Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of participation and capital of members together, on the welfare of members of the Village Unit Cooperative Bulungan Kenali District Telanaipura Jambi City. Based on the data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between the participation and capital of members together, to the welfare of members of the Village Unit Cooperative Bulungan Kenali District Telanaipura Jambi City. With result of model summary R = 0,311 and R Square = 0,297. In ANOVA, the value F = 9.179 with α (sig) = 0,000. Because α (Sig) < 0.05, then regression can be used to predict participation and capital at 95% confidence level. Based on the value of B constant and X, we can make a regression equation that is Y = a + X1 + X2 = 29,610 + 0,198 + 0,182. And, for t arithmetic X1 = 2.895, and t arithmetic X2 = 2.628 then t arithmetic> t table. This means that t count > t table. This means that the t test shows that participation (X1) and capital (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the welfare of members (Y) of Jambi Village Village Village Cooperative Unit. Keyword : Participation, Permodalan, Welfare Member, Village Unit Cooperative.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of tutoring on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VI SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (2) the influence of internet use on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (3) the effect of tutoring and the use of the internet on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is a survey method research with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The total population in this study was 130 people. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling, so that 98 people were selected as research samples. The technique of collecting data in this research is by distributing questionnaires via google form to research respondents. The data analysis technique in this study was multiple regression with the SPSS for Windows Version 21 program. The results showed that (1) the effect of tutoring on learning outcomes obtained a value of tcount > ttable (6.038 > 1.984). That is, tutoring has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, (2) The effect of internet use on learning outcomes is obtained by the value of tcount> ttable (5.580>1.984). That is, learning facilities have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City, and (3) tutoring and internet use significantly affect student learning outcomes on social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. This is based on Fcount > Ftable (26.827 > 0.09), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected.Keywords: Tutoring, Internet, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine description and influence of student learning attitudes in Economics subjects in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. Research conducted by researchers is a survey method. The population of 4 (four) classes is 160 students. The sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling so that 114 students of class XI IPS of SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City were selected. Based on the results of research that researchers have obtained, the learning attitude which consists of: (1) Teacher Approval (TA): which relates to the material presented practice, assignments and requirements set at school shows that the average student on the indicator is 3.26% with a TCR value of 65% this means that the indicators of student learning attitudes on the Teacher Approval (TA) are still quite good. (2) Education Acceptance (AE): students' views of teachers, their behavior in class and ways of teaching with an average of 3.17% with a TCR value of 63%. This means that the indicators of student learning attitudes on Education Acceplance (AE) are still quite good. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning attitudes on student learning outcomes in Economics in Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 8 jambi city. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of discipline and learning motivation on learning outcomes in economics class XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. This research is a quantitative study, the total population of this study were 123 students and the number of samples was 95 students. With a significant level of 5%. Selection of this sample using Proportional Random Sampling Technique. Data collected using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed from the test of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen from the R Square table of 0.708, which means that learning outcomes are influenced by learning discipline and learning motivation by 0.708 or 70.8% while the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on table 4.13 above, it is known that the sig value is 0.024 <0.05 and it can also be seen that the calculated F value of 3.906 is greater than the F table value of 3.09. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that learning discipline and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Keywords : Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract The empowerment of the younger generation through programs to increase entrepreneurial skills and abilities is very important. Entrepreneurial skills cannot be created quickly, but must be accustomed to it from an early age so that children have an interest in doing business. School education is an effort to introduce entrepreneurship education to students, one of which is class IX A at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. One of the efforts that can be made by Indonesian language teachers is to conduct training to write short stories on entrepreneurship themes to students. The goal is that students can imagine story characters who work as entrepreneurs or business people. Students will also be introduced to specific terms in the field of entrepreneurship, such as stocks, capital, company, director, profit, and other terms. In conducting this research, the writer used the Stalakmid model. Researchers used 2 stages, namely the pre and post stages of the application of the Stalakmid model. From the data analysis, the students' ability to write short stories with the theme of entrepreneurship, the student's score before the implementation of the stalakmid model was 33.3%. Whereas at the post stage, the students' abilities increased to 88.8%. Based on these data, it was concluded that the Stalakmid model could improve students' ability to write short stories on entrepreneurship themes. Keywords: Learning Model, STALAKMID, Writing Short Stories, Indonesian Languange

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the use of conventional learning models through the lecture model with the Role Playing learning model in economic subjects with the material of financial services institutions in class X IPS SMAN 3 Jambi City. The research design used a Quasi Experiment research method. The population in this study were 157 students from all class X IPS SMAN 3 Jambi City. Based on research results it can be explained that by using the learning model the objectives, competencies and student learning outcomes are expected to be achieved effectively and efficiently. Therefore, teachers are expected to be able to understand and be able to choose interesting and innovative learning models that will help students in the process of absorbing learning material.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh kesulitan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji analisis regresi linier, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMA Purnama 2 Kota Jambi. Artinya, dalam proses dan kegiatan belajar siswa akan selalu menemui kesulian, oleh karena itu peran guru untuk dapat memonitoring dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran tetap harus diperhatikan dan dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Kesulitan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the description and effect of learning difficulties on students' learning motivation on economic subjects in Purnama 2 High School, Jambi City. This study uses a quantitative research design with a linear regression analysis test, with a total sample of 82 students. The results showed that learning difficulties were positive and significantly affected the learning motivation of students of Purnama 2 High School in Jambi City. That is, in the process and learning activities students will always meet difficulties, therefore the role of the teacher to be able to monitor and evaluate learning must still be considered and needed to improve students' learning motivation for the better. Keyword : Learning Difficulties, Learning Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of discipline on student learning outcomes in economics class X social studies at SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The results of the study explained that: 1) Based on the calculation of the learning discipline known Mean is 124.16. The median is 127.00 and mode is 127. While the mean learning outcome calculation is 80.93. The median is 80.00 and the mode is 80. 2) Based on data processing through simple regression analysis obtained information that the discipline of learning has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics subjects class X IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Merlung. This is indicated by the value of Sig. < 0.05, which is 0,000 < 0.05. In addition, the results of hypothesis testing also informs that learning facilities have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics X social class subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Merlung, which is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data pada hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Dengan hasil model summary R = 0,551 dan R Square = 0,304. Oleh karena α (Sig) < 0,05, maka regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi budaya organisasi guru pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Pada coefficient nilai B constant = 10,130, menyatakan bahwa jika variabel budaya organisasi diabaikan, maka kinerja guru = 10,130. Sedangkan, nilai variabel untuk budaya organisasi (X) adalah 0,584, menyatakan bahwa jika tingkat budaya organisasi seperti dilibatkan, maka kinerja guru meningkat sekitar 0,584. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru.  This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. Based on data analysis on the results of the study that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance in the 9 SMA Negeri Jambi City. With the results of the summary model R = 0.551 and R Square = 0.304. Because α (Sig) <0.05, regression can be used to predict the teacher's organizational culture at 95% confidence level. In the coefficient value B constant = 10.130, states that if the organizational culture variable is ignored, then the teacher's performance = 10.130. Whereas, the variable value for organizational culture (X) is 0.584, stating that if the level of organizational culture is involved, the teacher's performance increases by about 0.584. Keyword : Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of the role of parents, learning habits and student learning outcomes, and know the influence both partially and simultaneously between the role of parents and learning habits of student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X in SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. The result of the research shows that (1) the role of parents and the habit of learning is in the less good category, (2) There is significant influence between the role of parents to student learning outcomes, (3) There is a significant influence between learning habits toward student learning outcomes, and (4) There is a significant influence between the role of parents and learning habits simultaneously on the learning outcomes of X class students economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Thus, the involvement of parents through the role given every day (learning children at home) will make children feel cared for and lead to positive habits (learning). Thus, it can be explained that the role of parents and learning habits indirectly will improve the acquisition of learning outcomes better than ever.Kata Kunci : Role of Parents, Habit of Learning, Learning Outcomes.
