Abstract

Dengan berjalannya sistem di UPK DAPM dalam Pengelolaan Monitoring Event, dirasakan masih banyak kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki, baik dari segi teknis pelaksanaannya maupun pada sistem pengarsipan atau penyimpanan data berita acara yang masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga data berita acara kurang aman dan rentan hilang. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem yang sedang berjalan dan memberikan saran atau usulan yang terbaik agar menjadi kajian untuk masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dimana metode ini dalam pelaksanaannya meliputi data dan menganalisis serta menyelidiki keadaan atau kondisi serta hal-hal lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara dengan objek yang berhubungan langsung dengan masalah yang diteliti, melakukan observasi untuk melihat langsung bagaimana jalannya sistem, serta studi pustaka untuk mencari informasi yang mendukung penelitian. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil penelitian dan analisis yang sedang berjalan sistem masih layak untuk digunakan meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di dalamnya.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business processes through the implementation of appropriate information systems. This study aims to analyze the condition of the information system at the Dodol Picnic Factory using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) method as a basis for formulating information system development strategies. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed using the SWOT matrix to identify internal and external factors affecting the implementation of information systems within the company. The results indicate that the Dodol Picnic Factory possesses strengths in its well-established product quality and extensive industry experience. However, the company still faces weaknesses in the utilization of information technology, which has not yet been optimally integrated. Furthermore, opportunities arising from the advancement of digital technology and the increasing adoption of online marketing can be leveraged to enhance the company's competitiveness, while industry competition and changing market demands represent potential threats that need to be anticipated. Based on the SWOT analysis, the study recommends the development of an integrated information system to support data management, operational activities, marketing, and decision-making processes, thereby improving organizational performance and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Natural Science (IPA) is one of the compulsory subjects taught at the elementary school level. The content of this subject is quite broad and complex, making it often difficult for students to understand and requiring appropriate learning media to support concept comprehension. One of the topics considered complex is the human respiratory system. To help students understand the material more effectively, engaging learning media that suit their characteristics are needed. Elementary school students generally have a strong interest in playing games; therefore, developing game-based learning media is a relevant solution.This study aims to design and develop a learning media in the form of an Android-based educational game application named game edukasi for the Natural Science subject, focusing on the human respiratory system topic. The research employs the Design and Development (DnD) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.The research results show that: (1) the game edukasi educational game application was successfully developed and can be used by both teachers and students in the learning process; (2) the feasibility assessment by media and material experts resulted in a “very feasible” category; and (3) user responses toward the application were in the “very good” category. Therefore, the game edukasi educational game application is considered feasible to be used as a learning medium for the human respiratory system topic in Natural Science learning.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have significantly impacted various businesssectors, including the culinary industry, which is now required to innovate through the use ofweb-based systems. The manual food ordering process often leads to various problems, such aserrors in order recording, long waiting times, and inefficient service. Based on theseconditions, this study aims to design and implement a web-based food ordering system usingthe CodeIgniter 4 framework. In its development, this study used the Prototype method, whichallows users to participate directly in the design process by providing input so that the resultingsystem meets actual needs. The research method used was qualitative, with data collectionthrough interviews, observations, and documentation studies at restaurants. The results of thisstudy indicate that the developed system is able to improve the efficiency of the orderingprocess, speed up service to customers, and simplify admins in managing order and transactiondata. With this system, it is expected that operational processes and service quality in culinarybusinesses can improve significantly.

Abstract

Industri rumahan memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian lokal di Indonesia, namun sebagian besar masih menggunakan pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran untuk industri rumahan Rengginang HK. Entin menggunakan framework Laravel 8 dan database MySQL 8. Tujuan pengembangan sistem ini adalah meningkatkan akurasi, kecepatan, dan transparansi pelaporan keuangan dengan mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi harian. Penelitian menerapkan metode Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Laravel 8 dipilih karena arsitektur modular, keamanan bawaan, serta integrasi basis data yang kuat melalui Eloquent ORM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan penurunan waktu entri transaksi hingga 42 persen, peningkatan konsistensi data, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi berkat antarmuka yang intuitif. Sistem ini tidak hanya mendigitalisasi proses keuangan industri rumahan, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi digital dengan menyediakan laporan real-time yang dapat dicetak untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The The development of information technology has encouraged the education sector to optimize academic data management, including student assignment management. SMAN 19 Garut currently uses a manual system for distributing, collecting, and assessing assignments, which causes inefficiency and difficulties in managing and tracking submissions. This study aims to design a web-based student assignment management information system to assist teachers and students in collecting, grading, and monitoring assignments in real time. The research method used is the Prototype method, which involves communication, quick design, prototype building, evaluation, and implementation. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and responsive web-based interfaces. The results show that the developed prototype system improves the efficiency of task collection, enhances transparency in grading, and facilitates communication between teachers and students. Testing with 25 respondents (teachers and students) yielded a user satisfaction rate of 88%, indicating that the system functions according to user needs.

Abstract

The advancement of machine learning, particularly in time-series analysis, has created significant opportunities for improving the accuracy of stock price prediction. However, the volatile nature of financial markets and the complexity of temporal patterns often hinder the ability of single models to deliver consistent and optimal results. To address these limitations, this study proposes a hybrid approach by integrating three popular algorithms—Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), XGBoost, and LightGBM—through a stacking ensemble method. The dataset used consists of daily stock prices of Apple Inc. (AAPL) for the period 2014–2024, obtained from Yahoo Finance. The research process includes preprocessing, the construction of time-series datasets using windowing techniques, training of single models, and the application of ensemble stacking. Experimental results reveal that LSTM achieved the best performance among the single models, with a MAPE of 3.70% and R² of 0.9204, demonstrating its ability to capture long-term temporal dependencies. In contrast, XGBoost and LightGBM performed poorly in recognizing sequential patterns, resulting in negative R² values. The combination of all three models through stacking ensemble significantly improved prediction accuracy, achieving a MAPE of 2.57% and R² of 0.9693. These findings confirm that integrating LSTM, XGBoost, and LightGBM not only enhances predictive accuracy but also improves model stability, while contributing to the scientific development of hybrid machine learning methods in stock market analysis.

Abstract

Abstract: This internship aims to: (1) develop an employee performance input system that is more accurate and efficient; (2) design an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and database structure to support employee data processing; and (3) build a backend system with role-based authentication and authorization. The scope of the study includes managing individual performance data, which was previously handled manually and prone to input errors. The methods used involve collecting second-quarter performance data, designing the ERD, and developing the backend of the IHSAN POS web application using JavaScript and Express, integrated with PostgreSQL, DBeaver, and Prisma. The results of the development show that the constructed backend system improves the efficiency of the performance evaluation process, enhances data integration, and simplifies digital and structured validation and reporting. In conclusion, the development of this system contributes significantly to improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of employee performance evaluations and supports strategic decision-making related to incentives and career development. Further improvements are recommended in terms of security and automation to make the system more adaptive to organizational needs and technological advancements.
