<![CDATA[The pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. In this case the pharmacist is responsible for creating good service quality according to consumer expectations and satisfaction with services. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers. They will tend to make repeat purchases and become product promoters, which in turn will increase the pharmacy's revenue. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literature and how to analyze the quality of franchise pharmacy services on customer quality. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review, namely the analysis of pharmacy quality on customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service quality, price, emotional factors and cost easiness. It was concluded that after being analyzed from various theories and literature, customer satisfaction is one indicator that is widely used in measuring the service quality of a product, both goods and services. Service quality can also affect customer loyalty directly and affect customer loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of pharmacy services. For pharmacies that provide pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve service quality standards. One important aspect that needs to be considered to maintain the consistency of pharmaceutical services is to maintain the attributes of each dimension of service quality provided to customers. Customers will be satisfied if their needs are met according to their expectations. In addition, it is also necessary to evaluate each service activity.]]>

<![CDATA[Adolescence is a critical and vulnerable period. In adolescents personality and individual character begins to form. One of the stages of adolescence is late adolescence which experiences many changes such as interest in the opposite sex, falling in love, and the development of reproductive organs. Interest in getting to know each other is natural, but if it crosses a line, such as having premarital sex, it is very contrary to the religion and culture of the Indonesian people. Free sex is sexual relations outside of marriage, which is still a serious problem for today's youth. research to describe adolescents' knowledge about free sex at the Muhamadiyah Morotai Middle School, Morotai Regency with respondents from the Muhamadiyah Morotai Middle School students in 2020. Research method, this research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to describe adolescents' knowledge about free sex. In conclusion, this study concluded that respondents with good knowledge were 75% with correct answers or good knowledge and 25% had sufficient and insufficient knowledge. Suggestions, it is suggested to schools to conduct more health education to students about free sex behavior to avoid the impact of infectious diseases and other reproductive health problems]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem of substance abuse has made all countries in the world worried. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime noted that at least 271 million people worldwide or 5.5% had consumed substances in 2017. The dangers of substance abuse in users have an impact on biological, psychological and social aspects. These various adverse impacts will certainly have an impact on psychological conditions and a decrease in self-esteem, which in turn can lead to a decrease in quality of life. Community therapy is a treatment that uses a psychosocial approach, a community of addicts who help each other to recover and keep quitting substances. Implementation of drug rehabilitation with community therapy methods can improve psychopathology, self-image and quality of life.]]>

<![CDATA[Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an important systemic autoimmune disease. Women are ten times more at risk of developing LES than men. The etiology of SLE is not fully understood and the pathophysiology involves genetic, immunological, endocrine and environmental factors. SLE is a chronic disease with periods of remission and relapse, so it requires different management and a long time. Medication adherence is required so that treatment goals can be achieved. Medication adherence rates in people with lupus have been reported from various studies to be 31.7-45.9%. Non-adherence to treatment for SLE causes an increase in visits to the emergency department and also hospitalization. There are two kinds of factors that influence medication adherence, intentional non-adherence and non-intentional non-adherence. Efforts are needed to improve and increase medication adherence by considering these both factors.]]>

<![CDATA[Helminthiasis infection is one of the diseases that still occurs in the surrounding community. One type of helminthiasis disease that results in infection is the STH worm. Nutritional status problems are commonly encountered in various provinces of Indonesia which results in the quality of oneself for the future will be affected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between helminthiasis infections and nutritional status in toddlers based on anthropometric measurements using weight and height indices. The type of research used is descriptive with a Cross sectional research design. Data that has been collected from 62 patients was described to link STH infection with Nutritional Status in Toddlers. The results of the study stated that there was no relationship between Soil Transmitted Helminth infection and gisi status in toddlers in Tesabela Village, West Kupang District with chis-quare test results, obtained a value of P=0.953 (P>a0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[Pregnancy is a physiological process that occurs due to the process of growth and development of a fetus. During the development of pregnancy there will be physical and mental changes. One of the physical changes that occur during pregnancy is pregnant women experience complaints of back pain, especially in III trimester. Efforts to reduce back pain in third trimester pregnant women are using prenatal yoga. This case study purpose to determine the effect of applying prenatal yoga on back pain in III trimester pregnant women. The method in this study is a case study on clients of III trimester pregnant women. Patients were measured with OPQRSUV and used NRS instrument to determine pain scale before and after prenatal yoga intervention. The intervention was carried out for 3 days with 15-30 minutes every session. The results of this case study showed that prenatal yoga intervention in pregnant women can reduce the level of back pain from scale 4 to scale 2 within 3 days intervention. The implication of this case study is prenatal yoga which consists of 6 effective movements to help reduce the scale of pain in III trimester pregnant women because it can relax the body of pregnant women.]]>

<![CDATA[Background- Elderly is a transitional period in which a person experiences a decrease in the body's abilities physically and psychologically. One of changes that occurred significantly was the psychological condition of anxiety. Progressive muscle relaxation therapy can prevent anxiety by regulating the parasympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamus to increase positive attitudes so that stressor activation in the hypothalamus is minimized. Purpose: This case study aims to determine the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation therapy in reducing anxiety in the elderly. Method: This study used a method in the form of a case study on one patient. Previously, the patient's anxiety level was measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale questionnaire and then given progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention for 7 days on a regular basis and then observed on the 4th and 7th day to assess the effectiveness of the intervention. Results: The results of the study showed that after therapy, the anxiety level of the elderly decreased from moderate anxiety (score 24) to mild anxiety (score 16) within 7 days of the intervention. Conclusion: There is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on the level of anxiety in elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[UUD 1945 that the government must provide a sense of well-being and health to all members of society, this is implemented in the National Health Insurance implemented by the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS). FKTP is at the forefront of providing health services in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the national health insurance referral system at FKTP. The research design used in this study was a literature review using Google scholar to search for previous related articles. The related article criteria used were those published from 2017-2023 and collected as many as 6 journals. Based on the six journals, the results show that the National Health Insurance Referral system at First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) has been running well in the community even though in its implementation there are still deficiencies in FKTP.]]>

<![CDATA[Leprosy infectious disease can cause peripheral nerve disorders and skin disorders. The problem in question is not only from a medical point of view but extends to the social, namely leprosy sufferers can be ostracized or shunned by society. So important is the role of the family in providing support for leprosy sufferers to achieve recovery through adherence to taking medication. The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in leprosy patients. The research design used a literature review conducted on a data base including Google Schoolar, PubMed, and Spinger. Article analysis found 16,776 but only 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of journal analysis showed that for each of the 10 articles, it was found that in 7 articles there was a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in leprosy patients. In addition, the other 4 articles said that the family plays an important role in providing support, encouragement, and motivation for family members who have leprosy to adhere to treatment. One of the factors that can increase treatment adherence in patients with chronic diseases is good family support.]]>
