Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine 1) The socio-economic description of parents, individual characteristics and learning outcomes. 2) The influence of parents' socioeconomic and learning outcomes. 3) the influence of individual characteristics on learning outcomes. 4) The influence of parents' socioeconomic and individual characteristics simultaneously on student learning outcomes. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 105 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption test used is the Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that: 1) The socio-economic of parents was included in the poor category with an average TCR value (X1) of 50.60%, (X2) 70.11%, and the students' learning outcomes in economics subjects with a value of less than 68 as many as 71 students while those who scored above 68 were 34 students. 2) There is a socio-economic influence of parents on learning outcomes which can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable of parents' socioeconomic variables of 3.158 > 1.658. 3) There is an influence of individual characteristics on learning outcomes that can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable, namely 4.461 > 1.658. 4) There is a simultaneous influence of parents' socioeconomic and individual characteristics on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of Fcount > Ftable of 16.475 > 3.04. Socio-economic parents affect the development of children's learning in the facilities and means of learning at home and at school. In addition to fulfilling the character building facilities, it also aims to improve better study habits, as well as the spirit of learning in students. Indirectly socio-economic conditions have an impact on students' self-change in order to get better learning outcomes than before.Keywords: Socio-Economic, Characteristics, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, sehingga terpilih 47 orang guru sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil data diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (9,930 > 3,21). Adapun variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan (keseluruhan)terhadap kinerja guru adalah 31,1%. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Disiplin, Kinerja Guru.  Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 9 Jambi City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which consists of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The population in this study was 47 people. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, so that 47 teachers were selected as the research sample. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously (overall) have a significant effect on teacher performance in Jambi City Public High School 9. Based on the results of the data it is known that the value of Fcount> Ftable (9.930> 3.21). The variables of job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously (overall) on teacher performance are 31.1%. Keyword : Satisfaction, Discipline, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of the school environment on the motivation of studying students of class XI in SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi. Based on data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between the school environment on student learning motivation XI in SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi. The results showed that (1) the school environment variables included in the category enough. This is indicated by the average of school environment variables is 3.93 withRespondent Achievement Level (TCR) of 78.69. Furthermore, learning motivation variables included in the category enough. This is indicated by the average of learning motivation variable is 3.80 with Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) equal to 76,06, and (2) school environment have an effect on signifikan to student's learning motivation. This is indicated by the Sig value. <0,05, that is 0,000 <0,05 and tcount> ttable, that is 11,300> 1,97601. Keyword : School Environment, Motivation Learning.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: (1) Knowing how the description of the work management system and the success rate of field work practice in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) Knowing how the work management system influences the success rate of field work practice in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire) and documentation. Where the population in this study were 146 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption tests used were quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, simple regression test and partial t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a description between the implementation of field work practices and work management systems. (2) There is a significant influence between the work management system on field work practices in class XII accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. This is confirmed by t count> t table, which is 2.019> 1.658. Thus, the implementation of field work practices will be better implemented if the procedures and debriefing carried out by the school are optimized. The implementation of field work practices will be very influential if the process is guided by a good work management system. So, this linkage will have a better impact on the implementation of practical learning. Keywords: Work Management Systems, Street Vendors

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed at knowing the influence of punishment toward student learning discipline on Economics subject at State Senior High School 5 Tapung. Quantitative approach was used in this research with Expost Facto. All students in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 learning on Economics subject were the population of this research. They were 335 students. The samples were 182 respondents. To analyze the research findings was using Simple linear regression analysis to test R Square. Based on the research findings, it was obtained that R Square was 0.2811 and the score of determination coefficient percentage was 28.11%. So, it could be concluded that the influence of punishment toward student learning discipline on Economics subject at State Senior High School 5 Tapung was 28.11%. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the results of student learning using the learning model of talking stick and make a match learning model on economic subjects of capital market subject in class XI IIS SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. The results showed student learning outcomes in class XI IIS 5 on the subject of capital market capital economics at SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi at the time of pre-test using the learning stick talking model obtained the highest learning result of 55.00, while using model make a match of 67.50. This means the pre-test when using make a match is higher than the talking stick learning model. Meanwhile, at the time of post-test using the talking stick learning model obtained the highest learning result of 50.00. Meanwhile, using make a match model of 77.50. This means the pre-test when using make a match is higher than the talking stick learning model.Kata Kunci : Learning Model, Talking Stick, Make a Match.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how is the welfare of the community and what are the activities to improve community welfare after the Covid-19 pandemic in Kasang Jaya Village, East Jambi District. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Case study instruments in qualitative research researchers must be able to complete the data and compare it with the facts in the field. Basically, cases are chosen because they are thought to contain their own specialties. While generalization is to show the position of the important things from the case in the knowledge map that has been built. The results showed that (1) The community must be able to adapt to all conditions, especially if there is an urgent situation for the community such as the Covid-19 pandemic which requires the community to be able to adapt to the changes that occur, where this has an impact on several things such as declining people's income, loss of jobs, and changes in people's lifestyles that have become their daily habits, and (2) Each community has a different way they choose, so that they are able to meet their needs and other needs when a condition such as the co-19 pandemic occurs, such as prioritizing important things first and looking for new business opportunities to increase income. Keywords : Public Welfare, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the use of learning models that are applied (CORE learning model and Card Sort) in economic subjects with international trade material in class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 3 Muara Bungo. Based on the results of the study, an analysis was obtained in the control class (the initial pre-test results were 6 students who passed and in the final pre-test as many as 9 students who passed the KKM). Meanwhile, in the experimental class (the initial pretest results were 8 students who passed and in the final pre-test as many as 15 students who passed the KKM). Meanwhile, in the post-test control class as many as 7 students did not pass and only 12 students passed. And, in the experimental class post-test students who had grades below KKM 21 students and above KKM 4 students. The results obtained an average value of 75. Thus, it can be concluded that the Card Sort learning model can help students actively involved directly in the learning process. Thus, it can be explained that the Card Sort learning model can provide convenience and make students more active in learning. This can be seen from the completeness of student learning. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dan perbandingan penggunaan model pembelajaran role playing dan numbered head together terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 5 Kabupaten Tebo. Berdasarkan praktek yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan roll playing diketahui bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai lulus lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, yakni pada kelas kontrol hanya 18 siswa yang lulus dan pada kelas eksperimen yang lulus sebanyak 28 siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Role Playing dapat memnantu siswa lebih terfokus dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Role Playing, NHT, Hasil Belajar.  Abstract This study aims to determine the results and comparison of the use of role playing learning models and numbered head together on the learning outcomes of students of class X IPS on economic subjects in Tebo District 5 State High School. Based on the practice carried out by using Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning models and roll playing it is known that the experimental class obtains a pass value greater than the control class, namely in the control class only 18 students graduate and 28 students pass the experimental class. Thus it can be concluded that the Role Playing learning model can help students focus more on learning. Keyword : Role Playing, NHT, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) there is no significant effect between the level of education on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. (2) There is a significant influence between the level of education on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. This type of research is using a quantitative descriptive research approach. The number in this study is 100 employees and as a research sample 48 employees. The technique of collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. 1. Education level There is no significant effect between education level on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Kota Jambi. 2.
