Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, many people do not understand the role of Fintech in transactions, especially in the DANA application. People tend to use cash rather than Fintech. Moreover, people in rural areas lack insight into technology, lack literacy, and do not support MSMEs that use Fintech (DANA) This research aims to determine the role of fund applications in encouraging increased digital transactions in society. As well as encouraging readers how important applications are in the economy and the role of fund applications in facilitating transactions, doing business, investment, loans, and others. In this article readers can find out the fund profile starting from the business strategy and history of DANA's development. The method that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive method so that readers can find out some of the information included from some of the data collected, which means the data obtained by researchers is opinions according to several articles that have been included in the bibliography. The conclusion of this research is that we must be aware of how important the role of Fintech (DANA) is in Indonesia, especially in the aspect of improving the economy and digital literacy, because with Fintech MSMEs can be more advanced because they make payments efficient and increase people's digital literacy.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has brought changes to human life. Can bring about changes that result in higher demands on each individual in order to further improve performance in each individual and the wider community. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of motivation and work environment on ASN performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at the office of the Ministry of Religion, Situbondo Regency. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were civil servants at the office of the Ministry of Religion, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique in this study is to use a saturated sampling technique. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that motivation has a significant negative effect on work discipline, work environment has a significant positive effect on work discipline, motivation has a significant negative effect on ASN performance, work environment has a negative but not significant effect on ASN performance, discipline work has a significant positive effect on the performance of ASN. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the motivation variable on the performance of ASN through work discipline has a significant positive effect, the work environment on the performance of ASN through work discipline has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Primary industry and chemical sector companies are manufacturing companies that convert raw materials into semi-finished products. This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Leverage, and Sales Growth on Company Value with Financial Performance as an Intervening Variable. In Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 Period. This research method uses quantitative methods. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that company size has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, leverage has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, sales growth has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, company size has a positive and significant effect on company value, leverage has a positive and significant effect on company value, sales growth has a negative and significant effect on company value, and financial performance has a positive and significant effect on company value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the company size variable has a negative and significant effect on company value through financial performance, leverage has a negative and significant effect on company value through financial performance, and sales growth has a positive and significant effect on company value through financial performance.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze and test the effect of Firm Size, Growth Opportunity and Net Working Capital on Firm Value through Cash Holding. The population in this study were various industrial sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The direct hypothesis test results show that Firm Size has a negative but insignificant effect on the Cash Holding variable, Growth Opportunity has a significant positive effect on the Cash Holding variable, Net Working Capital has a significant positive effect on the Cash Holding variable, Firm Size has a positive but insignificant effect on the Firm Value variable, Growth Opportunity has a positive but insignificant effect on Firm Value, Net Working Capital has a negative but insignificant effect on the Firm Value variable, Cash Holding has a significant negative effect on the Firm Value variable, Firm Size has a positive but insignificant effect on the Firm Value variable through Cash Holding, Growth Opportunity has a negative but insignificant effect on the Firm Value variable through Cash Holding, Net Working Capital has a negative but insignificant effect on the Firm Value variable through Cash Holding.

Abstract

This study reveals the success story of Mbak Yul, a rengginang producer in Semiring Village, Mangaran District, Situbondo Regency. Has developed its business significantly. This research tries to understand Mbak Yul's journey in starting and developing her rengginag production, as well as the factors that have helped her success. The research method involves in-depth interviews with Mbak Yul, observations at production locations, and analysis of economic data related to her business. The research results show that Mbak Yul's success is due to dedication, innovation in variations of rengginang flavors, and the use of online platforms to market her products. Rengginang Mbak Yul was founded in 2016, where this place became one unit from the start of production, showroom and residence. Mbak Yul's Rengginang production process is manual, so it requires a lot of labor to produce Rengginang. Apart from that, collaboration with local communications has also supported its business growth. Mbak Yul's success in the rengginang business provides inspiration for young entrepreneurs and micro business people to follow in her footsteps. This study provides insight into the business potential of rengginang and its important role in promoting traditional Situbondo culinary delights.

Abstract

Chocolate is a processed food product whose ingredients are a combination of chocolate paste, sugar, cocoa butter and several types of flavor additives. The Covid pandemic is predicted expected to affect the demand and supply of chocolate bars at Doesoen Kakao. The objectives of this research are 1. To find out whether there is a difference in demand for processed chocolate during and after COVID - 19 Doesoen Kakao Glenmore Banyuwangi, 2. To find out whether there is a difference in the supply of processed chocolate during and after COVID - 19 Doesoen Kakao Glenmore Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive and comparative analysis methods for secondary data, the sampling method uses convenience sampling using 6 months of data during the 2021 Covid pandemic and 6 months after the 2022 Covid pandemic. The research results show that: (1) There is an increase in demand for chocolate bars during Covid and after Covid but not significant, except for the White chocolate variant which experienced a decline in demand (2) There was an increase in offers of chocolate bars during Covid and after Covid but not significantly, except for the White chocolate variant which experienced a decline in supply.

Abstract

Company value is a crucial factor that companies must pay attention to in order to gain investor confidence. Company value is often associated with stock price as a benchmark for a company's success. If a company's value is high, its stock price is also likely to be high. This study aims to examine the impact of Leverage, Firm Size, and Capital Structure on Company Value through Tax Avoidance. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study consists of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis hypothesis using the Smart Partial least square PLS 3.0 show that Leverage has a significant positive effect on Tax Avoidance, Firm Size has not significant effect on Tax Avoidance, and Capital Structure has not significant effect on Tax Avoidance. Leverage has not significant effect on Company Value, Firm Size has significant effect on Company Value, and Capital Structure has not significant effect on Company Value. Tax Avoidance has not significant effect on Company Value. The indirect effect hypotheses indicate that Leverage on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is not significant, Firm Size on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is not significant, and Capital Structure on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is not significant.

Abstract

Marketing is the beginning of a sale. In sales, performance is measured based on how many transactions were successfully closed and some value from the transaction. Judging from the timeframe, selling aims to get marketshare where Product diversity, Prouct quality and Promotion become weapons in selling. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test Analysis Factor Which Influence Buying Decision On House Eat Dapoer Liv’s in Situbondo With Interest Buy As Variable Intervening. The population in this study were consumers of the Dapoer Liv’s restaurant. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. This data analysis and testing uses the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the research result show that Product diversity has a significan effect on purchasing interest. Produc quality has a positive but not significan effect on Purchasing interest. Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchasing interest. Abstract

This research aims (1) to determine the partial influence of work training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency (2) To determine the effect of job training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency (3) To determine the influence of job training variables, commitment variables and work discipline variables which have a dominant influence on PT employee performance. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit, Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency. The method used is quantitative. The research result is a multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.025 + 0.332 + 0.341 + 0.352 + e. partially Job Training has a significant positive effect with a tcount value greater than ttable 2.270 > 2.042 or sig α 0.031 < 0.05, Commitment shows a tcount value greater than ttable 2.333 > 2.042 or sig α 0.027 <0.05, Work Discipline shows a value tcount is greater than ttable 2.436 > 2.042 or sig α 0.021 <0.05 Recruitment, Job Training and Position Promotion simultaneously influence the Performance of Civil Servants at the Bondowoso Regency Revenue Agency which is acceptable with a calculated F value of 6.157, a value greater than F table namely 2.92 or F count 6.157 > F table 2.92. The Work Discipline variable has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance with a value of 2.436.

Abstract

Roti Bakar Bandung Bondowosois micro/small/medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the culinary field. Roti Bakar Bandung Bondowoso is known to have good product quality and comfortable taste, so it is liked by many people who already know it. This study aims to analyze the role of Lifestyle in moderating the influence of Promotion and Brand image on buying interest and purchasing decisions for Roti Bakar Bandung Bondowoso in Situbondo. The data collection method uses quantitative methods and nonprobability sampling, with purposive sampling being the method technique. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that promotion significantly positively affects buying interest. Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Promotion has a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a significant positive effect on buying decisions. Promotion moderated by Lifestyle has a positive but insignificant impact on purchasing decisions. Promotion of purchasing decisions through buying interest has a significant positive effect. The promotion of purchasing decisions through buying interest has a significant positive impact. Brand image on purchasing decisions through buying interest has a significant positive effect.
