Abstract

Menanggulangi ancaman keamanan informasi nasabah, bank telah berperan dengan menerapkan prinsip kepercayaan dan prinsip kerahasiaan yang diwujudkan melalui pengamanan teknologi informasi yang kuat serta pemberdayaan SDM yang baik. Keamanan bank yang sulit ditembus ini membuat pelaku kejahatan siber beralih menggunakan teknik social engineering yang menargetkan nasabah bank. Teknik yang juga disebut dengan human hacking ini menjadi salah satu ancaman keamanan informasi dalam sektor perbankan yang patut diwaspadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan informasi nasabah perbankan melalui edukasi bahaya social engineering menggunakan media belajar Quizizz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan awareness pada kelompok kontrol dari 33% (poor) menjadi 63,2% (average) dan pada kelompok eksperimen dari 22,3% (poor) menjadi 66,8% (average). Penggunaan media belajar Quizizz efektif membantu kelompok eksperimen memperoleh peningkatan nilai yang signifikan dengan melihat gain score antar kelompok, serta dibuktikan secara statistik melalui uji independent sample t-test.

Abstract

Developments in information and communication technology which are increasing rapidly, it is also required to improve the quality of security. The increase of internet usage has led to high number of intrusions or attacks that exploit weaknesses in internet protocols, operating systems and application software. Due to the high number of attacks, information technology security is an important thing to consider in an organization or individual. One solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to monitor network security. One of the implementations of network security monitoring is the implementation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The purpose of this research was to design a Snort-based network security monitoring system as a tool for implementing IDS to detect attacks by sending notifications via Telegram Bot which is integrated with the server owned by Unit Sumber Daya Informasi Universitas Udayana using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. Based on the configuration results of research conducted on the Unit Sumber Daya Informasi Universitas Udayana server, there was the lowest data on May 16, 2023 with 64,418 data and the highest data on April 04, 2023 with 261,672 data and 2 Nmap Scan attack data as the lowest type of attack and 13,703 DDoS attack data as the highest type of attack.

Abstract

The EHS Department is one of the departments in PT United Tractors. The task of the EHS Department is to support the performance of employees working at PT United Tractors. One form of support provided by this department is health services for employees. To provide the best experience in supporting employee performance activities, the EHS Department has an idea to create a platform that is able to handle all activities to support employees in terms of health. The program is named "Hi Doctor". This program will later have features that make it easier for employees to access of health services at PT United Tractors. The stages of working on this application begin with designing UI / UX Design, this task was carried out by the author and his team during the internship. The method used in the UI/UX Design work is Design Thinking, Design Thinking is used as a method in designing the "Hi Doctor" application design. The Design Thinking method is a human-centered approach to solving problems and bringing about new innovations. The results of this study are application prototypes with UI/UX designs that have been developed and adapted to the problems and needs found. The use of the Design Thinking method will present a solution that meets the needs and can solve user problems when using the "Hi Doctor" application.

Abstract

Banjir adalah bencana alam yang terjadi ketika volume air melebihi kapasitas sungai atau sistem aliran air. Salah satu cara untuk menentukan apakah volume air masih dapat diakomodasi adalah dengan mengukur ketinggian air. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode Image Processing untuk mengukur ketinggian air yang bekerja dengan mengukur jarak antara pelampung dengan kamera. Deteksi pelampung dilakukan menggunakan Algoritma Hough Circle Transform, dan pengukuran jarak menggunakan Persamaan Segitiga. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Hough Circle Transform dapat mendeteksi pelampung dengan diameter 38 mm pada jarak minimum 10 cm dan jarak maksimum 60 cm. Pengukuran ketinggian air menggunakan Persamaan Segitiga menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat (0,999) antara jarak yang diukur dan jarak sebenarnya

Abstract

Tempat parkir dan sistem pengaturannya sangat penting dalam penyediaan layanan di fasilitas umum. Sistem parkir yang efisien meningkatkan kenyamanan penggunaan fasilitas umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem smart gate pada parkir sepeda motor menggunakan sensor ultrasonik dan kamera guna meningkatkan keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kemudahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, yang detail dan terstruktur karena setiap tahap harus diselesaikan sepenuhnya sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya. Alat yang digunakan meliputi ESP32, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, motor driver L298N, motor DC, ESP32-CAM, dan power supply 12V. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem smart gate yang mampu memonitor jumlah motor masuk, keluar, dan yang ada di area parkir, serta menangkap gambar pengendara motor yang keluar untuk meningkatkan keamanan, dengan hasil gambar disimpan di dashboard website.

Abstract

The main objective of initiating a business is to achieve maximum profit. To attain this goal, a company must be capable of utilizing existing technology to compete and cultivate a loyal customer base. Villa Gangga is a family-oriented accommodation business located in the Ababi Village, Abang District, Karangasem Regency, Bali. The business has been running for 15 years, relying on a conventional CRM system that only uses manual record-keeping and workflow design. However, this system is susceptible to human errors and other issues. Therefore, in this study, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation was carried out using the Low Code development platform named Zoho Creator to enhance customer satisfaction by improving the relationship between buyers and sellers and addressing customer complaints. The research results indicate that the CRM implementation at Villa Gangga has enhanced business performance. Consequently, the implementation of CRM using Zoho Creator at Villa Gangga is highly recommended for entrepreneurs in the tourism industry seeking to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Business people are required to be able to keep up with the increasingly dynamic times. Business people must have the right strategy to be able to compete with competitors so that the business they run continues to generate profits. From the existing sales transaction data, it can be used for decision making for business people in developing a good strategy in developing their business. By using data mining with the Association Rules method can be used to analyze existing sales patterns. In this test, the author uses the Apriori Algorithm to analyze the market basket analysis to find out the correlation between product purchases and products that are often purchased by consumers. From the analysis of the a priori algorithm, it produces frequent items that meet the minimum values ??of support and confidence. The result of this test is to provide product recommendations to consumers based on interrelated items and as a reference in product promotion to support decisions in developing good strategies in their business.

The research results provide architectural design of service applications and demonstrate IT creationRoadmap which becomes a recommendation based on the company architecture objectives that have been set.
