Abstract

Abstract As one of the elements of the general welfare of the Indonesian people, the government seeks several parties to realize optimal services for the community, Diana Clinic wants to participate in the field of health services to improve health services by actively participating in carrying out social functions so that the goals of health development in Bogor City are achieved. However, there are still obstacles, namely the use of digitalization for the Diana Clinic is not maximized and in determining what social media is used to run a business at the Diana Clinic for the types of goods to sell. The implementation of this PKM activity is carried out through the stages of observation/interview, seeking information and solutions to the obstacles that occur, as well as providing understanding to Partners regarding the development of marketing aspects using SWOT analysis. The results of this PKM activity, in which the marketing aspect at Diana Clinic has to carry out promotional activities both online and offline, the types of online promotional activities themselves are Platform and Social Media. Abstrak Sebagai salah satu unsur kesejahteraan umum bangsa Indonesia pemerintah mengupayakan beberapa pihak untuk mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal bagi masyarakat, Klinik Diana ingin berpartisipasi dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan berpartisipasi aktif dalam menjalankan fungsi sosial sehingga tujuan pembangunan kesehatan di Kota Bogor tercapai. Namun, masih terdapat hambatan yaitu belum maksimal dalam penggunaan digitalisasi bagi Klinik Diana dan menentukkan media sosial apa yang digunakan dalam menjalankan usaha di Klinik Diana untuk jenis barang jualnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi/wawancara, mencari informasi dan solusi dari hambatan yang terjadi, serta memberikan pemahaman kepada Mitra terkait pengembangan aspek pemasaran dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini, yang mana pada aspek pemasaran di Klinik Diana harus melakukan kegiatan promosi baik online maupun offline, jenis kegiatan promosi online itu sendiri yaitu Platform dan Media Sosial. Kata kunci : Aspek Pemasaran, PKM, Penggunaan Digitalisasi.

Abstract

Currently the world economy is being shaken by the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Agricultural Sector is one of the commodities that can be the mainstay of an agricultural country like Indonesia to stabilize the national economy. Seeing this opportunity, it is not wrong if the development of agribusiness clusters or agro-techno parks is one of the promising commodities. However, the factor of land availability and the selection of the right agricultural business unit commodities are still a big consideration for agribusiness actors. Land which is the main capital in the development of agricultural production is increasingly difficult to obtain, while the demand for agricultural commodities continues to increase. The concept of developing an agro area is feasible to be developed to answer future challenges. In Ciburial Village there is a land owned by Mr. BJ.Habibie covering an area of ​​8,000 M2. The area is currently managed by the community to grow chilies, tomatoes and vegetables, but these individual cultivators do not produce anything that has added value for the land owner, and does not even provide welfare for the surrounding community. . From the results of a visit survey on an area of ​​8,000 m2, currently the land is planted with tubers, chili trees, tomatoes, banana trees by cultivators with an intercropping pattern. Abstract

Kepercayaan publik atas pelayanan yang baik harus senantiasa dibangun dan pemenuhan harapan juga tuntutan masyarakat akan pelayanan yang prima juga harus terus ditingkatkan. Pelayanan publik dalam administrasi kependudukan menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan harus dijalankan, termasuk pleh para Pengurus RW dan RT sebagai ujung tombak dan kepanjangan tangan dari pemerintah sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 215 tahun 2018. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PKM STIA Bagasasi bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi, pemahaman dan sosialisasi mengenai peraturan, prosedur dan tata cara Administrasi Kependudukan di Kelurahan Mekarmulya Kecamatan panyileukan Kota Bandung. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, diikuti dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dan didukung penuh oleh Pemerintah setempat, masyarakat dan LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Peserta sebanyak 63 (enampuluh tiga) orang mendapatkan informasi yang menyeluruh dan diharapkan di waktu yang akan datang kegiatan ini masih bisa terus dilanjutkan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan agar pelayanan kepada publik dan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik dan tuntutan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan public yang berkualitaspun semakin terwujud. Public trust in good service must always be built and the fulfillment of expectations as well as community demands for excellent service must also be continuously improved. Public services in population administration are the government's concern and must be carried out, including by RW and RT administrators as spearheads and extensions of the government in accordance with Mayor Regulation Number 215 of 2018. The Community Service Activities carried out by the STIA Bagasasi PKM Team aim to provide information, understanding and socialization regarding the regulations, procedures and procedures for Population Administration in Kelurahan Mekarmulya, Kecamatan Panyileukan Kota Bandung. The activities carried out in the form of this training ran smoothly, followed by high enthusiasm and fully supported by the local government, the community and LPPM STIA Bagasasi. Participants as many as 63 people received comprehensive information and it is hoped that in the future this activity can still be continued in a sustainable and sustainable manner so that services to the public and the community are getting better and the demands of the community for the implementation of quality public services are increasingly realized.

Abstract

Financial difficulties will arise if there is an error in financial management. With proper financial management, the standard of living of the community is expected to increase as well, due to the high level of a person’s income ut without proper financial management, financial security will definitely be difficult to achieve. The need for education to the public on financial products, both bank and non bank, is very urgent so that people are not easily deceived by irresponsible parties. This activity aims to make business managers understand that managing finances needs to be done in their personal lives as well as in running a business, so that they understabnd why they need to manage finances, and what benefits they will receive later when they have managed their finances well. This activity is carried out by conducting a literature study on financial management, determining the location of community service, determining the implementation time and duration of service activities, determining and preparing materials to be delivered in community service activities, delivering material on financial management in the form of materials and illustrations regarding financial management. The resukt of this activity is that students and financial managers can find out how to manage finances by making financial reports. The conclusion of this activity is that foinancial management training is a very important activity, it is hoped that students and managers can manage finances well.

Abstract

The Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) at the kelurahan level has the duties and functions as coaches and implementers of the PKK work program in accordance with the needs of the community in the kelurahan, in addition to planning, gathering, mobilizing potential, also providing guidance and motivation for PKK groups at the RW and RT levels, for that socialization, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the PKK program became very dominant. One of the family welfare empowerment activities is to provide training that aims to increase knowledge and skills in making cakes and marketing digitally (Digital Marketing), Wet Cake is one of the foods most often served at meetings, meetings, picnics, training recitations, as well as community gatherings. Wet cakes themselves are foods that have various food ingredients with soft textures but have a short shelf life, many traditional Indonesian traditional cakes such as lemper, resoles, cucur, kue lumpur, pukis, banana sponge, omelette, and nagasari are put together in a cardboard box and served at the meeting. The tendency of PKK mothers usually to make wet cakes seasonally or if there is a big event so that it cannot be used as a daily business item, for that Digital Marketing is one solution in attracting customers, recognizing customers through digital media is easier to interact because of the content on the account. Social media that is created can see who likes, domicile, economic strata, and community, we can also identify competitors, ask for customer feedback and make survey questionnaires distributed through groups and business communities around the city of Bandung.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia went through various challenges, one of which was to encourage changes in consumption patterns of digitally transformed goods and services from marketing conventions to digital marketing. The purpose of carrying out community service activities at Saung Pondok Barokah Umat (SPBU) is to provide assistance while finding several alternative solutions to solving problems experienced by gas stations in managing their business. The method for implementing this activity is field observation at gas stations and socialization of activities with meetings between Proposers and Partners. The results of the research from this community service activity are that it is hoped that managers and students of the Gas Station Business Unit will be able to improve Information Technology capabilities in managing Websites and Social Media as a means to introduce products from these Partners. This activity has participated in helping the program improve the quality of human resources by providing training and coaching on digital marketing and social media applications to support the development of the SPBU Business Unit. It is hoped that managers and students of the Gas Station Business Unit can increase their understanding and ability to develop their business with a market share not only in Islamic boarding schools but reaching a wider area. Abstract

Sampah dapat menyebabkan banyak sekali masalah, salah satunya adalah bencana seperti banjir. Sampah yang sengaja atau tidak sengaja dibuang secara sembarangan akan menyebabkan kerusakan pada lingkungan. Studi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah sampah di berbagai kota cenderung terus meningkat seiring dengan semakin bertambah banyaknya penduduk. Oleh karena itu sampah sebaiknya dikelola dengan baik agar tidak berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Pemilahan sampah sangat membantu proses pengumpulan dan daur ulang terhadap sampah-sampah yang masih dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada anak-anak sedini mungkin mengenai jenis-jenis sampah dan keterampilan dalam pemilahan jenis sampah tersebut sehingga dapat membantu proses pengumpulan dan daur ulang terhadap sampah-sampah yang masih dapat dimanfaatkan kembali. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah bervariasi dan permainan edukasi terkait pengenalan dan pemisahan jenis sampah organik dan anorganik. Pada Kegiatan PKM ini, peserta bertambah ilmu dan keterampilan dalam pemilahan dan pengelolaan jenis sampah khususnya di lingkungan Panti Asuhan.

Abstract

Waste management has become a critical issue in many countries, including Indonesia. The Bank Sampah program is one of the strategies used to manage waste effectively. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Bank Sampah program in RW 07, Sudajaya Hilir Village, Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach consisting of observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the Bank Sampah program in RW 07 had been implemented successfully, resulting in a decrease in the amount of waste sent to the landfill and an increase in community participation in waste management. However, several challenges still need to be addressed, such as improving the waste collection system and increasing public awareness of waste management. This study suggests the need for better coordination between the Bank Sampah program and the local government to ensure the program's sustainability.

Abstract

Student Work Class (KKM) is a form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary, institutional, and partnership manner as one of the manifestations of STIE PASIM SUKABUMI. The community service program is seen as a program that must be implemented, both by lecturers and by students, based on the principles of academic, entrepreneurial, and professional competence, so as to produce quality, relevant, and synergistic community service programs in increase community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the priority role of community service and the influence of internalization of innovation, and changes in the external environment and Strategies to increase food security through optimizing horticultural crops in the downstream Sudajaya sub-district, Sukabumi city.

Abstract

3th Group of KKM III from STIE Pasim Sukabumi 2023, youth research with the establishment of the Youth Posyandu in RW 06, O7, 08 in Sudajaya Hilir Village, Baros District, Sukabumi City, West Java Province. The purpose of this study aims to bring access to knowledge closer and monitor health improvement and healthy living skills on an ongoing basis among adolescents, this becomes a reference for how much adolescents care about health. The research method used in this research is qualitative, technically using general and comprehensive observation techniques, meaning that it starts with interviews, persuasive interactions and outreach about the importance of youth posyandu. The results of this study stated that the formation of a youth posyandu in RW 06, 07, 08 Kelurahan Sudajaya Hilir can periodically influence mindsets and behavior as a form of concern for adolescents for self, family and community health.
