Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Food and beverage subsector companies are pillars of a country’s economy, therefore the food and beverage subsector plays an important role in driving the wheels of the Indonesian economy, to boosr productivity and the abilitu og the sector to compete globally, the government is still working hard to ensure the stability and availability of raw materials needed by the food and beverage subsector. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of profitability, and company growth in influencing the company’s value moderated by capital structure. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Snart PLS 3.0 application show that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, campany growth has a insignificant positive effect on firm value, capital structure is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, capital structure is not able to moderate the effect of company growth ob firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an understanding of how important it is to increase purchases through promotions on social media and product quality at Yowes Mie Situbondo. Where promotion and product quality are very good at attracting consumer interest. And Yowes Mie also uses promotional media where he will get prizes on his Instagram. The ingredients used are very good, because Yowes Mie does not want to disappoint consumers. This article uses a qualitative method where the author interviews Yowes Mie by going directly to the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of variablesThe Influence of Competence and Compensation on Employee Performance at Pawnshops in Probolinggo City With Motivation as an Intervening Variable. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Competence has a significant positive effect on Motivation (H1 is accepted), Compensation has a significant positive effect on Motivation (H2 is accepted), Competence has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H3 is accepted), Compensation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H4 is accepted), Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (H5 is accepted), Competence has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (H6 is accepted), and Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (H7 is rejected).

Abstract

In today's era of global trade, there is intense competition in marketing products and services. Marketing plays a vital role in the business landscape, mainly because it focuses on the community's needs, especially consumers. The business environment is developing dynamically, along with changes in consumer preferences and the surrounding ecosystem. As consumer demand increases, this provides opportunities for businesses to innovate and meet the needs, desires, and expectations that continue to grow. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Product Packaging, Brand Image and Product Price on Consumer Satisfaction Through Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables at Conato Bakery Situbondo using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypotheses using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Product Packaging has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Price has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Purchasing Decisions have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Packaging has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Situbondo Regency Employment Service through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study were employees of the Situbondo Regency Employment Service. The sampling technique is determined by Non-Probability Sampling using Total Sampling or saturated samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance Employees, Work Facilities have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Facilities have a negative but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity and shop atmosphere on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Somaya Situbondo Cosmetic Shop. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, shop atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, Shop atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, shop atmosphere has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Along As time goes by the development of technology is getting faster, so is the footwear industry in Indonesia. footwear industry in Indonesia is also growing rapidly, and consumer demand is increasingly complex over time. are also getting more complex from time to time. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Word of Mouth in moderating the role of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions in Shoe and Sandal Shops in Indonesia. Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions at Shoe and Sandal Shops Samudra Situbondo. The population in this study were consumers of the Samudra Shoe and Sandal Shop in Situbondo. Sampling technique determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test hypothesis test results using the Smart PLS application 3.0 application, shows that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The tobacco products industry in Indonesia is facing two big challenges: increasing excise rates and the circulation of illegal cigarettes. An increase in excise rates increases cigarette prices and can reduce demand. On the other hand, illegal cigarettes offer cheaper prices and are competitors to legal products. CV Gagak Hitam is a cigarette company that was founded in 2004 and is still running the tobacco products industry in the form of hand-rolled kretek cigarettes (SKT) and machine-made kretek cigarettes (SKM) amidst rising excise rates and the circulation of illegal cigarettes. This research focuses on determining marketing strategies for tobacco products at CV. Black Crow uses SWOT analysis. The analysis results show that CV. Black Crow has several strengths, such as a strong brand, wide distribution network, and consumer loyalty. However, CV Gagak Hitam also has several weaknesses, such as high prices and a negative image of tobacco products related to health. Opportunities that can be utilized by CV. Black Crow is increasing public awareness of health and the development of digital technology. The threats facing this industry are increasing excise rates, the circulation of illegal cigarettes, and increasingly stringent government regulations. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by CV. Gagak Hitam in the midst of this situation is developing innovative products at competitive prices, strengthening brand image and increasing consumer awareness, utilizing digital technology to reach consumers and increase marketing efficiency, as well as working with the government to overcome the circulation of illegal cigarettes. Abstract

Human resource management is an art or discipline that aims to manage and optimize the relationship and function of resources, especially individual labor, in an efficient and effective manner. With the aim of maximizing the function of resources so as to achieve the goals that the institution, agency, or company wants to achieve. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and training variables on work productivity with work environment as a moderating variable at PT Wija Kusuma Nadi Denpasar Bali using structural Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the SmartPLS 4.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on work productivity, training has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity, work environment strengthens the effect of discipline on work productivity, work environment weakens the effect of training on work productivity.

Abstract

The PT. PLN Situbondo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) is oriented towards fulfilling environmentally friendly energy policies, distributing electricity for the public interest, general tasks of providing services to customers, carrying out maintenance and repairs to the electricity network, ensuring stable electricity supply for customers, providing efficient customer service , including complaint handling, new installations, electricity replacement, and temporary outages. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Competency and Motivation on employee performance at the Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) PT PLN Situbondo. The population in this study was employees of PT. PLN Situbondo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3). This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model– Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Performance, Competence has a significant effect on Performance. The results of hypothesis testing which is moderated by the Motivation variable show that the Work Discipline variable has a negative effect on Performance but is not significant, the Competency variable which is moderated by Motivation shows a positive effect on Performance but is not significant.
