Abstract

The most frequently encountered non-organic waste issue is plastic bag waste which is widespread in society, even though plastic packaging is a material that is difficult to decompose or destroy. One simple activity that can be done to reduce plastic waste is to use paper bags. The process of making paper bags can use materials that are around us, such as waste paper. The activity carried out in community service is a socialization carried out in increasing the creative economic potential for the community in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali Province, in October 2022. From the community service activities that have been carried out in Bayung Gede Village, it can be concluded that participants who take part in the training can increase the selling value of products by using the skills they have and can increase the economic value in Bayung Gede Village.

Abstract

In order to improve health development, the Central Government and Regional Governments must be able to provide equitable, affordable and quality health services. The Health Laboratory is an important part of a health system in providing health services to the community. Health laboratory as an integral part of health services in health facilities. delivery of material The team delivered material on strengthening regional health laboratory accreditation (labkesda) at the Indragiri downstream district health office. This material includes the definition of accreditation of health laboratories, steps in strengthening accreditation, to ensure quality improvement, performance improvement and risk management implementation. From the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that participants understand the importance of strengthening health laboratory accreditation because it can provide a sense of security to patients during examinations considering that the laboratories used are standardized

Abstract

Minyak kelapa murni atau lebih dikenal dengan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan modifikasi proses pembuatan minyak kelapa sehingga dihasilkan produk dengan kadar air dan kadar asam lemak bebas yang rendah, berwarna bening, berbau harum, serta mempunyai daya simpan yang cukup lama yaitu lebih dari 12 bulan. Pembuatan VCO dengan cara fermentasi kelapa akan mendapatkan bakteri asam laktat dan bersifat bakteriosin pada setiap lapisannya. Bakteri asam laktat yang didapatkan adalah sebagai probiotik yang menghasilkan berbagai macam produk fermentasi seperti etanol, karbondioksida, asam asetat, dan peroksida. Beberapa Studi menunjjukkan bahwa VCO dapat meningkatkan system kekebalan tubuh, dan mampu untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Sehingga pada pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMKN 8 batam Sei pelunggut, kacamatan sangulung kota batam, diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan kelapa untuk pembuatan VCO. Melalui kegiatan ini telah dihasilkan suatu cara atau metode yang mudah dan sederhana dalam pembuatan VCO dan para siswa/siswi SMKN 8 Batam yang mengikuti pelatihan ini mendapatkan pengetahuan yang bermanfaat dan memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan produk VCO ini ketika stock kelapa melimpah dan dapat dilanjutkan menjadi usaha skala rumah tangga serta berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi usaha yang lebih besar dan bisa dipasarkan ke pasar modern

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Karang Anyar Desa Jembatan Kembar Kecamatan Lembar dari tanggal 15 – 19 Juli 2023. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di daerah tersebut, bahwa Dusun Karang Anyar memiliki potensi sumber daya tanaman jagung yang saat ini difokuskan sebagai sumber pakan ternak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan wirausaha home industry guna meningkatan ekonomi keluarga melalui pengolahan jagung. Bertempat di Balai Banjar Bhakti Dharma Sari Dusun Karang Anyar, kegiatan penyuluhan diikuti dengan antusiasme oleh seluruh peserta yang merupakan masyarakat sekitar. Dengan dilaksanakannya penyuluhan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan tambahan edukasi bagi masyarakat guna membantu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber bahan baku di wilayahnya melalui pengolahan jagung.

Abstract

Knowledge and understanding of prayer and thaharah which includes Wudhu, Tayammum and obligatory bathing are important aspects in religious learning material in junior high schools (SMP). This discussion is about the importance of learning prayer and thaharah which includes ablution, tayammum and obligatory bathing as part of the implementation of religious education courses. Learning prayer and thaharah which includes obligatory ablution, tayammum and bathing at school not only ensures students' correct and consistent understanding of Islamic worship practices, but can also help in forming students' character and moral values. This also highlights the positive impact of this learning integration, such as increasing religious awareness, strengthening students' religious identity. Therefore, learning prayer and thaharah which includes ablution, tayammum and obligatory bathing for students has significant suitability in supporting the spiritual and moral development of students.

Abstract

The internet has a broad impact in the world of education, changing traditional ways of education to modern ways. The presence of the internet can overcome and change the limitations of distance, learning resources and information sources, so that students can be active in understanding the subjects taught by teachers to students. Utilization of the internet network as a source of basic education and training. Searching for teaching materials and sources of information in learning can be implemented through browsing, resourcing, searching, consulting and communicating. Utilizing the internet by utilizing the web in learning can be done through web courses, web centric courses, and web enhanced courses. The use of the internet must be done with full awareness so that the presence of the internet can truly support learning activities, especially for elementary school teachers in the Baki sub-district, Sukoharjo district. Internet misuse can have a negative impact on learning due to inaccuracies in the data or information presented. Therefore, internet users must be selective in choosing learning sources and information presented by the internet.

Abstract

This community service aims to carry out location mapping in planning activities to obtain an appropriate and comprehensive design for activities to increase the capacity and quality of roads in the Design area, Gunung Tibar District, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The method used was photography and direct measurements as well as assessment by a team appointed by the Berau Regency Government, both from the condition of the road to measuring the distance of the road whose quality would be improved at a 1,300m location stretching from the Jalan Poros Tanjung Batu area to the end of the Persimpangan Jalan Pertanian.

Abstract

Many businesses experienced losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which was Mitra who was laid off from his job due to his business going bankrupt. Partners have cake-making skills that they acquired while working. Mitra wants to open his own business but doesn't have the capital so he can't afford cake ingredients and machines. There are two problems with Partners, namely the production sector, Partners do not have capital and marketing problems, Partners do not know how to market their products. The goal of service is that partners have income and the business they run runs and develops. As a result of dedication, the provision of an oven machine has resulted in Mitra getting a lot of orders, as can be seen from the evaluation carried out over seven days of orders, usually only 3 bolus cakes every day, but now it can reach 15 bolus cakes every day. In conclusion, the oven provided by the Service Team is the result of a discussion group forum which is really needed by Partners. Partner's income has increased since the Service Team provided the oven to Partners as seen from the evaluation carried out by the Service Team

Abstract

Perkembangan IPTEK dalam era digital saat ini telah berpengaruh pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Proses pembelajaran kini sering memanfaatkan teknologi seperti proyektor dan pembelajaran daring. Penggunaan teknologi dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efektif, terutama untuk anak-anak usia dini. Melalui digital game based learning dan video animasi, teknologi digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana kegiatan belajar mengajar terasa menarik dan interaktif. Tujuan sosialisasi pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menciptakan Generasi Emas 2045 yang berwawasan akan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tim pengabdi melakukan sosialisasi kepada peserta didik usia 7-12 tahun di RPTRA Citra Bangsa, Jakarta Timur. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pemberian pre-test dan post-test, pemaparan materi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi. Pemberian tes melalui website Quizizz bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya pemaparan materi. Wawancara kepada pihak pengajar dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperkenalkan alat digital sebagai media pembelajaran kepada generasi dini merupakan langkah awal yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknologi pada anak-anak dan juga sangat efektif untuk menarik minat anak-anak dalam belajar.

Abstract

urrently, the implementation of IoT devices has been widely utilized by various parties in supporting the increasingly complex aspects of human life. IoT devices have become a favorite among hardware and software developers due to their ease of use and flexibility in adapting to the evolving systems of today. One of the uses of IoT is in the realm of digital economics, where digital economy represents a new way of prioritizing technology and ease in the buying and selling transaction process between sellers and buyers. In the past, payment processes for goods or services used to involve paper money and coins, but nowadays, payments are made using digital media. However, the current digital payment methods still rely on centralized storage technology. Therefore, if the data held at the center is damaged or compromised, it can disrupt the flow of financial transactions, and user data privacy becomes a subsequent concern.
