<![CDATA[This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.]]>

The aim of this research is to determine employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya which includes the impact of employee work productivity at CV Griya Alam Mulya, as well as supporting factors that support the achievement of optimal work productivity. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the work productivity of employees at CV Griya Alam Mulya is quite good. Although there are several obstacles that can hinder work, high morale and collaboration between employees helps overcome these obstacles and keep productivity high. This can be seen from the positive impact felt by CV Griya Alam Mulya, and the various factors supporting its work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of production unit employees at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of work motivation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work motivation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[Musholla management must be carried out systematically and correctly, because musholla can not only be used as a place of worship but can also be used as a place of faith-based learning. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.]]>

<![CDATA[KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.]]>

The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that the succession process was carried out with careful planning. Children as potential replacements are guided by their parents from childhood to be ready to continue the family business. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of product quality, brand image and price perception on interest in buying bear brand milk among the people of Kutoarjo Village. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The population in this study was the people of Kutoarjo Village and the sample determined using probability sampling using proportional sampling obtained 317 respondents for people who had never bought Bear brand milk. Then the data was obtained using multiple linear analysis. The results of the research show that product quality (X1), brand image (X2), price perception (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying bear brand milk. Simultaneously product quality, brand image and price perception influence interest in buying bear brand milk. amounting to 33.8%.]]>

<![CDATA[Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to evaluate, develop efficient business strategies, and regularly monitor the relationship between operational costs and profitability.]]>

In this study, it will be discussed how the incoming and outgoing mail management system on Disperindag's foreign trade licensing governance, as well as the obstacles experienced in the process of Disperindag's incoming and outgoing mail governance. this type of research is qualitative research that uses a series of sentences to describe the data. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are in the form of text, images and in the form of sources from books. and information from employees and the head of the Medan Industry and Trade Office. This research uses written data sourced from interviews during college internships, scientific journal books and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling incoming letters includes receiving letters, recording letters, sending letters, and processing letters. While the processing of outgoing letters includes preparing letters, typing letters, signing letters, recording letters, copying letters, and sending letters.]]>
