Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the maintenance of office infrastructure at the CV Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas which includes maintenance scheduling, storage, as well as obstacles and solutions in maintaining office infrastructure. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the CV Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas office has carried out routine and periodic maintenance, but for the storage of facilities and infrastructure it does not yet have a neat storage system. This can be seen from the lack of special storage warehouses available. Currently, for storing office infrastructure, there is a room in the form of a room which is designed to be a storage room for office equipment.

Abstract

Providing credit is one of the main activities in banking activities that requires careful risk analysis. In this context, creditor risk analysis strategies are crucial for assessing the feasibility of extending credit. In this research, the author explores the strategies used by creditors in analyzing credit risk using a descriptive approach. This approach makes it possible to gain an in-depth understanding of how creditors evaluate creditor risk and what factors are the main focus in the decision-making process. The main theories that form the basis of this research include the concepts of credit risk analysis, portfolio theory, and decision theory. Using this theoretical framework, the authors investigate various methods and tools used by creditors to evaluate creditor risk. The descriptive research method here involves surveys and interviews with creditors from various financial institutions to gain in-depth insight into best practices in creditor risk analysis. The findings here reveal that creditors generally use a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches to evaluate creditor risk. Factors such as creditor profiles, market conditions, and internal policies of financial institutions are the main considerations in the decision-making process. The conclusion of this research is the importance of developing a holistic and adaptive creditor risk analysis strategy to reduce default risk and improve credit portfolio performance. The author also presents several practical suggestions to increase the effectiveness of creditor risk analysis strategies in assessing the feasibility of extending credit.

Abstract

The Patimban Port development plan requires optimal accessibility through the construction of a toll road connecting the port with the Cipali Toll Road. The project requires land acquisition of 338.6 hectares with 1,395 parcels of land spread across several sub-districts. This study identifies land requirements, estimated physical and non-physical compensation costs, and land certification costs with a total estimated cost of IDR 1.62 trillion. The data used includes primary sources from stakeholders and secondary data from relevant regulations and planning documents.

Abstract

Temanggung Regency, Central Java, has received several domestic investments and foreign investments, this has had an impact on economic development, which has quite large growth, namely 5.20% or above Indonesia's economic growth of 5.05% in 2023. Of course, this development is quite encouraging. To further increase the rate of economic growth, the Temanggung Regency Regional Government is obliged to prepare a workforce of residents with Temanggung Regency ID cards so that the unemployment rate can be reduced and the welfare of the community increases. As an agricultural producing area with world-class achievements such as robusta coffee, Arabica coffee, vanilla tobacco and cloves, and driven by the beverage and food processing industri as well as transportation services, the 2023 Gross Regional Domestic Product of Temanggung Regency is 26.9 trillion. Among several areas of retail wholesale trade, car and motorbike repairs and increasing construction, agricultural commodities are still traded as raw and processed materials so their added value is not yet maximized. For this reason, vocational education and training is needed in accordance with existing industries and increasing awareness of all parties to process agriculture into an industrial scale so that it will be more profitable for the community which will have an impact on economic growth in Temanggung Regency.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, technology advances business with application systems that increase efficiency. A slow verification process can delay payments, and affect liquidity and the company's financial balance. Therefore, many companies use application systems to support financial management and speed up payment transaction verification. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey and observation approach to examine the relationship between variables. Primary data is obtained directly from surveys and observations. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Literature studies involve collecting and analyzing relevant library data, articles, and online sources. Periodic evaluation, development, and training are carried out to ensure the relevance and understanding of system features in the long term. The payment transaction verification process at PT Telkom Indonesia is carried out systematically and effectively using the Finest application. Abstract

The development of Artifical Intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact across various fields, including office administration. The integration of AI in the digital era is a strategic step to enhance efficiency and productivity. This study employs a secondary literature analysis method, sourcing information from research jurnals and related articles. The research findings reveal that AI integration provides effective strategies for achieving higher efficiency and productivity. For instance, in document management, the use of AI improves the accuracy of data retrieval. OCR technology and text analysis enable automated archiving and document search processes, reducing manual workloads. In communication, the use of chatbots and virtual asisstants increases employee satisfaction and speeds up response time, as AI delivers quick and accurate answers. Additionally, in decision making AI reduces human errors, supporting more precise and efficient decisions. However there are still challenges in the process, such as employees not fully understanding how to use new technology, necessitating further training and learning. Moreover there are obstacles in implementing AI including implementation cost, employee acceptance, and ethical issues related to the use of AI. Abstract

Technology is changing very quickly and affecting the business world. This technological change cannot be separated from business in the field of travel from Jakarta to Bandung. Even though Travel Jakarta Bandung has a new competitor to the Jakarta Bandung fast train, woosh, certain classes of people still use the car travel mode of transportation. . Artificial Intelligence helps companies in cost efficiency, one of which is costs for reservations, payments and 24-hour automated customer service. The application of Artificial Intelligence in Bina Sarana travel customer offices for roundtrip Jakarta, Bandung trips has become a trend for urban communities who have domiciles, businesses or clients in different cities, so that they need easy and closer travel from their city of origin to their destination city at affordable costs. be one option. This research uses qualitative methodology, by conducting observations, interviews, forum group discussions and analyzing service systems using the internet system. It is hoped that this journal can become a reference for travel entrepreneurs, media, campus researchers and policy makers in improving business efficiency in the travel sector in Indonesia. The implementation of a travel customer service information system using Artificial Intelligence still needs to be perfected so that it can connect not only 24-hour online reservations, payments and tickets, but can enable digital financial institutions, food and beverage suppliers, fashion and online motorcycle taxis to work together in one application to facilitate movement and other basic material needs, due to customer needs in the field sometimes requiring one stop shopping at travel locations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of tax administration digitalization on the tax compliance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Bandung City. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the research examines the implementation of digital systems such as e-filing, e-billing, and DJP Online, along with the challenges faced by MSEs. The findings show that while digitalization offers improved access and administrative efficiency, the overall tax compliance rate among MSEs remains low—only 38.1% in 2023. Key barriers include low tax and digital literacy, limited outreach and support, unequal access to technology, and negative perceptions of taxation. Conversely, digitally savvy MSEs tend to report higher compliance and enjoy additional benefits, such as access to business financing and enhanced reputation. The study recommends strengthening education, digital infrastructure, and government support to improve compliance. The findings are expected to inform more inclusive policy-making and contribute to optimizing tax revenue from the MSE sector in the digital era.

Abstract

This journal comprehensively analyzes property sales trends in Bandung, reviewing market dynamics from 2023 to mid-2025. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, we identify key factors influencing market movements, including changes in consumer preferences, the impact of new infrastructure, government policies, and macroeconomic conditions. The research results show a significant shift in market demand, with vertical properties such as apartments and integrated residential developments becoming the primary choice, particularly in strategic locations near business and educational centers. Meanwhile, landed property trends are also shifting, with consumer interest shifting to suburban areas that offer a balance between accessibility, convenience, and affordability. This paper also identifies key challenges facing developers and buyers, such as fluctuating mortgage interest rates and increasingly limited land availability. We conclude that the Bandung property market remains resilient and offers promising investment potential for investors and buyers who are diligent in adapting to evolving trends.

Abstract

This study used qualitative research methods. The author uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources used in this research are observations, interviews and questionnaires filled out by several respondents. The data collection technique was in the form of interviews with employees regarding the topic being researched and researchers also carried out observations and interviews at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branch Office. In this research, the resource person is an archivist who directly handles archives from collection to deletion. The main aim of this research is to find out how records management occurs at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branc Office, including the impact and solutions for the records management carried out. The results of this research show that the Covid 19 pandemic has had a big impact on the management carried out, there are also several impact that have occurred and how the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branch Office can adapt to the changes that have occurred. This finding is strengthened by the results of interviews which show that the transition from conventional archives to digital archives has had a big impact on the work of archive managers and there has been a gradual simplification of the organizational structure at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Magelang Branch Office.
