Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can achieve effective, efficient and optimal work results, especially at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the state civil apparatus. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. organization citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the indirect hypothesis test indicate that the work environment variable on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in a company or organization and affect the development of a company so that it can grow rapidly if it has competent human resources in its field. Success in achieving company goals effectively and efficiently is one of the factors that are carried out by human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of work compensation on employee performance inseminators with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Inseminator of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis test results direct effect using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, compensation has a significant positive effect on motivation, compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the compensation variable on performance through motivation has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction in the service sector is a customer's short-term emotional reaction to the performance of certain services, the level of customer satisfaction can occur after experiencing whether the services they expect are met or exceeded. If the customer feels disappointed, dissatisfied after receiving the service, it will cause problems for the service provider, if the customer feels happy and satisfied after receiving the service provided, it will lead to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro. This research was conducted to find out whether the less friendly and less fast service in serving transactions has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the interest rate which is rather high compared to state-owned banks has an effect on customer satisfaction, whether the location of companies that enter villages far from the city center has an effect on satisfaction . This study aims to determine the effect of service on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of interest rates on customer satisfaction, and to determine the effect of company location on customer satisfaction at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah Semboro Branch. Methods of data collection in this research using questionnaires, observation, and interviews. . The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS21 program. From the results of research that has been done, based on the results of the t test the service variable has a t calculated value of 3.490 with a significant value of 0.001, the data shows that service perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, the interest rate variable has a t calculated value of 7.334 with a significant value of 0.000, the data shows that the perception of interest rates has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and the location variable, namely the t-count value of 5.293 with a significant value of 0.000, the data shows that the perception of location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a company of goods or services in an effort to maintain the survival of its business. Swasta and Handoko (2011:4) stated that "Marketing is an overall system of business activities that are shown to plan, determine prices, promote, and distribute goods or services that can satisfy the needs of both existing and potential buyers". The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product diversity on consumer satisfaction at the Mandarien Moeslem Depot Kabupaten Situbondo with Purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in the study was consumers of the Mandarien Moeslem Depot. The sampling technique is determined by random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the results showed that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product diversity to consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The population in this study are consumers of Fitkha MS Glow in Mangaran Situbondo. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, service has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. significant positive on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) is a government agency. BAPPEDA has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out the supporting functions of Government Affairs in the Planning and Research and Development Sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of state civil servants through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the leadership style significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable leadership style on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of location and service quality on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in LL Parfum Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 98 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, service quality has a positive and significant effect on interest repurchase, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, location has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and steps involved in creating, informing, communicating, and exchanging offerings that have value for consumers. That way creating, informing, communicating is the right marketing strategy that can increase the development of Cafe D'poto in Situbondo. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product diversity and endorser on consumer satisfaction at Cafe D'poto Situbondo with purchase intention as an Intervening Variable. The population of this research is all consumers of Cafe D'poto, Sumberkolak Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, endorser has a positive significant effect on purchase intention, product diversity has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, endorser has a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction consumers, purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product diversity on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect, endorsers on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work discipline on ASN performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Satpol PP Situbondo Regency. T The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by taking proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 50 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS- SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance ASN, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance, transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the effect of liquidity on stock prices with Financial distress as an intervening variable in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. This research is a descriptive research. The population in this study are all Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling and sample in this study amounted to 33 financial statements. The analysis technique usedis the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Financial distress, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Stock prices, Financial distress has a significant negative effect on Stock prices. Liquidity variable on Stock prices through Financial distress has a significant positive effect.
