Abstract

Semakin majunya teknologi pada masa sekarang ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan maupun instansi sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Sistem pelaporan sensus harian rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Kaliwates Jember belum memanfaatkan sistem informasi dan masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga pengolahan data laporan kurang optimal. Masih terjadi banyak kesalahan penginputan,ketidaktepatan data, dan kurang efisien dalam segi waktu, biaya, dan tenaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk merancang dan membuat suatu aplikasi pelaporan sensus harian rawat inap di rumah sakit umum kaliwates Jember guna mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis, desain, koding, dan testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini sendiri adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi untuk mempermudah pengolahan data menjadi sebuah laporan sensus harian rawat inap yang dibutuhkan dan mengatasi masalah yang timbul karena sistem pengolahan laporan secara manual. Perancangan dan Pembuatan Aplikasi Sensus Harian Rawat Inap dengan Pemrograman Berbasis WEB di Rumah Sakit Umum Kaliwates Jember telah dibuat dengan hasil analisis sistem yang sudah ada dan sesuai metode yang digunakan, serta desain form yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan form manual atau kebutuhan pihak rumah sakit dan dapat mempermudah pengisian form tersebut. Sehingga Perancangan dan Pembuatan Aplikasi Sensus Harian Rawat Inap dengan Pemrograman Berbasis WEB di Rumah Sakit Umum Kaliwates Jember dapat dikembangkan dalam implementasi diwaktu yang akan datang, serta dikembangkan lebih lengkap dari segi penambahan fitur dan redesign aplikasi.

Abstract

The machine learning models based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) can be effectively used for detection and recognition of objects, such as Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19). In particular, the MobileNet and Single Shot multi-box Detector (SSD) have recently been proposed as the machine learning model for object detection. However, there are still some challenges for deployment of such architectures on the embedded devices, due to the limited computational power. Another problem is that the accuracy of the associated machine learning model may be decreased, depending on the number of concerned parameters and layers. This paper proposes a light-weight MobileNet (LMN) architecture that can be used to improve the accuracy of the machine learning model, with a small number of layers and lower computation time, compared to the existing models. By experimentation, we show that the proposed LMN model can be effectively used for detection of COVID-19 virus. The proposed LMN can achieve the accuracy of 98% with the file size of 27.8 Mbits by replacing the standard CNN layers with separable convolutional layers.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang masalah banjir, telah banyak dilakukan baik itu dari sisi model deteksi, prediksi, peramalan, permodelan, monitoring banjir, maupun pasca banjir dan penanggulangannya. Metode yang digunakan sangat bervariasi, statistik, regresi, spasial, sampai menggunakan pengindraan jarak jauh. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian tentang model potensi banjir, yang terjadi pada arteri di Kota Malang menggunakan Logika fuzzy. Obyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah jalan-jalan arteri di wilayah Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang. Model logika fuzzy yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah fuzzy sugeno orde-nol. Hasil luaran dari dari fuzzy ini adalah status banjir, yaitu tidak banjir, berpotensi banjir, dan banjir.Kata Kunci — Jalan arteri, banjir, fuzzy

Abstract

Sentiment classification is a field of study that analyzes a person's opinions, sentiments, judgments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions regarding a particular topic, service, product, individual, organization, or activity. The topic that is currently being discussed is Covid-19. Covid19 is a disease caused by the corona virus, which was first identified in the city of Wuhan, China. This disease has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. In this regard, the Indonesian government issued a policy as an effort to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus. However, this encourages the emergence of various kinds of public responses. One of them is Twitter users, there are pros and cons responses from the community in responding to government policies and causing problems, namely the difficulty of knowing positive, neutral or negative responses given by the community. Based on the explanation above, a sentiment analysis was carried out. This analysis was carried out by utilizing data from Twitter with the keywords at home, vaccines for the people of Indonesia, and PSBB, covid, covid19, covid Indonesia, vaccines Jakarta, vaccines, vaccines Restore RI, and vaccines for the sake of protecting the Republic of Indonesia. Where the data will be processed through several stages, namely preprocessing, word weighting and sentiment analysis. The results of the classification of the sentiment classification of the majority of Twitter users are neutral, namely 69.2% of the data classified as neutral sentiment, 30.1% of the data classified as positive sentiment, and 7% of the data having negative sentiment.

Abstract

Nowadays, there are many changes in the field of Information Technology, from simple communication to electronic communication. This development affects several sectors of the world. The industrial world today is influenced by the development of information technology and makes the management information system in the management of information in the industry. A management Information System is a collection of information systems that are willing to interact and responsible for processing and collecting information data so that they can assist and manage at all levels when planning and managing activities. The Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry is in Tulungagung Regency, a small, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME), and still mandates data management in manual management. The use of manual management can cause various problems that should not occur. For example, data loss due to lost or torn books. As well as log data searches due to extensive production activities, inaccurate calculations, incorrectly entering data related to the production process, and other unlucky things that can interfere with production in the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry. This research designs a Management Information System to facilitate information management and solve the errors caused by UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. The research method used in the study uses a descriptive method. Namely, using this method to comprehensively depict the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker industry to find problems. The result of this research is the design of a Web-based Management Information System to assist in managing and developing businesses in the Kerupuk Puli Dua Bintang Cracker Industry. Research can for building a web-based Management Information System by design.

Abstract

At this moment, IoT technology was implemented in a broader area. The development of IoT technology can help human life become more manageable. IoT systems can help human activity through the natural time control system provided before. But there are some drawbacks when implementing the IoT system. One of them is the transmission process in the networking area. It’s happened because of weather, and other natural problems. Sometimes, IoT transmission can’t reach on time. It can make errors reading data on the user side. We proposed a transmission system, namely a Hybrid MP-QUIC transmission protocol, for helping in sending the data. Using this transmission protocol can reduce the response time between client and server.

Abstract

Bullying among students is increasingly prevalent, driven by various factors, including environmental influences and the impact of globalization. This issue poses significant challenges for teachers, who are often expected to monitor all students throughout the school day despite limited resources and time. The aim of this study is to explore effective strategies for preventing bullying in schools by integrating technological and creative approaches. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of bullying incidents with qualitative data from interviews and observations. The study focuses on the implementation of CCTV technology to enhance student behavior monitoring and prevent bullying incidents. Additionally, it investigates the use of arts-based activities as a means to help students channel excess energy into positive, creative outlets, thus reducing the likelihood of engaging in bullying behavior. The findings suggest that the combination of technological supervision and arts-based interventions significantly reduces the incidence of bullying in schools. The conclusion emphasizes the effectiveness of a holistic approach that incorporates both advanced monitoring tools and emotional support activities, highlighting the potential for these strategies to create a safer and more supportive school environment where students can thrive both emotionally and socially.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) technology offers great potential in the agricultural sector, especially in the automation of plant irrigation systems. Many farmers face challenges with water use efficiency and real-time land condition monitoring. Manual irrigation systems often lead to water wastage. Currently, many centralized irrigation systems use a one-by-one watering approach, requiring multiple sensors to monitor each plant's condition, making them less efficient. To address this issue, this research developed an automated irrigation system controlled by Node-RED and robotic technology. The system is designed to require only one sensor to monitor the entire agricultural area, while still efficiently distributing water to many plants. Node-RED manages data from soil moisture and environmental temperature sensors, then activates the watering robot to distribute water according to the plants' needs. The system was tested by comparing manual and automatic methods using polybags. The soil moisture sensor sends data to Node-RED, which activates the watering robot when soil moisture falls below a set threshold. Test results show that the automated system can save up to 20% of water usage compared to manual methods, while keeping soil moisture within the optimal range. This system also enables real-time monitoring and control, providing a more efficient, timely, and resource-saving solution.
