Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation ofmarketing at the Sharia Micro Typical Sharia Bank KempekCirebon and marketing strategies used by the Micro WaqfBank in increasing the number of corporate customers. Theresearch method used is a qualitative method. The marketingstrategy used by the Typical Sharia Micro Waqf Bank inKempek Cirebon is to use segmenting, targeting andpositioning. Applying the characteristics of sharia marketingin the form of God, realistic, moral and humanistic. Marketsegments determined by the Micro Islamic Waqf Bank aregeographical segments, demographic segments,psychographic segments, and behavioral segments.Customers at the Micro Islamic Waqf Bank each year haveincreased, which of course this institution continues toincrease turnover. Customers are very interested in theproducts owned by this institution because they have very lowmargins. Islamic Micro Waqf Bank has done a goodmarketing implementation, even has a marketing strategy.The name of the Micro-Islamic Waqf Bank is already greatbecause it carries the name Pondok Pesantren TypicalKempek.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Micro Islamic Waqf Bank,Customers.

Abstract

Various ways are taken by the company in order to survive and develop in its operations process. One of them is related to productivity improvement programs, among others, the first covers the dynamics of organizational structure, the second covers processes in HRM and the third covers the mechanism of HR implementation. The ability or ability refers to an individual's capacity to do various tasks in a job. Islam has provided very clear guidance. Kafa'ah or expertise and skills are obtained through education, training, and experience. Himmatul 'Amal or a high work ethic was achieved by making worship motivation the main driver in addition to reward and punishment motivations as well as material gains. And Trust or trustworthiness and responsibility are obtained by making monotheism as the main driving force and controller of behavior. The purpose of this study is to improve and maintain the quality of individual employee abilities and work performance. One way to maintain and improve individual employee abilities and work performance is to hold intensive job training for employees who have a working period of at least about 1 year. This research is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine a particular population or sample, data collection using research instruments, statistical data analysis, to test the hypotheses that have been set. Based on this research the equation results can be obtained as follows: From the results of the F test that has been done, it can be seen that there is an influence of individual ability and work performance on work productivity at UD Sanija Bakeri Plumbon Cirebon. This is indicated by the calculated F value greater than F table or the significance of F smaller than the alpha value Keywords: Sharia System, Individual Capability, Job Performance

The development of the savings and loan cooperativesystem today needs an increase that can make the system evenbetter and correct according to the rules and laws of theRepublic of Indonesia. Abstract

This research is about "Implementation of PTIndocement's Corporate Social Responsibility in thePerspective of Islamic Economy". The problem is based onthe community who are still having difficulty in gettinginformation about PT Indocement's CSR programs. Thisstudy uses qualitative research, the data sources used aretheoretical and empirical, theoretical data are data derivedfrom manual books that are related to the title of this study.The purpose of this study is to find out how the applicationand what factors are obstacles and how the completion ofCSR PT Indocement. The implementation of PTIndocement's corporate social responsibility in the village ofWest Palimanan still faces several obstacles. Such as thelack of ongoing monitoring, evaluation and motivation to thefostered partners. And the lack of transparency and outreachwith the West Palimanan village government. The factorsthat become obstacles are. Such as the problem in providinginformation to the people who are PT Indocement's CSRguided areas, the lack of communication to the WestPalimanan village government. In terms of channelinginformation to the community PT Indocement must beincreased from all stakeholders. Like the local villagegovernment, organizations and academics to maintain goodcommunication. So that if this happens surely theinformation provided by the company will be conveyed bythe people of West Palimanan Village.Key words: Corporate Social Responsibility, PTIndocement, West Palimanan
