Abstract

This study aims to test the performance of the K-Means Cluster method with Fuzzy C-Means. The data used is data from the Inclusive Economic Development Index in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2021. The data is sourced from Bappenas. The optimum number of clusters suggested using the Elbow method technique is as many as 4 clusters. By paying attention to the silouhette value the K-Means method is as good as the Fuzzi C-Means. However, the K-Means method is better than the Fuzzy C-Means model when viewed based on the criteria of smaller AIC and BIC values and a larger R 2. The provinces of Papua and West Papua have negative cluster means values for all variables so it is said that it is still lacking for all pillars of the IEDI. On the other hand, the provinces of DI Yogyakarta and DKI Jakarta have positive cluster means values for all variables so that they are said to be good in terms of the economy and opportunities and access but still have high inequality and poverty. Comprehensive and targeted policies are needed so that inclusive economic development in Indonesia can be evenly distributed and increased every year

Abstract

PT Berdikari (Persero) as a State-Owned Animal Husbandry has the task of being a company providing protein food for the community. Currently, the GP farm has started to produce DOC (Day Old Chick) PS (Parent Stock) which is distributed to smallholder breeders and is spread over the island of Java and other areas in Indonesia. throughout Indonesia. In the context of the supply chain, transportation plays an important role because it is very rare for a product to be produced and consumed in the same location. PT Berdikari Persero needs to examine vehicle operating costs to find out shipping rates based on weight and shipping rates based on dimensions referring to the Real Cost / Back Method to Back Cost. The calculation is done by calculating fixed costs which include depreciation costs, licensing and administrative costs, crew salaries, vehicle insurance and capital costs, as well as calculating variable costs which include fuel costs, tire costs, replacement parts costs, vehicle maintenance costs. As a result, PT Berdikari Persero obtained a basic shipping rate based on weight of IDR 3,957/kg and a cost of shipping based on dimensions of IDR 21,761/box, also obtained Fixed Costs and Variable Costs in the amount of IDR 430,863,383/truck/year

Abstract

In the distribution process a company usually has obstacles to the delivery of goods to be sent to retailers, usually the constraints occur in large transportation costs for one distribution, which results in large costs. The right method to solve this problem is Economic Scale and Economic of Distance, due to a decrease in production costs per unit in an enterprise accompanied by an increase in production volume or output. So, the larger the company, the lower the cost of production per unit of product that will be produced as well as for the more goods transported, the smaller the cost per unit I am

Abstract

Abah Herman Catfish Feed House is one of the animal feed distributors in the Bandung City area that distributes catfish feed to the ciganitri and cijambe areas Over the past few years there has been an increase in shipping costs due to an increase in maintenance costs and other costs which has resulted in a decrease in shop profits. Therefore, a way is needed that can reduce the cost of such distribution. One way that can be done is to identify and analyze the factors causing the increase in distribution costs by applying the kaizen concept with the PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Action) stage, which first selects the type of transportation mode that previously used cars to switch to using motorcycles. The process of data processing in solving problems with the PDCA method will be easier to do with the support of the points in the kaizen and cost reduction programs. The result of the evaluation of the implementation of the cost reduction program concept with Kaizen costing PDCA is a decrease in distribution costs by 6.5% after the replacement of transportation modes using 2 vario 150 motorcycles

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a trusted center of excellence in the field of engineering, maintenance, repair and overhoul of gas turbine systems and rotating equipment leading in Southeast Asia. PT dirgantara Indonesia also carries out periodic maintenance that must be carried out by every owner who buys an aircraft at PT Dirgantara Indonesia, one of which is to carry out repairs, maintenance and overhouls on the engine, because engine overhoul repairs must be carried out at PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsi, so they want to research vehicle operational costs (BOK) for the transfer of the engine from PT Dirgantara Indonesia to PT Nusantara Turbin and Propulsion or vice versa. The calculation is carried out by calculating fixed costs per year, calculating variable costs per year and calculating transport costs to get shipping rates based on dimensions and weight. From the calculation of the shipping cost based on dimensions of Rp. 61,824,100 / box and the basic shipping rate based on weight of Rp. 147,905 / kg. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan diperoleh Biaya Tetap dan Biaya Variabel dengan jumlah sebesar Rp 190.228.000/forklift/tahun

Abstract

Shallots (Allium cepa L. Aggregatum group) is a type of plant that is used as a spice in various cuisines of Southeast Asia and the world. This plant is thought to have come from Central Asia and Southeast Asia. The high demand and need for shallots have an impact on this commodity, which provides benefits to be cultivated according to the projection of shallot consumption in 2021 in Indonesia reaching 2.8 to 3.8 kg/capita/year. Low production capacity causes traders to have to bring in from outside the city to outside the province. Based on the survey results, shallot traders in the province of West Java are supplied from the central point of distributors in Central Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether the distribution network requires a distribution center point by considering the clustering of distribution distances. The method used to determine the distribution network is K-Means in cluster division and Center of Gravity in determining distribution points. With this method, it can be concluded that with a total of 4 clusters, the results obtained in cluster 1 there are 2 cities, cluster 2 there are 11 cities/districts, cluster 3 there are 12 cities/districts, cluster 3 there are 12 cities/districts, and cluster 4 there are 2 districts is not recommended to create a new distribution center point in each cluster because, the total costs will be higher. So each cluster will receive shallot distribution from the distribution center point in Central Jakarta

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 affected world economic that have correlation with the fluctuative of child denim fashion industry demand in 2020. The supply of raw materials in the warehouse is closely related to the needs of production process in the textile industry. Shortages or lack of supply of raw material can cause delays in the production process, it will cause the product cannot be delivered to the customer and lost of profit opportunity. Conversely, excessive stock can decrease profit of business because it can increase purchasing cost, ordering cost and holding cost. Optimization (Efficiency) is one of solution to control between demand and raw material balance. The purposes of this study are to find out how to optimize inventory of Economic Order Quantity, how much total cost of inventory per year, and Reorder point for denim 10 oz cotton-non-stretch raw material. The method of this study is simple probabilistic EOQ method. The result of Economic Order Quantity is 11.231 yard/order. Based on calculation, safety stock of denim 10 oz cotton-non-stretch material is 228 yard and re-order point is 1.126 yard

Abstract

Hypothesis testing is a very important part of inferential statistics.  The results of this hypothesis are later used to decide or establish something in planning or in other interests. In everyday life there are often problems that require a decision to find a way out. The decision taken must be right so that the problems experienced can be resolved properly. Because if not, the decision taken will be detrimental. Decision in the sense of a hypothesis that is positive for the decision maker itself needs to be tested whether the hypothesis taken can be beneficial or even detrimental, so that a hypothesis test is needed.  Based on the results of research conducted on sampling distribution, central limit theorem and parameter estimation using simulated data, several things can be concluded as follows: Hypothesis Testing for the Average of One Population, Hypothesis Testing for the Average Difference of Two Populations, Hypothesis Testing for the Proportion of One Population.   In hypothesis testing for the proportion of one population, for n = 10, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.4, for n = 20, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.5, and for n = 30, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.466667. Based on this information, it can be concluded that the proportion of the sample closest to the proportion of the actual population is at the time n = 30, because for n = 30, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.466667, where the value is equal to the value of the proportion of the population.  Hypothesis Testing For the Difference in Proportion of Two Populations.  In hypothesis testing the difference in the proportion of the two populations, for n 1 = 20 and n 2 = 35, the difference in the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.507143, for n 1 = 15 and n 2 = 25, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.426667, and for n 1 = 30 and n 2 = 40, the proportion of sample values less than 10 is 0.711

Abstract

Economic growth is an increase in economic activity in increasing people's income in a country for a certain period which can be measured in the form of indicators of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at the national level and Regional Gross Domestic Product (GRDP) at the regional level. There are several factors suspected of influencing economic growth, including foreign investment, government spending, the percentage of the workforce, and the Human Development Index (IPM). This study aims to model economic growth in Indonesia using a dynamic panel data approach with the FD-GMM and SYS-GMM approaches. The data used in this study comes from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2011 to 2021. The results show that the variables of government spending, foreign investment, labor participation rate, and human development index have a significant influence on growth. economy in Indonesia
