Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Work discipline is the most important element in employee performance, especially ASN who work in government agencies, especially in the health sector. Hospitals have an important role in increasing human life expectancy, for this reason hospitals have an important role in forming quality ASN. ASN in hospitals must be superior and competitive human resources through work discipline, compensation and work environment. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the variables Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on ASN Performance at Besuki Regional Hospital with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was ASN RSUD Besuki. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Structural Equation Models – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application, show that Work Discipline has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Compensation has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Environment has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance , Compensation has a positive but not significant influence on Performance, Work Environment has a positive but not significant influence on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has a positive but not significant influence on Performance, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant influence on Performance through Work Motivation, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant influence significant to Performance through Work Motivation, Work Environment has a positive but not significant influence on Performance through Work Motivation.

Abstract

The food and beverage sector is the most important element for survival because it is included in one of the needs that must be met, so that this sector is easy to experience sustainable growth. The studies aimed to anatomize the influence of Return on asset,Debt to equity ratio, and Total asset turnover that influence the enterprise value with share price as an mediation variable at food and beverage enterprise listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research is all enterprise in the food and beverage enterprise listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 into 72 companies . Sampling in this studies used purposive sampling which is obtained samples into 10 companies. The result of the analyze use the smart partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, show the return on asset has a significant influence on share price, debt to equity ratio has a significant influence on share price, total asset turnover has no significant influence on share price, return on asset has a significant influence on enterprise value, debt to equity ratio has a significant influence on enterprise value, total asset turnover has a significant influence on enterprise value, and stock price has a significant influence on enterprise value. The yield of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that return on assets has a negative and significant influence on enterprise value through share price, debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant influence on enterprise value through share price, and total asset turnover has no significant influence on enterprise value through share price.

Abstract

Educational institutions are essential for the progress of the nation's civilization; for this reason, SMKN 1 Situbondo has a vital role in producing superior Indonesian human resources. SMKN 1 Situbondo graduates must become competitive and have superior human resources. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of competence, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of SMKN 1 Situbondo teachers through work motivation. This research is explanatory; the population in the study consisted of ASN teachers of SMKN 1 Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. The study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Competence has a negative but insignificant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation, work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation, competence has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, work environment has a negative but insignificant effect on performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that competency variables have a negative but insignificant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, and work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Increasing business competition certainly requires the right marketing strategy, so that business can run effectively and efficiently. Offering high-quality products and communicating with consumers appropriately are two examples of consumer behavior in the target market that business people must know. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing communication, price, and product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of CV. Pacific Andre Anton in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test with the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that marketing communication has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, then product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, marketing communication has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, and purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable marketing communication on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, price on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a positive but insignificant effect, product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant effect of E-WoM and product diversity on purchasing intentions and purchasing decisions, as well as the significant impact of price discounts in moderating the impact of E-WoM on purchasing decisions. The data source of this research was obtained from the answers of 95 respondents. The sample determination technique used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The object of this research is Gofood users of Geprek Lek Djo and Zest Chicken. The data analysis used SmartPLS by conducting several tests namely Convergent Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Goodness of Fit Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Structural Equation Analysis, and Research Hypothesis Test. Test results showed that E-WoM had a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention (H1 was rejected), product diversity had a significant positive effect on purchase intention (H2 was accepted), E-WoM had a positive but not significant effect on purchase decision (H3 was rejected), product diversity had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions (H4 was rejected), purchase intention had a significant positive effect on purchasing decision (H5 was accepted), price discounts had a positive but not significant effect in moderating the impact of E-WoM on purchasing decision (H6 was rejected), E-WoM had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decision through purchase intention (H7 was rejected), product diversity had a significant effect on purchasing decision through purchase intention (H8 was accepted).

Abstract

An insurance company is a crucial entity because it provides protection services to the general public. In this context, the insurance company acts as a service provider, while the public serves both as a resource supplier for the company and as its consumers. This research aims to examine how insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange adjust their strategies in response to market and economic changes and the impact of these adjustments on the company's value, with stock price serving as an intermediary variable. The results of the study show that working capital does not have a significant impact on stock price and company value. Liquidity has a significant effect on stock price but does not impact company value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value but does not significantly influence stock price or company value through stock price. Stock price has a positive and significant effect on company value. In conclusion, profitability and stock price are important factors in determining company value, while working capital and liquidity do not have significant effects.

Abstract

Technology companies are companies focusing on the field of manufacturing, support,research and at development technology,ComputingAndelektronika. Technology companies are generally engaged in the field ofsoftware,hardware,Renewable Energy, and Internet-based services such ascloud computingande-commerce. This experimental test is to determine the effect of financial ratios, company size and total assets on the value of the company with stock return as an intervening variable. Abstract

Developments in the printing industry have experienced good growth in the current digital era, banners or billboards are plastered on almost every street and sales are increasing which involve printing as a medium, especially in printing books, newspapers and comics which are often read by the public. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of price, product quality and service quality on loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Kusuma Printing in Situbondo. The target respondents for this research are Kusuma Printing consumers using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis and hypotheses used the Structural Equation Model–Partial Leas Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that price has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The price has a negative but not significant effect on Loyalty. The product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty. The service quality has a negative but not significant effect on loyalty. The consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Loyalty. The price has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The product quality has a positive but not significant effect on loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. The populations in this research are companies registered in Property and Real Estate with a sample of 11 companies. The results of hypothesis testing regarding the direct impact of using Smart PLS 3.0, show that company size is positivelty significant to profitability, capital structure is negativelty significant to profitability, liquidity is negatively but not significant to profitability, compony size is positively but not significant to compony value, structure capital is negative but not significant to company value, Likuidity is negatively significant to company value, Profitability is positive but not significant to company value. The result of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the Company Size variable is positive but not significant on company value through Profitability, Capital Sructure is negative but not significant on company value through Profitability, Liquidty is negative but not significant company value throught Profitability.

Abstract

Increasing local revenue is a capital needed to achieve regional development goals successfully because Regional Original Revenue defines the ability of the region to carry out government functions in both public services and development. This study aimed to determine the role of Financial Technology, Financial Literacy, and Financial Inclusion in increasing Regional Original Revenue through the effectiveness of regional financial management in Bondowoso Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was Saturated Sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application show that financial technology has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial management, financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the efficacy of regional financial management, financial inclusion has no significant effect on the effectiveness of regional financial management, financial technology has no significant impact on increasing local revenue, financial literacy has a significant effect on increasing local revenue, financial inclusion has a significant effect on increasing local revenue, the effectiveness of regional financial management has no significant effect on improving local revenue.
