Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum merdeka menjadi tantangan bagi para guru di sekolah, salah satunya yakni SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. Guru dituntut untuk melakukan inovasi pengembangan bahan ajar sebagai trobosan keterbatasan sumber belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan e-modul berbantuan sigil software pada elemen 3 fase E mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Pemasaran. Subyek penelitian ini yakni 32 orang peserta didik kelas X Bisnis Digital 2 SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data, selanjutnya data akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata respon peserta didik yang diuji melalui 2 tahap yakni uji coba terbatas dan uji kelompok besar diperoleh nilai sebesar 89,4% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Dengan demikian e-modul memperoleh respon positif dan layak digunakan dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

Pengembangan asesmen berbasis kurikulum merdeka mata pelajaran dasar-dasar pemasaran bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan asesmen, kualitas pengembangan asesmen, dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D, menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan tahapan Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek pada penelitian ini terbatas pada siswa kelas X Bisnis Digital SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan kualitas materi menurut ahli bahasa 91% (sangat baik), ahli materi 85% (sangat baik) dan ahli asesmen 79% (baik). 25 soal signifikan dan 5 soal tidak signifikan dengan reliabilitas 0,750 (tinggi). Kesukaraan soal menghasilkan sebanyak 14 butir soal (47%) dengan kriteria “mudah”, 15 butir soal (50%) dengan kriteria “sedang”, dan 1 butir soal (3%) dengan kriteria “sukar”, jadi dinyatakan kriteria yang baik. Daya pembeda sebanyak 1 butir soal (3%) memiliki kriteria “sangat baik”, 22 butir soal (73%) kriteria “baik”, 2 butir soal (7%) kriteria “cukup”, 1 butir soal (3%) memiliki kriteria “jelek” dan 4 butir soal (14%) memiliki kriteria “sangat jelek”. Pengecoh soal sebanyak 17 butir soal (57%) memiliki beberapa pengecoh yang berfungsi dengan baik dan sebanyak 13 butir soal (43%) memiliki semua pengecoh yang berfungsi dengan baik. Dari kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, 10 siswa sangat baik, 14 siswa baik, 5 siswa cukup, dan 4 siswa kurang.

Abstract

Abstrack Business center practice is an activity carried out by students regarding sales, service to consumers, to bookkeeping of transactions that have been made. This practice is specifically for class X majoring in online business and marketing with the aim of fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship. With the belief in students so that students are not afraid to try and are motivated to start a business. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, the research method is through questionnaire distribution with a population of all class X students of online business and marketing using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 71 respondents. With path analysis, the results of this study show that business center practices have an effect on self-efficacy, business center practices have had an effect on entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurial interest has had an effect on self-efficacy and business center practices have had an effect on entrepreneurial intentions with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching Campus Program and Internal Locus Of Control partially on the Interest to Be a Teacher and to determine the effect of the Teaching Campus Program and Internal Locus Of Control simultaneously or together on the interest in becoming a teacher. This research uses descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of the Surabaya State University Economics Education Department using the Purposive Sampling technique using the Slovin formula with the results of 126 students from Surabaya State University consisting of the Economics Education Study Program, Office Administration Education, Accounting Education and Commerce Education. Data collected via google form was measured with a Likert scale using the IBM 22 version of SPSS software with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a positive influence between the Teaching Campus Program on the Interest to Become a Teacher and there is a positive influence between the Internal Locus of Control on the Interest to Become a Teacher. As well as the results of the study explain that simultaneously there is a positive influence between the Teaching Campus Program and the Internal Locus Of Control on the Interest to Be a Teacher. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and brand image on thrifting buying interest among active students of economic education at Surabaya State University. The sample used was 92 students, selected using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results explain that partially one of the variables has no effect on the independent variable, namely the price variable (X1), while the brand image variable has an effect on purchase intention. As well as the results of the study explain that simultaneously there is an influence of price and brand image on the intention to buy Thrifting shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi wawasan kewirausahaan dan motivasi wirausaha secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dan juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh persepsi wawaan wirausaha dan motivasi wirausaha secara simultan atau berpengaruh secara bersama terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Penelitihan ini menggunakan kuantitaif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penellitian ini sebanyak 751 mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan “Purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 88 mahasiswa dari Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang terdiri dari Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi,Pendidikan Adminstrasi Perkantoran,Pendidikan Akuntasi dan Pendidikan tata Niaga Analisis yang diggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Perhitungan regresi linier berganda pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 25,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi wawasan kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat wirausasha persepsi wawasan kewirausahaan dan motivasi wirausaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha Kata Kunci : Persepsi Wawasan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Wirausaha, Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is an educational institution that specifically aims to prepare students to be ready to work. Vocational High School graduates are expected to be able to work immediately after graduation because they are considered to have qualified abilities and skills. Therefore, job readiness is very important for Vocational School students, because Vocational High School students are one of the hopes of the community to become graduates who have competence in accordance with their areas of expertise. Many factors can affect work readiness, one of the external factors is field work practice and the internal factors are self-efficacy and internal locus of control. This study aims to determine the effect of field work practice, self-efficacy and internal locus of control on the work readiness of students at SMKN Mojoagung Jombang. This research uses descriptive quantitative research using research methods through distributing questionnaires to a population of all students in class XI BDP with a saturated sampling technique. amounted to 102 respondents. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that field work practice has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on work readiness and field work practice, self -efficacy and internal locus of control have a positive and significant effect.Keywords: field work practice, self-efficacy, internal locus of control, work readiness

Abstract

Tingginya jumlah penduduk Indonesia belum cukup diiiringi dengan besarnya penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan. Siswa SMK yang dibentuk untuk siap bekerja nyatanya masih menjadi penyumbang tertinggi pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia. Adanya jurusan Bisnis Daring Pemasaran serta percepatan teknologi seharunya menjadi faktor pendorong terciptanya siswa yang memiliki minat berbisnis online. Penelitian memiliki tujuan agar dapat diketahui pengaruh Mata Pelajaran Bisnis Online, Kreativitas dan Mental Berwirausaha terhadap Minat Berbisnis Online pada Siswa SMKS 1 Ketintang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 94 siswa. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier bergandadengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25,0 for windows. Hasil dari pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial 1) Mata Pelajaran Bisnis Online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berbisnis Online, 2) Kreativitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berbisnis Online, 3) Mental Berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berbisnis Online. Begitu pula secara simultan (bersama sama) Mata Pelajaran Bisnis Online, Kreativitas dan Mental Bewirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Berbisnis Online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how influential Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating are partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions. This study uses the type of Explanatory Research using a quantitative approach. The population taken in this study are consumers who use scarlett whitening products in the Surabaya area using a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling and using the Lemeshow et al,. formula, with a minum sample size of 100 people. Respondent data was taken via google form and measured using a linkert scale and processed with SPSS version 25 using multiple linier regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between the relationship between Online Customer Review on purchasing decisions and a positive influence between Online Customer Rating on purchasing decisions. The results of this study ecplain that Online Customer Review and Rating on purchasing decisions simultaneously have a positive influence. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of lifestyle, product design and brand image on buying interest in Honda Scoopy Prestige motorbikes for FEB UNESA students. Respondents in this study were FEB UNESA students. The number of respondents in this study were 368 respondents. Sampling was done with purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 22.0 as a data analysis tool. Based on the results of data testing conducted, it shows that: 1) Lifestyle has a partial effect on buying interest in Honda Scoopy Prestige on UNESA FEB Students. 2) Product design has a partial effect on buying interest in Honda Scoopy Prestige on UNESA FEB Students. 3) Brand image has a partial effect on buying interest in Honda Scoopy Prestige for UNESA FEB Students. 4) Lifestyle, product design, and brand image simultaneously influence the purchase intention of Honda Scoopy Prestige on UNESA FEB Students.
