Abstract

Online transportation is slowly becoming the prima donna in the world of transportation. Especially in the city of Surakarta, Gojek online transportation is ingrained as an online transportation service that performs very well, by providing services using online transportation applying costs that can be said to be cheap, prioritizing customer convenience, cashback and discounts for users. So, from that assessment, new customers will be able to judge by themselves so that it has an impact on feeling safe and calm when choosing online transportation. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of work environment variables and work motivation variables on driver performance. This research method uses quantitative. The results of this study, work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on performance variables and work motivation partially have a positive and significant influence on performance variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of product completeness on consumer buying interest, the effect of service on consumer buying interest and the effect of store location on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura. The method used is a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis using a Likert scale in the SPSS version 26 software application. The results of the study conclude that the product completeness variable simultaneously influences consumer buying interest, service variables have a positive effect on consumer buying interest and store location. has a positive effect on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura Store so that these three variables most influence consumer repurchase intention for products sold at Bukupena Kartasura Store

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BumDes, are business entities whose capital is wholly or substantially owned by the village through direct participation originating from separated village assets to manage assets, services and other businesses for the greatest possible welfare of the village community. BumDes management is fully carried out by the village community, namely from the village, by the village, and for the village. The program carried out by the BumDes in Laturake Village is the processing of Lawang Oil and Damar from the trees (resin trees and mace trees) owned by the community by buying them from the Bumdes and then processing them and then selling them back. This objective is to determine the development of the village's economic potential through the management of village-owned enterprises (BumDes) in Laturake Village, Taniwel District, West Seram. This research is a type of field research research and the population as well as the sample in this study are the Village Head, Head of Bumdes, BumDes Members, Village Community. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis method using inductive thinking. The results showed that the management of BumDesa in Laturake Village, Taniwel District, West Seram Regency had quite a positive impact on the Laturake village community. BumDes had made a good effort to see, observe and consider what potential could and might be developed in this Laturake village, namely by processing the roots of anise trees which have not been touched for recycling

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the transaction process and reporting using the accounting information system at PT. PNM Mekaar. Before the accounting information system was implemented, the transaction process and daily transaction reporting at the Mekaar office were still manual. This research was conducted to find out how the use of accounting information systems on the effectiveness of transaction processes and reporting at PT. PNM Mekaar. The research method used is the research method by direct practice and interviews with reference to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. From the results of research conducted on the use of Accounting Management Information Systems on the Effectiveness of Transaction Processes and Reporting at PT. PNM Mekaar, there are 5 integrated applications consisting of Mekaar Initiation, Mekaar Initiation Back Office, PKM Mobile, PKM Mobile Back Office and Mekaar Integration. The accounting information system that is used is useful and easy to use by users, as the user's willingness is higher which results in increased levels of use, causing system error/down constraints

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the PNMDigi application, price, advertising on customer loyalty at PT. Civil National Capital with customer satisfaction as a modifying factor. The PLS program is used in this study's quantitative method of structural equation modeling (SEM). IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0, as well. The customer of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani serves as the analytical unit. There were 125 responders for the sample. A questionnaire that was sent online was used as the data gathering method. The findings demonstrated that customer satisfaction can operate as a mediator between the PNMDigi application's effect on customer loyalty. at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani

Abstract

This study expects to decide the impact of remuneration, work discipline, and work wellbeing factors on representative execution at PT. Megah Slope Duren Sawit, either or at the same time. Information assortment was done by appropriating surveys, research conducted on 50 respondents, a sample of all employees of PT. Megah Bevel Duren Sawit. By utilizing scale likert, respondents' responses were handled with legitimacy and dependability tests, old style supposition test, numerous relapse examination, t test, F test and R­2 tests. The results showed that all data tested were valid and reliable and found that partial compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) had a positive and significant influence on an employee performance, but the variable (X2) was greater in significant than the variable (X1). And found the work safety variable (X3) has a negative and insignificant influence on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ability and work experience on employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. The population in this study were all employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras, a total of 197 employees. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples used in this study were 66 respondents from 5 divisions. Sampling using probability sampling technique, using proportional random sampling method. The research method used in this study was interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) with an ordinal measurement scale via a Likert scale. The research results show that; (ability has an impact on employee performance (2) experience has no impact on employee performance because the company's targets have been met but not followed by the results of good performance appraisal indicators

Abstract

The shifting of customer behavior from conventional to digital is driving Bukalapak to invent a new solution to ease the online transaction. Year after year, Bukalapak keep losing its platform visitor. The objective of this study is to elucidate the impact of satisfaction with the quality of mediation services on customer loyalty within the context of Bukalapak. The research was carried out in Bogor Regency and involved a sample of 104 participants. The selection of the total sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique. The distribution of survey questions was conducted online through the Google Form platform. The methods employed in this research involve trajectory analysis and the utilization of the Sobel test. The findings of the study reveal that there is a noteworthy positive influence of service quality on customer loyalty. Moreover, the study establishes a substantial positive connection between service quality and satisfaction, as well as between satisfaction and customer loyalty. Additionally, satisfaction is demonstrated to have a considerable positive effect on service efficiency

Abstract

The key factors affecting performance are employees and work discipline. Work motivation as an intermediate variable in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office. Employee performance at the PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Bogor Branch Office will be analysed in relation to the researcher-identified leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation. A total of 120 employees from various departments at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office were randomly selected to participate in the study. PLS SEM is a statistical approach used for analysing data. Findings from studies conducted at the PT PNM Bogor Branch Office indicate that a leader's style influences workers' motivation (Y1) but has no effect on productivity (Y2). Employee performance (Y2) is positively impacted by work discipline, and employee motivation to work (Y1) is influenced by work discipline as well. The degree to which workers are inspired by their jobs is a key factor in their productivity (Y2). In addition, there is a nuanced mediational relationship: leadership style affects performance via the complete intermediary of work motivation, while work discipline affects performance both directly and via the partial intermediary of work motivation
