Abstract

AbstrakThe environment always revolves around the human from the time of birth until death, so that between the environment and humans there is a reciprocal relationship in the sense that the environment affects humans and humans affect the environment. So is the new as a whole, as its own experience in interaction with its environment ". Understanding the above learning emphasizes that learning is an experience and experience that one of them obtained thanks to the interaction between a person with his environment. According to psychologists, the environment that contributes greatly to the learning process and the development of children is the family environment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of this study aims to determine the description and influence training on the performance of elementary schools teachers in Maeo Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. By taking samples from 2 elementary schools in Maro Sebo District Muaro Jambi. This type of research used quantitative research with 40 research subjects, which were conducted in two schools namely SD Negeri 38 and MIN 1 in Maro Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. In this study using data collection techniques through questionnaires, Processing data analysis using the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, and homogeneity test as well as verification analysis with simple linear regression. The results showed that t value of the training variabel (X) on teachers performance (Y) is 2,752 with a sig. 0,008. This means that t count > t table. In other words. o is rejected and H is accepted because 0,000 < 0,005. This means that the result of this t test indicate that training (X) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Maro Sebo, Muaro Jambi Regency. Keywords : Training, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to reveal the extent of the influence of the use of cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes in economics taught by the cooperative learning model type of Talking Stick class X MIPA in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. The results showed that there was a very significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics and Mathematics X class in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. Based on the results of data processing analysis, it is known that the mean value of the learning outcomes (Pre-Test) is 51.32. While the mean value calculated (mean) learning outcomes (PostTest) is 71.25. Thus, it can be concluded that the Talking Stick type of cooperative learning model influences economic learning outcomes. Keywords: Talking Sticks, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai kontinuitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data kontinuitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan varian homogen karena F hitung < F tabel. Selanjutnya, data yang telah dihitung dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS for windows versi 19 telah diperoleh hasil pada variable entered menggunakan metode enter. Adapun hasil uji simultan yakni 11,239 dengan tingkat siqnifikan 0,002. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kontinuitas belajar dan pengelolaan kelas yang dimiliki siswa dalam belajar maka secara otomatis hasil belajar siswa akan lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Kontinuitas Belajar, Pengelolaan Kelas, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of the continuity of learning and classroom management on the learning outcomes of students of class X IPS on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. The results showed that the data of continuity of learning and classroom management of student learning outcomes were expressed as homogeneous variants because F calculated <F table. Furthermore, data that has been calculated using the help of SPSS for Windows version 19 has obtained the results in the entered variable using the enter method. The simultaneous test results are 11.239 with a significant level of 0.002. Thus it can be concluded that the higher the continuity of learning and classroom management that students have in learning automatically the student learning outcomes will be better. Keyword : Continuity of Learning, Classroom Management, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of social competence, work discipline and performance of teachers and the influence of social competence and work discipline on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi. The results showed that the picture of social competence has a value of 84.14%, work discipline has a value of 66.27% and teacher performance has a value of 61.40%. Meanwhile, the influence of social competence on teacher performance is summarized model R = 0,361 and R Square = 0,168 with ANOVA value, F = 2,628 with α (sig) = 0,004. The amount of influence of work discipline on teacher performance of model summary R = 0,650 and R Square = 0,422, In ANOVA, value F = 26,300 with α (sig) = 0,000. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of social competence and work discipline on the performance of teachers collectively obtained results model summary R = 0.666 and R Square = 0.443, in ANOVA, value F = 13.920 with α (sig) = 0,000.Kata Kunci : Social Competence, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the level of customer loyalty to Tupperware home appliance products at PT Nazila Jambi Nugraha, and (2) to determine the factors that influence customer loyalty to Tupperware home appliance products at PT Nazila Jambi Nugraha. The method used in this study is the Ex Post Facto research method, namely empirical investigation, and the researcher does not control the independent variables directly, because basically there is no manipulation of the embodiment of these variables. According to Sugiyono (2012: 17) Ex Post Facto research is a study conducted to examine events that have occurred and then trace back to find out the factors that can cause these events to arise. The population of this study were 402 customers of Tupperware household products at PT Nazila Jambi Nugraha. The sample of this research is 24 people. The results showed that (1) Customer loyalty to Tupperware household appliance products could be identified using a questionnaire with the indicator Consistency in buying behavior on the sub-indicator of not switching brands even though there were cheaper ones in the highest respondent value with a TCR of 97.5%, namely very satisfactory, (2) Internal factors that influence loyalty are assessed by respondents with a TCR of 87.5%, namely satisfactory. Meanwhile, the psychological indicators related to beliefs and attitudes were rated with a TCR of 85.83%, namely satisfactory, and (3) External factors that influenced loyalty were assessed by respondents at 78.83%, namely satisfactory. Whereas on the Social Factors indicator related to the family sub-indicator, the respondent's value with a TCR of 87.5% is satisfactory.Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Tupperware

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets (LKS) and the independent learning outcomes of students in economic subjects in class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. The results showed that (1) the use of student worksheets (LKS) did not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of tcount < ttable (1.441 <1.659). Furthermore, the variable contribution of using Student Worksheets (LKS) to student learning outcomes is 11.7%. (2) Independent learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of tcount > ttable (1.937 > 1.659). Furthermore, the contribution of the independent learning variable to student learning outcomes is 19.2%. (3) The use of student worksheets (LKS) and independent learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable (3.166> 3.04). Furthermore, the variable contribution of the use of student worksheets (LKS) and independent learning to learning outcomes was 36.4%.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to prove (1) Effect of Economic Literacy on Consumptive Behavior, (2) Effect of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior (3) Effect of economic and lifestyle literacy on Consumtive behavior of STKIP YPM Bangko Economics Education student. Research on student of study program of Economics STKIP YPM Bangko.  The research approach that will be used in this research is quantitative approach, while the method used is survey method. This study was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The study population was 108 people. Sampling using proportional random sampling. The number of selected samples is 85 people. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data were processed using multiple regression. The result of the research shows that (1) Economic Literation has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in STKIP YPM Bangko STKIP economic student, (2) Lifestyle has significant influence on consumptive behavior on STKIP YPM Bangko economic education student and (3) Economic Literacy and Lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior in STKIP YPM Bangko's economic education studentsKeywords : Economic Literacy, Lifestyle, Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of parental attention on student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City, (2) parental motivation on student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City, (3) the effect of parents' attention and motivation towards student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This type of research is a descriptive research method with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study is 117 people. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling, so 90 people were selected as research samples. Data collection techniques in this study is to distribute questionnaires to research respondents. The results showed that (1) the effect of parental attention on learning attitudes obtained a value of tcount > ttable (5.862 > 1.988). That is, parental attention has a significant effect on student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City, (2) the influence of parental motivation on learning attitudes obtained a value of tcount > ttable (6.004 > 1.988). That is, parental motivation has a significant effect on student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City, and (3) parental attention and motivation significantly affect student learning attitudes in class XI hospitality at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This is based on the value of Fcount > Ftable (30,708 > 3.08), so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected.Keywords: Parents' Attention, Parents' Motivation, Learning Attitude

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) To determine the management of the utilization of Tofu waste produced by Tofu craftsmen in Sungai Bahar District, Muaro Jambi Regency. (2) To find out the income of Tofu UMKM in Sungai Bahar District before and after the utilization of Tofu waste. The results showed that (1) Management of the utilization of tofu waste produced by craftsmen at Tofu MSMEs in Sungai Bahar District in the form of products that have a sale value, Tofu MSMEs in Sungai Bahar District utilize liquid and solid waste which from five MSMEs Tofu in the Sungai Bahar Subdistrict there are 2 Tofu MSMEs that utilize liquid waste that is processed to produce liquid fertilizer products, and there are 2 Tofu MSMEs that utilize solid waste which is processed as a consumable product, that is gembus. The products produced from the use of waste have a sale value that can increase the income of craftsmen in Tofu MSMEs who use Tofu waste, and there are 1 Tofu MSMEs that make Tofu waste as a form of social Human. (2) Income in Sungai Bahar Subdistrict prior to the utilization of Tofu waste is income from the sale of Tofu products, income received by Tofu UMKM after utilization of Tofu waste is income before being combined with income received from the sale of liquid fertilizer and fertilizer. Keywords : Tofu Waste Management, Tofu MSME Revenue
