Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product and service quality on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the F3 Situbondo Store. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 98 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, service has a negative and insignificant effect on Repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction, service has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) of Situbondo Regency is engaged as a public service in the field of staffing, education, and training in the Situbondo Regency area. As a public service, BKPSDM has the main task of coordinating and controlling the implementation of activities in the fields of personnel, education, and training. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of workload and organizational commitment on the performance of state civil servants through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable (study at the Situbondo Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency). The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that workload has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Workload has no significant effect on ASN performance, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on ASN Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on ASN Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the workload variable on ASN Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect, Organizational Commitment on ASN Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Transportation companies are one of the sectors related to the development and economic development of countries in the world. Transportation companies are among the most important companies as the largest contributor to national development, resulting in the country's economy experiencing an increase along with the rise of increasingly sophisticated technology. The number of activities in the transportation services sector also has an impact that results in stock fluctuations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Stock Trading Volume on Stock Returns with Stock Price as an intervening variable in transportation facilities listed on the IDX in 2017-2020. The population of this study is all transportation companies registered on the IDX in 2017-2020 as many as 47 companies. Sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that Stock Trading Volume has a significant negative effect on Stock Price, Stock Trading Volume has a negative but not significant effect on Stock Return, Stock Price has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Return and Stock Trading Volume on Stock Return through Stock Price has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

Haircut is a necessity for people every month, men are no exception. To fulfill these needs, haircut services have sprung up that offer haircuts to special men's hair care. The form of business for men's haircut services is a barbershop. This study aims to analyze and test the role of lifestyle, brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at Den Bagoes Barbershop Tanggul. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data in the form of online questionnaires. The sample population used in this study was 140 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection techniques include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis supported by instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that lifestyle has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination in the variable model is 0.631. From these values ​​it can be concluded that lifestyle, brand image and service quality have a contribution of 63.1% to the formation of variations in customer satisfaction values, while the remaining 36.9% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Marketing Strategy is an integrated comprehensive plan in the field of marketing and marketing targets in achieving company goals through a marketing mix that includes product, price, place and promotion strategies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of marketing strategy on increasing product sales at Nova stores. The population in this study is Nova shop located in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price and store image have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price and store image have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a significant negative effect on consumer loyalty, price on consumer loyalty through satisfaction consumers have a significant negative effect, and store image on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisplinan, komunikasi, dan Stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember dan apakah vaiabel kedisiplinan dan komunikasi brgengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dalam peenelitian ini bejumlah 43 pegawai. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Metode untuk pengujian dengan melihat pengaruh variable independen dan variable dependen menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t (parsial) bahwa kedisiplinan kerja (X1) dengan nilai t hitung 3,128 < t tabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 > 0,05, komunikasik kerja (X2) dengan nilai t hitung 3,013 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 > 0.05, stress kerja (X3) dengan nilai thitung -1,066 < ttabel 2,008 dan nilai negatif sebesar 0,293 > 0.05. Hasil penelitian uji T secara parsial yabf menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember, stress kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember. Hasil adjusted R square sebesar 0, 499 % yang meenunjukan bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan variabel kedisiplinan (X1), komunikasi (X2) dan stress kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) kecamatan tanggul kabepaten jember, dan terdapat faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerjapegawai sebesar 50,1% di Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember selain kedisiplinan, komunikasi dan stress kerja yaitu pelayanan dan pengaruh lingkungan.

Abstract

The development of the current era makes people carry out economic activities through digital media, so that the growth of internet users is increasing by around 33%. This encourages the importance of the role of marketing in influencing people's preferences in choosing a product, which means it plays an important role in creating people who have awareness of a particular brand (brand awareness) so that the more recognized it will have a positive influence on the brand. Rich Village Jember is a fairly good housing in utilizing digital marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze context, communication, collaboration and connection that have a significant effect on brand awareness in Rich village Jember. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study are 85 families who occupy the Rich Village Jember housing. The sample used was saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples was 85 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that context, communication, collaboration and connection have a significant effect on brand awareness in Rich Village Jember.

Abstract

BPN (National Land Agency) is a non-ministerial government Agency in Indonesia which has thetask of carrying out government duties in the land sector in accordance with the provisions of thelegislation. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through job performance as an intervening variable (study at the National Land Agency of Situbondo Regency). The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - PartialLeast Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that job satisfaction has a significant effect on job performance, job satisfaction has a signifikan effect on performance, job performance has a significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variabel job satisfaction on performance through work commitment has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Unit pelayanan yang menjaga keamanan penerbangan adalah Aviation Security (AVSEC). Berupaya memberikan jaminan pelayanan tersertifikasi keamanan yang handal, transparan dan bertanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan kompetensi. Tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan petugas Aviation Security (AVSEC) terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi sebanyak 673.831 atau sampel sebanyak 100 orang tertentu, dimana data hasil dari koesioner akan diuji kembali mengunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, lineritas , uji regresi sederhana, uji-t, uji f dan koefisien determnasi(R2), melakukan uji hipotesis, hasil dan juga kesimpulan Ho dapat di terima atau di tolak.Dari hasil pembahasan X terhadap Y dapat kita lihat yaitu berdasarkan dari hasil uji koefisien (R Square) , maka dapat nilai R Square diatas dapat dilihat dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,051. Dari nilai ini dapat kita lihat bahwa kualitas pelayanan petugas AVSEC mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penumpang di bandara udara I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali sebesar 5,1 %. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan adanya terjadi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan penumpang.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic also has a negative impact on companies such as a decrease in stock prices and company financial performance which can affect company value. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on firm value through stock prices as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all sub-sector companies of the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial performance has a negative but significant effect on stock prices, financial performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, stock prices have a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that financial performance has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value through stock prices.
