions, economic conditions, conditions of family dependents, housing conditions, condition of type of business. These criteria are obtained based on the table of the amount of venture capital assistance that has been determined by the Pidie District Government. This system is expected to assist DISPERINDAGKOP in providing business capital assistance to the community according to the resulting criteria. Also to overcome the possibility of data duplication and errors in determining the recipient of venture capital.

Abstract

The increasing of the world energy demand affects energy source, especially in conventional energy will be scarce. Various of expert innovations emerge to exploit alternative energy as an energy source changing conventional energy. However, to produces electric power depend on energy source which is received, such as wind power system can produces electiric power if there is only wind velocity and fuel cell. Hybrid system integrates both of energy sources to increase the system power and reliability. This research simulates wind power system with fuel cell in the hybrid system. This simulation uses system modelling wiht the application of Simulink MATLAB ® R2014b. The system consists of wind power system that works parallel with fuel cell, electrolyzer, storage tube and hydrogen valve controlling the hydrogen flowing system, and also switching system. In this hybrid system, if the wind power system produces electric power exceeding the load of power demands, load will be supplied by wind power system and power that is excessive will be supplied to electrolyzer to be changed into hydrogen. Conversely, if the wind power system can not supply the load demands, fuel cell will produce electricity to minimize the lack of power in the system. Hybrid power system between wind power-PMSG and fuel cell using fuzzy logic controller works good enough so that the stability and continuity of energy is maintained with a percentage 12,5% occured due to transient conditions intermediate between the wind power system and fuel cell and voltage keep.

Abstract

Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) technology today have a significant impact in various aspects of human life. One example is the evolution of robotics that has achieved the ability to follow human movements. To achieve this, AI technology utilizes image recognition through Computer Vision and the Human Pose Estimation method with the help of the BlazePose library, which is able to recognize 33 keypoints in human body poses. Research in this area aims to develop an automatic control system that can be used on inspection carts, enabling them to follow human body movements while walking. The results showed a detection accuracy rate of 84.82% with an optimal detection distance between 4 to 8 meters from the camera, with an average detection accuracy of 89.862%. On the motor control aspect, the system is set to turn off the motor when the distance between the device and the object is in the range of 1-2 meters, and turn it on at a distance of 3-12 meters. However, it is important to note that the accuracy achieved is greatly affected by the color segmentation capabilities of the software, the lighting conditions in the environment, as well as the resolution of the camera used.

Abstract

The energy contained in the flow of water from the tank can be utilized as an additional source of electrical energy, namely by making a Pico Hydro Power Plant (PLTPh). However, the flow of water produced is certainly not strong enough because it only relies on the height of the tank laying, and the water discharge is not too large. So, the energy from sunlight is also utilized simultaneously and becomes a hybrid PV-hydro power plant (PLTH PV-hydro) with the aim of producing more optimal alternative energy. PLTH PV-Hydro is designed using a combination of 10 WP monocrystalline solar panels and two 10W DC generators coupled with turbines. The distance between the water drop point and the generator is designed to be as high as 2 meters and uses a 12 V, 5Ah VRLA battery as an electrical energy storage system. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the water discharge measurement results are 147.82 cm3/s = 147.82 × 10-3 l/s. The total power that PLTH can generate is 5.32 Watts using a 5-watt lamp load, and it can charge the battery within 6 hours.

Abstract

The need for electricity is one of the important things in the advancement of technology and human civilization in all respects. So it is necessary to regulate the use of electrical energy properly. Thus, it is very important for us to regulate the use of electrical energy in terms of power usage by electrical loads. One way is by saving electrical energy. One way to save electrical energy is an energy audit. The audit report is the result of the audit plan which will be processed and analyzed further in energy management (electrical energy regulation). From the results of the energy audit, energy flows will be known which will provide an overview of energy use, so that a strategic plan can be prepared to control energy use better and of course be more energy and cost efficient. One aspect of an energy audit is an audit of lighting energy (lighting in an area), so it is very important for us to control the use of electrical energy loads, in this research the kit only audits electrical energy, from the lighting energy of the Muara Batu sub-district office, North Aceh, so that the use of electrical energy becomes economical. Efficient use of energy can be a solution that will be very profitable in efforts to increase comfort. When an office is able to carry out energy efficiency, it means that the office has benefited from savings in energy consumption costs in a certain period, then from these results there are funds available that can be converted for other needs such as adding facilities or replacing equipment, which will indirectly increase employee comfort or the office.
