Abstract

This research was produced using studies carried out at the Gudang Hikmat Foundation. Implementing and streamlining the accounting information system for the Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement preparation is the aim of this study. Utilizing both primary and secondary data, this study employs qualitative research methodologies. The history of the Gudang Hikmat Foundation, its vision and mission, the financial statement preparation process, and the financial statement outcomes are the primary data in question; supplementary material comes from company documentation and interviews. The Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement issues are described using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach as the data analysis method. According to the study's findings, Gudang Hikmat Foundation frequently encounters issues in creating financial reports needs an ineffective data input procedure that slows reporting and frequently results in human mistake when entering financial report data since financial reports are still created manually using Microsoft Excel. It is envisaged that by putting in place a system specifically designed to meet the objectives of the foundation, the process of creating accurate and comprehensive financial reports will become easier.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Financial Literacy dan Financial Attitude berdampak pada Financial Behavior yang dimoderasi oleh Self Control. Data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Target sampel dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kota Batam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 220. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan financial attitude berpengaruh positif terhadap financial behavior. Sedangkan self control tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the advantages and disadvantages by comparing the use of Social Media TikTok Shop vs E-Commerce Shopee. This research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024 using the literature study method. The observed varia;bles include product prices, features, discount & cashback vouchers, payment methods, packaging & shipping, and reviews. The results showed that Shopee E-Commerce is superior to Tiktok Shop Social Media because Shopee has more complete features, there are many discount vouchers, cashback, payment methods, and delivery service options. Shopee also has its own grouping of goods, there is proof of delivery photos, and when the buyer gives a review, they will get feedback in the form of shopee coins that can be redeemed at checkout. This research also produces a ven diagram of community expectations from the seller and buyer side of TikTok Shop social media and Shopee E-Commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer confidence in purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable in Tokopedia E-Commerce. This type of research is qualitative using the literature study method. The result of this study is that customer trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable in tokopedia E-Commerce and efforts made by tokopedia to increase customer trust.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has significantly impacted the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), a government-owned bank, offers digital banking services through the BRImo application. This study employs the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to assess user satisfaction with BRImo at BRI KCP Sudirman. The analysis results using SPSS version 25 indicate a high level of satisfaction across content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness variables. This positive evaluation suggests that BRImo meets user expectations, provides a satisfying experience, and is considered adequate in delivering information and services. These findings serve as a foundation for BRI to enhance the quality of information technology services and further improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The utilization of social media, particularly Instagram Business, has emerged as an integral strategy in supporting the sustainability of a business, especially SME. The information provided by Insight Instagram Business, such as statistics of reached audience and profile of audience visiting business Instagram accounts, can be a valuable tool for business owners to optimize marketing or other business strategies. This research aims to evaluate the impact of using Insight on Instagram Business as a tool that supports the business decision making process on the growth of business performance. The research method used in this research is distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME business owners or Instagram admins, who actively use the Insight feature on Instagram. The findings indicate that both comprehension and utilization of data from Insight in Instagram Business independently have a positive impact on business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtaining empirical to the impact of profitability and company debt level on the effective tax rates of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2022. The study population consists of 88 companies and 17 companies with 68 total observations for 4 years was selected by using purposive sampling method. The findings indicate that neither the profitability variable nor company debt level demonstrates any significant impact on the effective tax rates by using T-test. In contrast, both variables demonstrate significant and simultaneous effects on the effective tax rates by using F-test.

Abstract

Internet use is also increasingly widespread in various fields, including finance which is increasingly common. Financial literacy is very important for everyone, especially people who carry out investment activities because apart from increasing knowledge about finances or investments, it can also protect us from fraud. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence generation Z's investment decisions and the importance of financial literacy in doing business. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires online to respondents. The data analysis methods used are empirical, descriptive statistical methods, correlation analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression tests. Generation Z as investors have different investment characteristics and behavior. Herding bias, disposition effect, overconfidence, and financial literacy play an important role in shaping investors' investment decisions.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing activity that utilizes technology and the internet. Digital marketing activities are a common thing carried out by many companies today, and there are various examples of digital marketing such as search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Digital marketing activities have many benefits for both novice and experienced entrepreneurs. One of the digital marketing methods that is getting a lot of attention in Indonesia is social media marketing. Social media marketing is marketing by optimizing social media as the main media. According to We Are Social [2], social media users in Indonesia have reached 167 million, and the percentage of social media users is 60.4% of all Indonesian society.

Abstract

Bisnis kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menghadapi berbagai risiko dalam operasional sehari-hari mereka. Oleh karena itu, penerapan manajemen risiko menjadi penting untuk meminimalkan kerugian dan meningkatkan kesempatan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus terhadap UMKM D'sate. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan anggota tim manajemen, observasi langsung di tempat usaha, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen risiko pada UMKM D'sate memberikan dampak yang positif pada kinerja dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Dengan mengendalikan risiko-risiko, UMKM D'sate dapat meminimalkan kerugian dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Selain itu, UMKM D'sate juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam penerapan manajemen risiko pada UMKM D'sate, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan manajemen risiko.
