Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence intrinsic motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have on the performance of BKN Jakarta personnel bureau employees. Data management uses validity and reliability tests as well as multiple linear regression and multiple correlation using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results of the analysis of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the equation Y = 4.905 + 0.460 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.218 X3. This shows that intrinsic motivation (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work discipline (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R square) value is 53.3%, this shows that the variables of intrinsic motivation, organizational culture and work discipline contribute 53.3% to the performance of BKN Jakarta personnel bureau employees, while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by variables others not analyzed in this study. The magnitude of this influence shows that intrinsic motivation, organizational culture and work discipline are important elements in improving the performance of BKN Jakarta personnel bureau employees. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style, physical work environment and extrinsic motivation on the performance of PT employees. Mayasari Bakti in Jakarta. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 110 respondents who work at PT. Mayasari Bakti using the multiple linear regression method which was processed using SPSS 17.0 software. From data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, the following regression equation is obtained: Y =5,823+ 0,316X1+0,252X2+0,257X3. Where are the employee performance decision variables (Y), democratic leadership style (X1), physical work environment (X2) and extrinsic motivation (X3). From the model feasibility test, it shows that the three independent variables studied are proven to have a positive effect on the dependent variable together. Through partial hypothesis testing, it can be seen that democratic leadership style, physical work environment and extrinsic motivation are proven to each have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, namely 55.60%, meaning that 55.60% of the dependent variable of employee performance can be explained by the independent variable, namely leadership style. democratic, physical work environment and extrinsic motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.40% is explained by other variables that were not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence incentives, work environment and work discipline have on employee job satisfaction. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 142 employees as respondents at PT, XYZ cakung branch. This study used descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, instrument test, model feasibility test, and t test. The results of this study show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction, resulting from the results of the regression equation model in the Coefficients table Y = 4.307 + 0.246 + 0.241 + 0.202. In the feasibility test of the model, a significant value of 0.000 was obtained, which means that the model is said to be significant and the model is said to be feasible to be used in this study. In the results of the t-test hypothesis value, the sig value on the incentive variable is 0.000, the sig value on the work environment variable is 0.008, and the sig value on work discipline is 0.000. So it can be concluded that partially these three variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance. If the management provides good incentives and creates a comfortable and conducive work environment as well as implementing good discipline in the work environment to stimulate employees to do their jobs better, it will be able to influence employees to do their jobs better. Which will have an impact on achieving common goals

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how much influence democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have on individual employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Pangansari Utama Food Industry East Jakarta. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents at PT. Pangansari Utama Food Industry using the multiple linear regression method which was processed using SPSS 17.0 software. The research results show in partial testing the influence of democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Between Democratic Leadership Style (X1), Intrinsic Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) shows a positive and significant influence. This shows that the three independent variables, namely democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have influenced Y. The determination test result is 0.608, this shows that the variables democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation and work discipline contribute 60.8% to the employees’ performance of PT Pangansari Utama Food Industry. This shows that there are still other factors that account for 39.2% of employee performance. The magnitude of this influence is PT. Pangansari Utama Food Industry East Jakarta must pay more attention to democratic leadership style, intrinsic motivation and work discipline to improve the employees’ performance of PT. Pangansari Utama Food Industry East Jakarta.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of price perception, service quality, and to perception to customer satisfaction of Bluebird taxi service user. Indicators used for price perception include perception of quality, perception of cost, perception of price difference, and reference price. Indicators used for service quality include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Indicators used promotions include promotional frequency, promotional quality, promotion quantity, promotion time, suitability of promotional goals. While the indicators used for customer satisfaction, always buy products/ service, will recommend to others, fulfillment of customer expectations after buying products/ services. The sample in this research are 100 people. The sampling technique in the research of collecting the sample method randomly using questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method through perception level and inferential method using IBM SPSS 17 program. Linear regression equation that answer the influence of price, service quality, and promotion to customer satisfaction is Y = 1.622 + 195 X1 + 0.405 X2 + 0.251 X3. The results showed that the perception of price, service quality, and promotion directly have a positive and real effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how big it is influence compensation, style leadership transactional, motivation And work discipline on employee performance in the fire and rescue department. The data source in this research is primary data and the type of data used is quantitative data by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the fire and rescue department. Deep data testing study This use method analysis descriptive And analysis inferential. The research results show that in partial compensation testing, transactional leadership style, motivation and work discipline influence employee performance. Between compensation (X 1 ), transactional leadership style (X 2 ), motivation (X 3 ) and work discipline (X 4 ) show that they have a positive and significant effect. Based on processing data with use analysis regression multiple linear obtained results equality regression as following Y = 10,108 + 0.368 X 1 + 0.108 X 2 + 0.127 X 3 + 0.124 X 4 . Results study This showing that compensation (X 1 ) have influence positive And significant to performance employee (Y), transactional leadership style (X 2 ) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), motivation (X 3 ) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X 4 ) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). The fire and rescue department needs to evaluate and improve compensation, transactional leadership style, motivation and work discipline already exists to improve employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the current ratio, inventory turnover, debt to equity, and company size on profit growth in various sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample in this study were 22 companies for the research period of 2015-2017, with the sampling method used purposive sampling. The test used in this study is the classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression is used as an analysis tool and to test the hypothesis used t-test, f-test and R² test. The linear regression equation answers Y = -60.03827 + 23.127291X1 + 9.931366X2 + 7.706515X3 - 2.907177X4. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Current ratio on earnings growth, indicating that poor company liquidity will affect the decline in the value of profits in various sub-industry companies. Inventory Turnover has a positive and significant effect indicating the effectiveness of inventory turnover to increase profit growth in various sub-industry companies. Debt to Equity and company size have no effect on profit growth in various industrial Sub companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and advertising on the purchasing decisions of Honda Mobilio in South Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the population in this study are users of Honda Mobilio in South Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and quota sampling. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents with the criteria of Honda Mobilio car consumers who had bought and used for at least 1 year. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires which were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Science software (SPSS 23.0). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product Quality Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). (2) Brand Image Variables (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y). (3) Advertising (X3) Variables (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how strong the influence of Compensation, Communication Effectiveness, and Promotion on Employee Performance partially, this research was conducted at PT. Globalindo Artistic Creations, Bekasi. This study was conducted using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, a population of 140 employees with a sample of 104 respondents. Management of analytical data using validity and reliability tests as well as regression and correlation tests using SPSS 20. Based on the results of the study, multiple regression equations Y = 1.034 + 0.233 X1 + 0.250 X2 + 0.492 X3 + e The results showed that Compensation (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y), Communication Effectiveness (X2) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y) and Promotion Against (X3) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y). The result of the correlation between Compensation, Communication Effectiveness, and Promotion on employee performance (Y). And the results of the F Test of Compensation, Communication Effectiveness, and Promotion together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance
