Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the marketting of the Ausath Mart Putra Store at the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the application of Islamic business ethics at the Ausath Mart were: 1) Honest, the delivery made from the Ausath Mart Putra to the board of the boarding school and board of the boarding school to the head of the hostel then the head of the hostel conveyed to the residents of the hostel without adding any lies. 2) Amanah, the delivery is conveyed correctly and not by force. 3) Fatanah, conveying to the board of boarding schools and pesantren administrators to the head of the hostel then the head of the hostel conveyed to the residents of the dormitory, this shows that the intelligence of the Ausath Mart Putra unit in developing its business is only promoting without spending money but has a very large effect in improving sales results. 4) Tabligh, all delivery is done properly and correctly in accordance with what was said at the beginning and not detrimental to either party.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the responses and activities of students in studying the linear function material and its application to solve problems regarding BEP analysis. The method used is a quasi-experimental method using a one-shot case study research design. The results of this study indicate that the response of students in applying linear sub-functions in economic mathematics to BEP analysis has a good and positive response, namely 76.25%. And the dominant component is student participation which can be seen with the enthusiasm of students in practicing BEP analysis directly to economic actors around the IAIDA campus. Student activity in applying linear sub-functions in economic mathematics to the BEP analysis can be said to have increased seen from the average of each component during the observation which was 77.27%. This is because students can apply the concept of linear functions in completing the BEP analysis carried out by economic actors around campus by direct practice of economic actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze cultural (X1) and social (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision of members (Y) in choosing rahn financing products at BMG UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency. Research Results simultaneously cultural (X1) and social (X2) influence the decision of members (Y) in choosing rahn financing products at BMG UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency. Research conclusions 1) the members' decision in choosing a rahn financing product is based on culture. It also means that all values, habits, perceptions, preferences, and behaviors that develop in society influence members in choosing rahn financing products in other words cultural, subcultural and social class elements are the basis for members in choosing rahn financing products. 2) Member of BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Srono Banyuwangi Regency decided to take financing because it is based on meeting family needs. 3) The decision to take financing is influenced by cultural variables, and social variables. In terms of cultural variables, the stronger the culture, then someone is encouraged to take funding. Regarding social variables, if someone has a good social interaction, then encourage to decide to take financing.

Abstract

The money supply is one of the macroeconomic indicators that the monetary authority oversees. the development of the money supply has a direct relationship and influence on the development of economic activity, especially in Indonesia. the method of adding money to the economy will increase the problem of increasing the price level of goods and services, so that inflation is affected. If the money supply is very low, an economic downturn will occur. It contains money and assets that can be quickly converted into cash. M1 focuses purely on the role of money as a medium of exchange. Currency and demand deposits or Narrow Money, which have the characteristic of being able to be used as a means of payment at any time or at any time if desired, are not bound by time in their use.

Abstract

During the time when Harun Ar-Rashid was appointed became Qadhi al-Qudhah (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court), at that time the people's welfare increased to trade, the economy in the city of Baghdad was progressing, he made the book of Al-Kharaj as a guide in terms of taxation, economics and others, furthermore regarding the Relevance of Al- kharaj in Indonesia which can be seen from Customs which has been regulated in Law no. 39 2007, where it is explained that customs are state levies imposed on certain goods that have the characteristics or characteristics regulated in the law, while in al-kharaj the adat work of abu yusuf is called Usyur. Where Usyur is a tax collected on merchandise that enters an Islamic state, hereinafter in Indonesia the land and building tax is called (PBB) Building Tax, where in the al-kharaj book, Abu Yusuf argues that the land tax rate must be determined by the method for results (muqasamah), Furthermore, it can be seen from the tax collection system in Indonesia using a tax collection system which is the principle of the Self AssessmentSystem, where people are required to pay taxes and the public is required to understand the law of implementing taxes, while in the book Al-Kharaj Abu Yusuf is to use the Qabalah system.

Abstract

Tourism potential is a sector that has an important role in continuing the economic journey in a region. The tourism sector is a promising source of income to be further managed in an effort to increase income. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of tourist visits in Banyuwangi Regency. The data used are secondary time series data using descriptive statistical analysis to determine the growth of tourist visits in Banyuwangi Regency. The results showed that growth in 2018 the growth in the number of tourist visits experienced a lowest point of 0.080%, while the highest growth was in 2016, which was 1.078%.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine the existing market segmentation in BMT Sidogiri Capem Sempu, 2) To determine the determination of the segmentation, 3) Determine the impact of market segmentation in increasing the number of customers at BMT Sidogiri Capem Sempu. The results of this study are the existing segmentation in BMT, namely geographic, demographic and psychographic segmentation which in practice market segmentation is used as a tool to determine the target market to be targeted and determine the target market. So that in marketing existing products will achieve maximum results and in accordance with company targets. As for the considerations before choosing a market determination strategy, several considerations need to be made, namely by determining the area and value of various market segments, so that segmentation allows BMT to be more focused in allocating funds. Segmentation accompanied by the selection of a target market will provide a reference and basis for determining positioning. Segmentation is a key factor to beat competitors. Because consumers are too heterogeneous, BMT needs to group the market into market segments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the revenue sharing (X1) and location (X2) influence the decision to save members (Y) BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capem Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is quantitative with the hypothesis testing research approach, this approach is divided into 3 namely new hypothesis testing research, replication research, replication extension research. In this study using replication research techniques because it examines the hypotheses that have been developed by other researchers and re-tests in different areas or situations. Data analysis using the multiple regression formula manually and also SPSS assistance. The results of the study are the results (X1) and location (X2) significant and positive effect on the decision to save members (Y) BMT-UGT Sidogiri Capanggaran Pesanggaran Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This study departs from the problem of handling the Covid-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic in Indonesia. In its history, during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. There was a pandemic tha’un and found various ways of handling the Prophet Muhammad in dealing with tha’un in the hadith literature. The subject of this research is the Hadith of the Prophet written in the book of hadith and the object of this research is the hadith which explains about tha’un. The purpose of this study is to find the contextualization of the hadith about tha’un as a reference for dealing with Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a type of library research. The findings of this study are the result of contextualization of the hadith about tha’un with the state of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia which states that the handling of Covid-19 must be done by doing a combination of strict restrictions on the rules of entry and exit of areas affected by Covid-19 and conducting physical distancing by taking into account the stabilization of important sectors in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze comprehensively and thoroughly about the application of business ethics applied by sellers of laundry materials in Banyuwangi Regency and to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics applied by sellers after applying the principles of Islamic business ethics. The results of this study indicate that sellers of laundry materials in Banyuwangi already know about Islamic business ethics and apply them and in carrying out their business adhere to the teachings that have been exemplified by the Prophet who trades with the attitude of sidiq, amanah, fatonah, tabligh in this case not only seeking profit but seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded in this study that the seller of laundry materials in Banyuwangi Regency is they run their business using Islamic business ethics while maintaining quality and service to customer satisfaction, so that the business can run smoothly, besides that the objects in the research are the Madania Fresh laundry material store, Anggun Fresh laundry material store and Jaya Mulya laundry material store in selling laundry materials already applying Islamic business ethics and according to Islamic economic principles.
