This research aims to explain the direct effect of talent management on employee retention and perceived organizational support and indirect effect of talent management on employee retention through perceived organizational support. Theory referred in this study is Social Exchange Theory. The sample in the study was 73 employees determined by purposive sampling (saturated sample). The data collected by interview and questionnaires. Technoque of analysis used in this study was Path Analysis. The findings show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and talent management has an indirect effect on employee retention through perceived organizational support. The implication of this study is the leader of Montigo Resort Seminyak-Bali supposed to improve talent management and increase organization support to improve the retention of employees.

This research aims to develop a training model based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blended learning to improve the professional competence of elementary school (SD) teachers in the digital era. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg & Gall approach which involves ten systematic stages. The results of the study show that AI-based training models and blended learning are able to provide adaptive, personalized, and based on the real needs of teachers in the field. The evaluation of the effectiveness of this training model shows an increase in teachers' professional competence in integrating technology in learning. This research makes an important contribution to the development of technology-based teacher training policies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The data source used in this research is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method based on Lemeshow's formula, resulting in a sample size of 98 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 29. The findings of this study indicate that brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

This research aims to examine the role of consumer trust in mediating the influence of customer satisfaction and brand image on repurchase intention among Indomaret Kembarang Larang consumers in Tangerang. The method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 99 consumers. Data was collected through a questionnaire with an interval scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 software. The results of this research indicate that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The brand image variable does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The consumer trust variable has a positive and significant effect. The customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The consumer trust variable is able to mediate the customer satisfaction and brand image variables on repurchase intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion, and price on consumer satisfaction of Adidas sneakers, the method used is quantitative. The data source used in this study is Mahasiwa Budi Luhur Batch 2021. The sample of this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a random sample random sampling method with the Slovin formula and obtained 116 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while the Promotion variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to increase customer satisfaction in adidas sneakers.

The dry bulk loading and unloading process at the port presents various challenges and significant risks, ranging from work safety to operational efficiency. This study aims to identify, analyze, and formulate risk management strategies in dry bulk loading and unloading activities to minimize potential losses and improve port operational performance. The methods used in this study include a qualitative approach through interviews and risk analysis as well as library studies. The results of the study indicate that the main risks in dry bulk loading and unloading include dust hazards, equipment damage, and worker safety risks. The proposed mitigation strategy involves improving the security system, regular safety training, and routine maintenance of loading and unloading equipment. It is expected that with this risk management strategy, the port can optimize the dry bulk loading and unloading process with a higher level of safety and more efficient operational costs.

The study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is when assessed using cash flow statements and cash flow ratios. Data collection was carried out using Library research techniques and documentation. The population in this study is the 2019-2023 financial statements of PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The entire population in this study is also a sample. The research method uses descriptive analysis using cash flow from operating activities, investment, and financing as well as ratio analysis, namely the Operating Cash Flow ratio (AKO), Fund Flow Coverage Ratio (CAD), Cash Flow Coverage Ratio to Interest (CKB), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Liabilities (CKHL), Capital Expenditure Ratio (PM), and Cash Flow Adequacy Ratio (KAK). The results of this study show that the amount of the company's cash flow during the 2019-2023 period shows that the company is in a liquid condition when assessed in terms of its operational activities. With the ratio analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is an increase in cash flow, especially in operating activities each year and the company's ability to overcome its current liabilities can still be overcome. This shows that PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is in a fairly good position during the 2019-2023 period.

Currently, the beauty trend has made many skincare business emerge, one of which skincare brand is Skintific, which managed to occupy the top position in skincare sales in 2024. This study aims to determine the effect of E-WOM, Product Quality and Price Perception on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Skintific consumers, Budi Luhur University student class of 2021 in Jakarta. In this study using a survey methodin the form of a questionnaire consisting of 94 respondents, using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Quality affects purchasing decisions, and Price Perception affects purchasing decisions.

.This research discusses the Influence of Teamwork and Communication on Employee Performance. This research discusses Teamwork and Communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The research aims to explain the influence of teamwork and communication on employee performance at PT Buana Armada Jaya. The sample for this research is employees who work at PT Buana Armada Jaya, numbering 40 employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression. The results of the research are (1) Teamwork has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. The results of this research prove that, if teamwork is good, employee performance will be better, because without good teamwork, it is difficult for companies to achieve optimal results. (2) Communication has a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees. (3) Overall Simultaneous Teamwork and communication have a significant effect on the performance of PT Buana Armada Jaya employees.

This research aims to test and analyze Digital Marketing, Product Quality and Price on Yamaha Mustika Motor Purchase Decisions in South Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sample used in this research was 97 respondents, using the accidental sampling method and using the lemeshow formula. In this research, the data was analyzed using the SPSS version 22 program and Microsoft Excel 2021. The research results show that in digital marketing, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
