Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada mata pelajaran Digital Operation, khsusnya materi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) untuk siswa kelas XI Bisnis Digital di SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan One Group Pre test Post test tanpa adanya kelas pembanding dengan jumlah 35 siswa. Dari hasil validasi materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 91%, ahli modul ajar mendapatkan 97,3%, dan ahli bahasa mendapatkan 95%. Sehingga rata-rata hasil uji validasi materi, modul ajar, dan bahasa mendapatkan kategori sangat layak. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Software Excel dan SPSS menggunakan uji tingkat kesukaran dan uji daya beda pada soal Pre test dan Post test, uji kelayakan modul menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaran soal menunjukkan bahwasanya dari 20 soal terdapat 2 butir soal dalam kategori sangat baik, 9 butir soal kategori baik, 4 butir soal kategori cukup, dan 4 soal kurang baik. Hasil uji kelayakan di uji menggunakan N-Gain dengan hasil sebesar 0,8171 yang artinya memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang tinggi, hasil respon siswa mendapatkan hasil sebesar 97%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya modul ajar berbasis inkuiri terbimbing layak dan sangat baik untuk diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors related to student achievement at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNESA). This study employed a quantitative method with factor analysis techniques, conducted using SPSS version 25 software. Data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to the study sample, namely FEB UNESA students. The results of this study, after factor rotation, yielded two factors: Learning Support Factors (Work Ethic, Family Environment, Learning Concentration, and Learning Independence), and Health Factors (Health).This research provides recommendations for future researchers, universities, students, and parents. It is particularly helpful for students, as internal factors must recognize the importance of academic achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a teaching factory, self-efficacy, and internal locus of control on the work readiness of students majoring in Digital Business at SMKN 1 Jombang. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal method. The population in this study was all students majoring in Digital Business at SMKN 1 Jombang who had participated in the teaching factory. A sample of 210 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire via Gform. The results showed that the implementation of a teaching factory, self-efficacy, and internal locus of control had a partial and simultaneous effect on student work readiness.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of learning facilities and creativity in improving Digital Business student learning outcomes on logo design material at SMKS PGRI 13 Surabaya. This research was motivated by limited learning facilities and low student creativity which had an impact on less than optimal learning outcomes, especially in the Digital Branding subject. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that learning facilities have not been utilized optimally due to limited access to computer laboratories, limited equipment, and students' use of personal devices with varying specifications. This condition has an impact on students' limited opportunities to practice and explore logo design. In addition, students' creativity shows variations, where some students still experience difficulties in developing ideas and tend to rely on templates, while students with higher creativity are able to develop ideas, modify designs, and are active in the revision process. Therefore, optimizing learning facilities and developing student creativity are important factors in improving learning outcomes in logo design learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on customer loyalty among InDrive online transportation users in Surabaya and to determine the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between price and customer loyalty. The type of research used is causal with a quantitative approach. The sample used is InDrive online transportation users in Surabaya City with an age range of 15-59 years who have used InDrive at least 2 times. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 115 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPls software. The results of the study indicate that price affects customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, price does not affect customer loyalty. Other findings indicate that price affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning, digital literacy, and social media utilization on students' entrepreneurial interest at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study were 349 students of grade XI majoring in Digital Business, Accounting, and Management. Using a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 187 students. The instrument used was an online questionnaire via Gform. Data processing used SPSS version 25. The results showed that the entrepreneurship learning variable influenced students' entrepreneurial interest. The digital literacy variable did not influence students' entrepreneurial interest. The use of social media influenced students' entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship learning, digital literacy, and social media utilization influenced students' entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest, with self-efficacy as a mediating variable, among students at SMKN 1 Surabaya. The background of the study is based on the high unemployment rate among Vocational High School (SMK) graduates, indicating that graduates are not fully prepared to face the world of work or create jobs independently. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sample consisted of 206 students selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, self-efficacy also significantly influenced entrepreneurial interest and was proven to mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest. These findings confirm that the success of entrepreneurship education depends not only on cognitive aspects and skills but also significantly on students' psychological aspects, particularly self-efficacy. The implications of this study demonstrate the importance of strengthening experiential learning to increase students' confidence in entrepreneurship. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Brand Ambassador, Personalization, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on the Impulse Buying behavior of Generation Z on e-commerce platforms in Surabaya. The research method employed is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population for this study consists of Generation Z individuals in Surabaya, with a sample size of 391 respondents determined through a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, simultaneously, Brand Ambassador, Personalization, and FOMO have a positive influence on the Impulse Buying behavior of Generation Z in Surabaya. Partially, Brand Ambassador has a positive effect through the attractiveness of public figures that build emotional engagement. Personalization has a positive effect through relevant recommendation algorithms that simplify the product search process. Similarly, FOMO has a positive effect as a result of social anxiety regarding missing out on viral lifestyle product trends. The integration of these three variables is proven to create a persuasive shopping experience and trigger unplanned purchasing actions. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas pembelajaran dan self regulated learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran pada mata pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis di SMK NU Gresik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X dan XI yang menempuh mata pelajaran Komunikasi Bisnis di SMK NU Gresik sebanyak 90 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: fasilitas pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, self regulated learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan fasilitas pembelajaran dan self regulated learning secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa
