Abstract

This Community Service Program is carried out to support the efforts of Floating Net Cages (KJA) Farmers in Batulayang Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency to overcome the problems they face related to the declining yields of KJA fish farming which has become a life-sustaining business. The priority problems faced are: the low knowledge and skills of farmers regarding business management, entrepreneurship and marketing management. And also the low knowledge of farmers about fish farming which results in less than optimal results and also has a serious impact on environmental pollution, especially lake water pollution. The solution and method of this PKM activity is to provide education in the form of training and education to farmers, thereby increasing motivation, increasing the knowledge and skills of farmers in business management, marketing, as well as knowledge about fish farming as well as providing assistance so that what has been delivered becomes sustainable technology. thereby increasing the quality and quantity of fish thereby increasing the income of farmers.

Abstract

Artikel ini mendokumentasikan upaya pengabdian masyarakat dalam mengembangkan aspek bisnis di Klinik Kesehatan Diana. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada Klinik Diana mengenai pengembangan aspek bisnis dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data. Tim pengabdian bekerja sama dengan manajemen dan staf medis Klinik Kesehatan Diana untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan potensi perbaikan dalam berbagai aspek bisnis. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting antara lain SDM masih belum memahami perngembangan aspek bisnis dengan menggunakan Analisa SWOT, masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai keberadaan Klinik Diana, dan belum adanya kerjasama dengan lembaga asuransi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, tim pengabdi memberikan rekomendasi dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada SDM Klinik Diana mengenai pengembangan aspek bisnis dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT, melakukan promosi yang berkelanjutan baik secara langsung maupun menggunakan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap keberadaan Klinik Diana, dan mengakselerasi proses kerjasana Klinik Diana dengan lembaga asuransi. Pengembangan aspek bisnis di Klinik Kesehatan Diana diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi masyarakat setempat, memberikan akses yang lebih baik terhadap layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan sektor kesehatan.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that is formed from breast cells that grow and develop uncontrollably so that they can spread between tissues or organs near the breast or to other parts of the body. Female gender is the strongest breast cancer risk factor, certain factors increase the risk of breast cancer including increasing age, obesity, harmful alcohol use, family history of breast cancer, history of radiation exposure, reproductive history (such as age at the start of menstrual periods and gestational age first), tobacco use and postmenopausal hormone therapy. This research aims to reduce the death rate due to breast cancer by providing public health education to increase awareness among women regarding the signs and symptoms of breast cancer. The method used in this research is the method of socialization, lectures, practice using media in the form of brochures. Counseling material includes understanding breast cancer, signs and symptoms, risk factors for breast cancer, the importance of BSE and the steps involved.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan, manajemen dan organisasi merupakan komponen yang berkaitan satu sama lain. Dalam suatu organisasi dibutuhkan seorang pemimpin dengan sifat kepemimpinan yang mampu mengelola manajemen organisasi dengan baik sehingga organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan. Menurut keterangan dari kepala madrasah hingga saat ini masih belum ada struktur keorganisasian yang jelas di MDT Bilal Bin Rabbah, hal ini berpengaruh kepada kinerja, efektivitas dan efisiensi kegiatan belajar mengajar di MDT Bilal Bin Rabbah. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan figur seorang pemimpin untuk dapat mengelola dan mengatur organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah(MDT) Bilal Bin Rabbah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan metode kualitatif teknik observasi, dokumen, serta penelitian deskriptif. Dimana data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pun yaitu merupakan teks, dan kata tertulis yang mendeskripsikan subjek serta fenomena yang ada atau terjadi di lapangan. Dalam sebuah organisasi Kepemimpinan menjadi hal umum dan menjadi standar bagi seseorang untuk dapat terjun di keorganisasian. Pada kasusnya di MDT Bilal Bin Rabbah kualitas dari kepribadian para pengajarnya masih terbilang kurang, hal ini pada akhirnya berdampak kepada keputusan yang diambil dan totalitas mereka dalam melakukan pengajaran. Abstract

Metode hand sign Kodaly sering digunakan dalam pertunjukan ansambel angklung, Namun demikian khusus dalam pergelaran aksidental selama ini, hanya angklung melodi yang dimainkan oleh audien. Sesungguhnya symbol hand signmetode Kodaly dapat digunakan untuk mengkomunikasikan harmoni dan melodi secara bersamaan. Namun untuk dapat menggunakan simbol hand sign harmoni tonal membutuhkan guru/instruktur yang memahami harmoni dan symbol hand sign secara komprehansip. Tujuan PKM yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan guru/instruktur dalam menggunakan simbol hand sign harmoni tonal untuk angklung iringan. Metode yang digunakan capasity building melalui pelatihan dan FGD dan pelatihan. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan ini adalah instruktur/guru SMP Kebudayaan di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Pada lanskap ekonomi Indonesia, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mendominasi aktivitas kewirausahaan. Dari total 39,72 juta pengusaha, sekitar 99,97% adalah UMKM, dengan sekitar 98% di antaranya sebagai pengusaha mikro. Peran UMKM dalam membangun ekonomi nasional semakin penting. Studi ini memfokuskan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam An Nisa Kiaracondong Bandung sebagai contoh UMKM. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota koperasi, penguatan kapasitas layanan, penataan manajemen administrasi, pembinaan industri kecil dan menengah pasca pandemi COVID-19, serta implementasi konsep Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan, dengan harapan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada anggota koperasi.

Abstract

The basis of the ABO system blood group test is to examine the agglutination reaction between agglutinogens on the surface of red blood cells and the same agglutinins in the serum reagent. Urgent problems in several areas include low levels of education, understanding, and knowledge as well as limited facilities and infrastructure for carrying out blood type tests. Therefore, it is important to carry out blood group testing early so that people do not experience delays in handling blood needs in medical conditions that allow blood transfusions. This community service activity aims to provide understanding and increase residents’ knowledge regarding ABO blood group types, as well as facilitating residents to find out their blood type through blood group testing. The methods used were lectures and questions and answers as well as experiments related to socialization and blood group testing. In the blood group test in RW 01 Sukapura Village, data was obtained that 52% had blood type A, 26% had blood type B, 16% had blood type O, and 6% had blood type AB. In this community service activity, there was an increase in the knowledge of RW 01 Sukapura Village residents regarding the ABO blood group system and residents were facilitated to find out their blood group type through a blood group test. Abstract

Abstract Currently, young man is the spearhead of economic improvement in the village or sub-district where they live. Today's youth organizations pay less attention to the entrepreneurial aspect in each of their activities. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to increase the entrepreneurial spirit for youth or youth managers in Cijoho Village. The methods used are knowledge transfer, discussion and question and answer as well as direct practice with Canva's business model. The results of this study are an increased understanding of the importance of entrepreneurs and understanding of creating a Canva business model. Abstract

The city of Bandung is experiencing a waste emergency because the landfill suffered landslides and fires so that for several weeks it could not receive household waste and industrial waste from Bandung residents. The Bandung City Government, in this case the Environmental Agency, has also taken steps to handle waste, including building magot houses in each village in the city of Bandung, but this activity is still carried out by staff and linmas in the village whose duties are already many so that it is still not optimal in handling it. In order to simplify the handling of waste in Bandung, three categories of waste were created: household and environmental waste with green bins, paper waste, wrappers and cans with yellow bins and glass waste, olie, soap, and other hazardous waste with red bins. It is rather difficult to teach waste segregation to the community, especially for those who are accustomed to disposing of waste by putting it together in one place at home, for this reason, researchers invite the community to be involved in caring for waste from households that have been separated into four groups, hazardous waste, plastic cans, household waste, and paper. In this research is more focused on paper waste that is processed into handicrafts in the form of benjang art and derivatives of benjang art.

Abstract

One of the obstacles faced by the government in socializing policies or conveying performance is information and technology problems. IT is an important thing that must be considered in services during the current pandemic. Wangunjaya Village is one of the villages in Naringgul District, Cianjur Regency which is considered ready to face the digital era. One of the achievements obtained by Wangunjaya Village is the ownership of an informative website. The process involved is certainly long and involves many parties. However, there is no guarantee that the success achieved by Wangunjaya Village will continue continuously. There is a need to develop competence in the services of village officials. The aim is to increase the competence of service activities during the pandemic in digital-based services, village administration management must be managed well and increase competence, implementation and supervision when handling a pandemic outbreak requires a special service and is followed by health protocols, even services are carried out using mobile center which is carried out using digital services online and even receiving services via telephone. Development of Digital-Based Village Service Competency in Wangunjaya Village, Naringgul District, Cianjur Regency is able to improve the quality of village apparatus resources and service competency in providing services to the community during the current pandemic. Especially services related to village administration and health services to the community during the Covid-19 pandemic.
