Abstract

Parenting or parenting is a relationship between parents and children who are close and share effective parenting models. Technological advances in the era of globalization have greatly influenced the parenting process which is no longer limited to local culture. Various problems arise related to parenting and communication between parents and children. Interpersonal communication is communication carried out in two directions individually or in groups which elicits responses from both. This research aims to describe the application of digital parenting concepts by parents to children aged 2 -5 years in RT005/RW 007 Gunung Anyar Emas Housing Complex and determine the role of digital parenting in interpersonal communication between parents and children aged 2 -5 years. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The subjects studied were parents and children aged 2-5 years, totaling 5 people who implemented digital parenting. The research results showed that the application of the digital parenting concept includes: 1) implementing rules and agreements in using gadgets; 2) guiding and accompanying children; 3) use child mode as parental control; 4) balance children's play time. In this way, interpersonal communication between parents and children develops as expected. This means that children's use of gadgets does not have a negative effect. This cannot be separated from the role of parents in caring for children digitally.

Abstract

Social media has become an important communication and information transfer platform in the current era of digitalization. Despite providing many great benefits in terms of relationships and access to information, the unethical use of communicative language and lack of understanding of ethical values ​​on social media has created a significant ethical crisis. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. This research method uses the library research method, namely by collecting data or scientific papers which are intended as research objects by collecting data of a library nature. The data collection technique used is literature data collection relating to the influence of social media on morals and ethics in the appreciation of human values. The data obtained can be used to find out and improve people's morals and ethics in using social media to be wiser. The analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively, namely by describing systematically, in detail and comprehensively the influence of social media on ethics and morals in the appreciation of human values ​​which has an impact on the decline in human values ​​such as empathy, mindfulness and attention to other people.

Abstract

This research examines the application of religious tolerance values in student organizations at the University of Jember (UNEJ) from a development sociology perspective. Student organizations, as part of the academic community, play an important role in shaping the attitudes and behaviors of their members. In the context of Indonesian diversity, the application of religious tolerance values among students is very important to support inclusive and sustainable social development. Through a qualitative approach with case studies on several student organizations at UNEJ, this research found that religious tolerance is influenced by factors such as organizational policy, leadership, interaction between members, and the campus social environment.

Abstract

This study explores the juridical analysis of victims of robbery accompanied by violence. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the victims experienced significant psychological, physical and economic impacts, especially in the city of Batam. In the scarcity of laws in Indonesia, it is necessary to protect victims of robbery and violence based on laws and regulations that adhere to the rights of victims and the obligations of law enforcement. in providing effective protection to victims, including access to legal forms of rehabilitation and social tolerance. This journal provides insight for practical legal policy makers and law enforcement agencies in efforts to protect victims.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era is a new era that is a development of the 4.0 revolution era. This new era has positive and negative impacts with all the shopistication of digital technology. In an effort to minimize the negative impact of Society 5.0 Era, one of the things that can be done is to foster and strengthen the character of the younger generation through Pancasila and Citizhenship Education. This will help the younger generation to face technological advances armed with a sense of nationalism and Pancasila values. In this case, the role of parents and teachers is very important in shaping the character of the younger generation, in this case, students in elementary school. By using a good method, it will make the delivery to students easier to understand and implement.

Abstract

A country relies heavily on its civic education. Education makes countries progress and develop. Technological advances can have a positive or negative impact on education. There are benefits to using technology today, such as the pandemic, because lessons are conducted online. However, the negative effect is that it makes the younger generation addicted to technology. Even the era of society 5.0 can influence children's character. By instilling Pancasila values from an early age, it is hoped that the younger generation will become more aware of the importance of Pancasila for Indonesia. This article was written to determine to what extent and how the younger generation applies the principles of Citizenship Education. Analysis uses a descriptive approach and data is collected from book and journal sources. The research results show that in the last two years, especially in the millennial generation, there has been a lack of implementation of the values of Citizenship Education as strengthening children's character.

Abstract

Nowadays technology is developing increasingly rapidly, nowadays gadgets are not only used by adults, but also used by teenagers and children. Humans are very dependent on gadgets, the use of gadgets has become an important part of life. Gadgets can make it easier to access and reach anything. However, gadget addiction is very vulnerable to children. One of the initial factors causing this could be the child's parents, who are willing to give them a gadget just to make their child calm when they cry. This often happens in everyday life and this is the factor that makes children become dependent on gadgets. And another case that makes children dependent on gadgets is because of online games that children like, such as free fire, mobile legend and pubg games.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced digital era, it is important to build a positive internet culture based on ethics and citizenship in order to increase public awareness in the digital era. Values education and digital citizenship play an important role in shaping responsible and positive online behavior. Through values education, the younger generation can be prepared to become global citizens who are aware of the impact of their online actions. Ethical and responsible behavior in using digital technology is key in creating a safe and positive online environment. By building a responsible digital culture, we can reduce the spread of misinformation, hate speech and harmful content, creating a harmonious digital space for all users. Responsible digital citizenship is increasingly important in today’s digital era as technology has become an integral part of everyday life. With awareness of the importance of digital citizenship, the younger generation can use technology positively and contribute to the progress of the digital era. By building a positive internet culture based on ethics and citizenship, we can create an online environment that is inclusive, safe and responsible for all users.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court (MK) of the Republic of Indonesia plays a vital role in upholding the principles of the rule of law and the protection of human rights (HAM). MK operates through the judicial review mechanism to ensure that laws in force do not contradict the 1945 Constitution. Additionally, MK oversees the legislative process, ensuring transparency and public participation. In human rights protection, MK cancels provisions of laws that violate fundamental rights, with significant decisions related to freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and children's rights. MK also protects economic, social, and cultural rights, ensuring equal access for all citizens. Despite facing challenges such as political pressure and legal complexity, MK maintains its integrity through transparency and accountability. Overall, MK ensures that Indonesia remains a democratic and just state governed by the rule of law.

Abstract

In this article, the role and leadership of women during the Old Testament period is discussed, especially focusing on the figure of Deborah. Although Middle Eastern culture during this period tended to give priority to men, many women played significant roles in history, including Deborah, Esther, and Vashti. As the first female judge in Israel, Deborah had a very important role in leading her nation against the oppression and challenges it faced. Her leadership shows that women are capable of having a strong and effective influence in bringing change to society, and underlines that leadership is not a gender issue, but rather about influence, courage and loyalty to God's will.
