Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan bisnis pengelolaan toko buah. Studi ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan melibatkan penelitian observasi. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan kekuatan dari toko buah ini adalah buah-buahan yang lengkap dan segar, lokasi strategis, pasukan buah dari pemasoknya langsung dan mempunyai pembeli tetap. Kelemahannya buah tidak bertahan lama (gampang busuk), harga lebih mahal karena kualitasnya bagus, modal yang terbatas dan produk yang rentan bila musim hujan. Peluangnya adalah target pasar yang luas karena disukai semua kalangan, permintaan pasar yang semakin menigkat, memasarkan dengan media social, memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat dalam menciptakan pola hidup sehat. Ancamannya adalah buah tidak bertahan lama (gampang busuk), harga lebih mahal karena kualitasnya bagus, modal yangterbatas dan produk yang rentan bila musim hujan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan toko buah dilakukan dengan baik. Tetapi Pengelola harus memperhatikan kualitas, kebersihan, kenyamanan dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan baik agar dapat terus menjaga kesetiaan pelanggan untuk membeli buah di toko.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore the processes and challenges faced by Mr. Iwan in running his home-based garment workshop. Employing a qualitative approach, we analyze Mr. Iwan's experiences in managing production, order fulfillment, and customer interactions. Findings highlight Mr. Iwan's strategies in overcoming daily constraints, along with the positive and negative impacts of operating a home-based garment workshop. The study provides insights into the dynamics of small-scale garment production and the contribution of home-based workshops to the local economy.Keywords: Home-based workshop, Qualitative analysis, Production management, Daily constraints, Positive impacts, Local economy

Abstract

Anggaran merupakan salah satu konsep penting yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dalam mengatur pengeluaran dan penerimaan untuk menunjang kinerja suatu instansi pemerintah dalam periode tertentu mulai dari memenuhi kebutuhan operasional sehari-hari perkantoran dan juga untuk menjalankan seluruh program kerja yang telah direncanakan oleh instansi pemerintah tersebut. Namun, dengan berbagai kondisi di lapangan, instansi pemerintah pemerintah perlu mengalokasikan anggaran agar seluruh kebutuhan pada instansi pemerintah dapat terpenuhi. Dengan keterbatasan anggaran yang ada, instansi pemerintah perlu melakukan manajemen anggaran yang baik agar anggaran yang tersedia dapat memenuhi segala kebutuhan dan program kerja yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah apa yang dilakukan KPPBC TMP B Kuala Namu agar anggaran yang tersedia dapat memenuhi kebutuhan operasional sehari-hari perkantoran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara langsung, analisis data, dan studi kepustakaan.

This study aims to examine the analysis of learning achievement through learning motivation at SMA Nelgelri 25 Bandulng. This relselarch ulsels a qulantitativel approach. Thel popullation in this stuldy welrel all class X stuldelnts of SMA Nelgelri 25 Bandulng, totaling 428 stuldelnts, and thel nulmbelr of samplels takeln amoulnteld to 81 stuldelnts. Thel data collelction telchniqulel ulseld a qulelstionnairel with a Likelrt scalel. This data collelction took thel Slovin formulla telchniqulel, thel analysis ulseld was simplel linelar relgrelssion analysis. Thel relsullts of this stuldy indicatel that thelrel is an elffelct of lelarning motivation on lelarning achielvelmelnt of 0.770.And thel data proveld to bel normally distribulteld, namelly 0.190 grelatelr than 0.1. In addition, in thel mullticollinelarity telst, thel VIF of thel motivation variablel is 1,000 <0.1 and thel tolarancel valulel is 1,000> 0.1.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Tokopedia. This research was conducted on consumers who made purchases at E-Commerce Tokopedia. The data collection method in this research uses an associative method for the purpose of finding the influence between two variables. This type of research uses a questionnaire or qualitative research filled in by consumer respondents with a total of 120 respondents. This sample was taken as many as 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis test using SPSS tools. With Hypothesis H0 being rejected while H1 is accepted and the results are positive, it can be interpreted that service quality influences purchasing decisions on Tokopedia E-Commerce

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of quality of service, facilities, pricing, trust, and product knowledge on patient satisfaction at the Sehat Herbal Center Clinic (RSHC). The research uses associative-causal (causality) quantitative approach. The analytical technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The population for this study consists of all patients visiting the Sehat Herbal Center Clinic (RSHC). The sample was determined using a Nonprobability Sampling method, with a sample size of 100 patient. The data used in this study is primer data. Data collection was conducted using an online questionnaire via Google Forms. Hypothesis testing was performed using path coefficient tests, T-Statistics, and P-Values. The results of the study indicate that service quality does not affect patient satisfaction, facilities do affect patient satisfaction, pricing does not affect patient satisfaction, trust does affect patient satisfaction, and product knowledge also affects patient satisfaction

Abstract

This research discusses internal communication in Sidorejo Hilir Urban Village Office that has not been running optimally, especially related to the lack of direct interaction between the head of village and employees. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of ineffective communication, its impact on employee performance, and optimization strategies that can be applied. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the communication pattern formed was still one-way and centered on the head of the village secretary, so that employees felt uninvolved in the work process. The discussion shows that this condition is reinforced by a rigid bureaucratic structure, psychological barriers, and a less participatory leadership style. The conclusion of this study is that ineffective internal communication has an impact on low work motivation, weak coordination, and less than optimal public services. Therefore, it is recommended to increase the frequency of direct interaction, create a culture of two-way communication, and provide communication training to leaders and employees.

Abstract

This study examines the preparation of the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) of Bandung Regency for 2025–2029 as a key instrument in managing regional finances and assets. The main issues identified are the suboptimal operation of financial and asset management systems, and the limited utilization and legalization of assets as new revenue sources. The research aims to analyze the alignment of BKAD’s Strategic Plan with the 2025–2029 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), regional vision and mission, and national policies, as well as to formulate performance improvement strategies. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through document review and SWOT analysis. The findings reveal that BKAD’s strengths include consistent Unqualified Opinion (WTP) achievement, functional human resources, and IT infrastructure, while weaknesses involve manual system integration and outdated asset data. Opportunities arise from national regulations and digitalization, whereas threats include rapid regulatory changes, HR competency gaps, and cybersecurity risks. The discussion highlights the urgency of accelerating asset certification, integrating systems, enhancing HR capacity, and strengthening cybersecurity to achieve transparent and accountable regional financial governance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the SIMPEL-SAKTI application in submitting certificates at BAKESBANGPOL in Bandung City. This application facilitates the public in accessing online certificate services without having to come directly to the office. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that SIMPEL-SAKTI reflects information system activities in the form of input, process, output, and feedback in the letter application procedure. The obstacles that arise include technical constraints such as unstable networks and limited features, as well as non-technical constraints in the form of low user understanding and a lack of service socialization.

Abstract

This study examines the management of outgoing mail at the State Prosecutor’s Office of Bandung Regency. The process is still handled manually, leading to delays, format inconsistencies, editorial errors, and unstandardized coding, which reduce efficiency. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews with the Head of Administration, and documentation of workflow, the research found that the process involves drafting, checking, corrections, approvals, recording, and distribution. The main obstacles are repeated corrections, lack of thoroughness, and manual handling issues. The study concludes that the outgoing mail process remains vulnerable to errors and inefficiencies, requiring systematic improvements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
