Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the school environment on student learning outcomes in the subject of entrepreneurship in class XI Hospitality SMK N 4 Jambi City. The research that the researchers did was a survey method. The population of this study amounted to 60 students. The sample technique in this study was proportional random sampling so that 52 students were selected as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was simple regression analysis using the SPSS for Windows Version 22 program. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the school environment variables were in the sufficient category. This is shown by the average school environment variable which is 3.60 with the Respondent's Achievement Level (TCR) of 72.09. It is shown that the school environment variable (X) is not significant to student learning outcomes (Y), because the value of Sig tcount is 1.216 while ttable is 2.007 meaning that tcount < ttable is 1.216 < 2.007. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the effect of soft skills on writing work readiness of SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. (2) The effect of hard skills on job readiness of graduates of SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. (3) The influence of Soft Skills and Hard Skills on job readiness of SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City graduates.This research design uses survey research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 133 students with a sample of 57 students. The data processing techniques in this study are the Research Instrument Validity Test, Research Instrument Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Regression Test, Hypothesis Test, Partial Test (t) and Simultaneous Test ( F). Keywords: Soft Skill, Hard Skill, Work Readiness.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dan perbandingan penggunaan model pembelajaran think pair share dan metode diskusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diketahui bahwa rata-rata hitung (mean) hasil belajar (post-test) kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS adalah 66,98. Sedangkan, berdasarkan pengolahan data lain juga diketahui bahwa rata-rata hitung (mean) hasil belajar (post-test) kelas kontrol yang diajar menggunakan metode diskusi adalah 52,38. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode diskusi.Kata Kunci : TPS, Diskusi, Hasil Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the results and comparison of the use of think pair share learning models and the method of discussion of student learning outcomes in economics class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. Based on data processing it is known that the mean of the learning outcomes (post-test) of the experimental class taught using TPS type cooperative learning model is 66.98. Whereas, based on the processing of other data, it is also known that the average of the learning outcomes (post-test) of the control class taught using the discussion method is 52.38. Thus, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the subjects of Economics taught using TPS type cooperative learning models are higher than student learning outcomes in the Economics subjects taught using the discussion method.Keyword : TPS, Discussion, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) to determine the description of learning motivation, learning readiness, and student learning outcomes in economics class XI social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 2) to determine learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics class XI subjects. Social Studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 3) to determine the effect of learning readiness on student learning outcomes in economics class XI social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City, 4) to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning readiness on student learning outcomes in subjects economics class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. The design in this research is quantitative research, using survey method. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS, with a total sample of 82 students. Meanwhile , the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results of the data analysis using the multiple regression formula with the help of the SPSS version 21 program were obtained: 1) learning motivation got a respondent's achievement score of 78.08% with a good enough category, learning readiness of respondents' achievement value of 68.28% with a good enough category and learning outcomes student value < 67 is 48.54%, learning outcomes with student scores = 67 are 2.92%, and learning outcomes with student scores > 67 are 48.54% with a fairly good category; 2) there is an effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of 0.589; 3) there is an effect of learning readiness on learning outcomes of 0.513; 4) there is an effect of motivation and learning readiness on learning outcomes of 0.417 and 0.288, this means that there is a significant influence between learning motivation and learning readiness on learning outcomes of students of class XI social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. Keywords: Motivation, Readiness, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the description of students' initial abilities, online learning and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (2) The influence of students' initial abilities and learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (3) The influence of online learning and student learning outcomes of class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. (4) The influence of students' initial abilities and online learning on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population of this research is 222 students with a sample of 143 students. The data processing techniques in this study are Instrument Validity Test, Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Simple Regression Test, Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) the initial ability of students to obtain a TCR score of 80.95% with a good category. Meanwhile, the TCR value of online learning obtained a score of 80.25% in the good category. (2) There is an effect of students' initial ability on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.12. (3) There is an effect of online learning on student learning outcomes of 2,546 with a significant value of 0.15. (4) There is an effect of X1 and X2 on Y with a Ftable value of 4.523 with a significance of 0.12. Thus, the initial ability describes the readiness of students to accept the lessons that will be delivered by the teacher, and online learning is quite influential on the learning activities carried out between students and teachers. So even in the process of changing learning activities from offline to online, it still affects the learning activities of students even though it can determine the success of students in learning.Keywords: Initial Ability, Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how to increase household income through MSMEs and the role of housewives in improving the family economy in Pagar Dewa Village, South Bengkulu Regency. The design of this study uses descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the technique in this study uses a purposive technique, namely the determination of informants is not based on guidelines or based on population representatives, but based on the depth of information needed, namely by finding key informants who will then proceed with other informants with the aim of developing and seeking as much information as possible. related to research problems. The results showed that (1) through MSMEs carried out by housewives in Pagar Dewa Village can increase income for families, because the income generated can meet more decent needs such as meeting the needs of clothing, food and shelter. (2) Housewives in the village of Pagar Dewa is very instrumental in improving the family's economy, because of the desire of a mother who wants to help ease the cost and burden of family life given the increasing needs of life so that this housewife works through the MSME sector in order to earn money and add income to her husband. Keywords : The Role of Housewives, Family Economy and SMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of teacher certification on the performance of economics subject teachers in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Kota Baru. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between teacher certification on the performance of economics subject teachers in SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Kota Baru. With result of model summary R = 0,059 and R Square = 0,003. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict teacher certification at 95% confidence level. In the coefficient B constant value = 54,573, states that if teacher certification variables are ignored, then teacher performance = 54,573. Meanwhile, the variable value for certification (X) is 0.760, stating that if the teacher certification level is included, then teacher performance increases around 0.760. Keyword : Teacher Sertification, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the factors of student learning difficulties in online learning in Economics class XII at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This type of research is a descriptive study and a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 174 people. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling, so that 121 students were selected as the research sample. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is factor analysis with the SPSS For Windows Version 16 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) the learning difficulty variable is in the sufficient category with an average of 3.40 and the Respondents' Achievement Level (TCR) of 67.92. and (2) there are 11 (eleven) dominant factors that influence student learning difficulties, namely (a) factor 1 which is given the identity of the Learning Environment, (b) factor 2 which is given the identity of Learning Interests, (c) factor 3 which is given the identity of Talent, (d) factor 4 which is given the identity of Learning Motivation, (e) factor 5 which is given the identity of Learning Habits, (f) factor 6 which is given the identity of Intelligence, (g) factor 7 which is given the identity of Student Characteristics, (h) factor 8 which is given School climate identity, (i) factor 9 which is given the identity of the Learning Method, (j) factor 10 which is given the identity of Learning Tools, and (k) factor 11 which is given the identity of Family Roles. Keywords: Learning Difficulties.

Abstract

This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study was 435 people. The sample of this study was 78 students, consisting of 38 students of class VIIB and 40 students of class VIIC. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the cooperative learning model type Cooperative Script were 13 students. who obtained a score above the KKM, namely 75. From the 40 questions that the researcher asked, it was known that the highest score for the students' answers was 35 with a score of 87.5; as many as 4 students, while the lowest score for student answers was 13 with a value of 32.5; namely as many as 1 student, (2) student learning outcomes taught using conventional learning models are 11 students who get a score above the KKM, which is 75. Of the 40 questions that the researcher asked, it is known that the highest score for student answers was 32 with a value of 80, namely as many as 3 students. While the lowest score for student answers was 13 with a value of 32.5; namely as many as 1 student, and (3) student learning outcomes taught using cooperative learning model type Cooperative Script higher than student learning outcomes taught using conventional learning models. This is evidenced by the value of t count>, which is 3.2 > 1.9917.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan koperasi sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel semua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya evaluasi kinerja pengurus koperasi dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam mengembangkan koperasi sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Merlung dimasa yang akan datang. Artinya, jika kemampuan pengurus meningkat maka akan berdampak pula pada peningkatan kinerja pengurus. Sementara, dapat diketahui pula bahwa apabila kualitas pelayanan baik maka pelanggan akan merasakan kepuasan tersendiri dan pelanggan akan senang dengan sistem pelayanan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Kinerja, Pelayanan, Koperasi Sekolah.  Abstract This study aims to determine the evaluation of the performance and quality of cooperative school services in SMA 1 Merlung. This study uses a saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled all. The results of the study show that with the evaluation of the performance of the cooperative management, it can have a positive impact in developing cooperative schools in Merlung 1 Public High School in the future. That is, if the management capacity increases, it will also have an impact on improving the performance of the management. Meanwhile, it can also be seen that if the quality of service is good, customers will feel satisfaction and customers will be happy with the existing service system. Keyword : Performance Evaluation, Services, School Cooperatives.
