Abstract

UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari adalah UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang industri makanan dalam pembuatan roti tawar yang terletak di Rejowinangun, Kota Gede, Yogyakarta. Permasalahan kurang efektif dan efisien dalam proses produksi masih terjadi pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari. Terdapat 56 aktivitas produksi pada UMKM Roti Bakar Azhari, Ada beberapa aktivitas yang dapat berfungsi sebagai penyebab utama pemborosan, seperti, transportasi, motion dan delay. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mengurangi pemborosan. Value Stream Mapping dan Process Activity Mapping. Metode tersebut dapat memetakan aliran proses produksi yang nantinya menghasilkan current value stream mapping dan process activity mapping untuk mengkategorikan jenis aktivitas produksi, kemudian telah dilakukan upaya untuk mengurangi pemborosan yang menghasilkan future value stream mapping. Mengurangi jumlah waktu yang dihabiskan untuk aktivitas adalah perbaikan yang dilakukan A1,A2,A7,A11,A15,B2,C1,C6 dan D1 untuk aktivitas yang dilakukan penyesuaian aktivitas C12 dan C15, adapun aktivitas yang dihilangkan yaitu aktivitas A3 dengan total waktu yang sebelumnya 7819,6006 detik menjadi 7511,121 detik.

Abstract

. Design and Development of Interactive Learning Media in Graphic Design Subjects is a research that aims to develop effective and practical interactive learning media on basic graphic design topics. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five development stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.At the analysis stage, this research understands the problems found in the use of learning media in graphic design subjects, such as the limited use of print media and the need for more interactive and interesting media. At the design stage, this research develops a learning media design that involves multimedia elements such as text, images, graphics, sound, video, animation and comprehensive simulations. At the development stage, this research develops multimedia-based interactive learning media, which can provide certain forms of interaction that allow users to interact actively with the program. The research results show that the Basic Graphic Design interactive learning media developed is valid from the instructional and display aspects, and is practical and suitable for use for basic graphic design learning. Thus, this research contributes to the development of interactive learning media that is effective and practical in improving the quality of learning in graphic design subjects.

Abstract

XYZ is a company operating in the textile industry and producing rayon fabric. In the production process, defects were still found in the period October 2023 – March 2024. Rayon fabric production was 286973m, consisting of defects in final weft 11643m, wavy 8391m, unwoven 7569m, double weft 6173m, stretch weft 8126m. Based on the problem, it can be solved using the six sigma method and FMEA with the DMAIC stage used to control quality from the initial process until a proposal for improvement is found. Obtained from the calculation results, the average sigma is 3.39 with an average DPMO of 29046.87 in production approval. The Pareto diagram of the most dominant defect percentages is final weft defects 27.8%, wavy 20.0%, loose weft 19.4%, non-woven 18.1%, double weft 14.7%. The highest RPN value was 280 for final feed defects and waves caused by workers' lack of accuracy regarding machine settings. Abstract

The use of technology is one solution in helping problems in various circles, both in the world of education and in companies. One of them is the application of an accounting information system to enter, process or report a company's accounting. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This will of course save time and also reduce errors that occur when work is done manually. Like cooperatives, cooperatives must use an accounting information system so that work can be done quickly and accurately. PGRI Kosera's activities in Central Java are in the savings and loans sector. The savings and loan recording process at Kosera PGRI Central Java is not very effective, and because the recording process is repetitive, there is still too much risk of inaccurate and quick misinformation to be reported using Ms. Excel still requires previous data processing from bookkeeping, both deposits, loans and installments, resulting in delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, in a computerized system that can process membership data, journals, savings transactions, loans and installments, reports made by the Kosera Pgri Cooperative will be valid in programming languages, especially in calculating installment interest costs and financial reports. From the results of the program created, data entry errors and interest calculation errors can be reduced, financial reports can be produced more quickly, and effective and efficient achievements can be achieved.

Abstract

Azhari Bakar Bread Factory is an MSME domiciled in Rejowinangun, Kotagede, Yogyakarta. In the production process, this factory can produce 7807 pieces of bread in a month, of the total production that month 57 pieces of bread are defective. To reduce defects, quality control is needed. Quality control aims to produce products in the form of goods or services that comply with the desired and planned standards, as well as improve the quality of products that do not comply with predetermined standards and possibly maintain appropriate quality. This research uses the Six Sigma and Kaizen methods by showing factual data and comparing it with existing theories to find things that need to be added, improved, or maintained. This research found that the sigma process capability calculated for 1 month was 2.97 with a possible damage of 3661.21 for one million production. From these results, it can be said that the company has not implemented quality control completely properly and correctly because it is still far from the target level of 6 sigma, therefore the company needs to carry out quality control on defective products. The factor that causes production defects is the human factor. machines, methods, materials, and environment.

Abstract

In the modern era, laundry services have become a practical solution for busy people. Sukmajaya Laundry, located in a strategic area in Depok, offers various services such as kilo laundry, bed cover washing, and express washing. However, despite having a wide range of ironing fragrance options, the laundry owner faces difficulties in determining which fragrance is most preferred by customers. This study aims to assist the owner of Sukmajaya Laundry in recommending the most popular ironing fragrance to customers. With this recommendation, it is hoped that new customers will no longer struggle to choose a fragrance that suits their preferences. The research employs the Weighted Product (WP) method, which combines several attributes with weighted criteria to calculate the total value. The alternative with the highest total value will be considered the best solution. This study results in a decision support system that can recommend the most popular ironing fragrance based on previous customer preferences, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at Sukmajaya Laundry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) dalam klasifikasi minat calon siswa-siswi di Able Ballet berdasarkan profil mereka. Metode K-NN digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam mengklasifikasikan data dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data profil siswa baru dan menggunakan metode K-NN untuk memprediksi minat mereka terhadap berbagai program yang ditawarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode K-NN dapat mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 90% dalam klasifikasi minat siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk penempatan program yang sesuai bagi siswa baru. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan penggunaan dataset yang lebih besar dan eksplorasi metode lain seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk meningkatkan akurasi model di masa depan.

Di era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara kita berinteraksi, berbelanja, dan berbisnis secara signifikan. Student’s Business Corner (SBC) yang terletak di lingkup kampus UCIC, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor UMKM. UMKM di Student’s Business Corner (SBC) memiliki produk-produk yang unik dan beragam, tetapi seringkali kesulitan dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan aksesibilitas. Metode Web Engineering menawarkan pendekatan sistematis dalam pengembangan aplikasi web yang dapat membantu mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan marketplace untuk SBC. Abstract

A good sleep pattern is very important for our body's health both physically and mentally, while lifestyle habits such as physical activity and diet play a big role in influencing sleep quality. By using a decision tree, researchers aim to predict whether we have a healthy sleep pattern or not based on lifestyle. Healthy sleep patterns are regular and quality sleep habits to maintain our physical health. Healthy sleep patterns generally involve sleeping 8 hours – 9 hours per night, having a regular and consistent sleep time. The decision tree model was chosen because of the decision tree's ability to provide accurate predictions and produce rules that are easy to understand. This model can help us raise awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle in maintaining sleep quality.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the Dengue virus and has a significant impact on public health, especially in tropical areas. Early diagnosis and prediction of DHF risk are essential to prevent complications and improve medical care. This study aims to develop a DHF risk prediction model using the Decision Tree method based on clinical symptoms and laboratory data. The data used include symptoms such as fever, joint pain, rash, and laboratory results such as platelet count and hematocrit. The Decision Tree model was chosen because of its ability to handle data with various variables and provide easy-to-understand interpretations. The research data were taken from patients diagnosed with DHF in several hospitals during a certain period. The dataset was then analyzed to find relevant patterns that could predict a high risk of DHF. The model training and testing process was carried out using cross-validation techniques to ensure prediction accuracy. The results showed that the Decision Tree model had an accuracy rate of 96.95% and consistent results from cross-validation which produced an average accuracy of 92.8%,, with good sensitivity and specificity in predicting DHF risk based on a combination of clinical symptoms and laboratory data. Factors such as low platelet count and fever symptoms lasting more than three days were found to be significant predictive variables. In conclusion, this Decision Tree model has the potential to be used as a tool in early prediction of DHF risk, which can help medical personnel in clinical decision making and patient management. Further development can be done by adding other variables such as epidemiological data to improve model performance.
