Abstract

economic model by utilizing the values of the Prophetic Sunnah as an ethical foundation. This model aims to create an economic system that is not only economically efficient, but also promotes justice, sustainability and the well-being of humanity. By integrating Islamic teachings, especially the values of the Prophetic Sunnah, into a modern economic framework, this article proposes a holistic solution to today's global economic challenges. the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, where the author collects data that is analyzed and formulated through words. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the role of the Prophetic Sunnah is on the economy, and how this Prophetic Sunnah can support a sustainable economy in Indonesia, to reduce poverty to realize an ethical modern economy. The results of this study indicate that the values of the sunnah nabawiyah can support the economy in Indonesia, one of which is the application of ZISWAF. In addition, applying the principles of Islamic economics can open a wider economic network. But in realizing this, of course, there are many obstacles from various parties, both government and society

Abstract

This research has the main objective of analyzing the application of sharia economic law to state sharia securities in Indonesia to provide a clearer and more detailed picture of Islamic rules. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, namely a method that searches for relevant references with the problem under study. The results of the discussion in this journal article research conclude that one of the sharia-based financial instruments is Sukuk or what is often called Government Sharia Securities. Based on sharia principles, more specifically sharia economic law also has an important function in state sharia securities which aims to create an economic system that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, namely the principles of justice, balance and benefit. The study findings hope that in the future the development of sukuk will be better in accordance with the rules established in Islam.

Abstract

Digital Marketing is currently widely used by the public as one of the media that supports a business. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital marketing utilization in increasing sales of MSMEs in Indonesia. This research is based on a literature study (Library Research). In this study, researchers used the observation method as a data collection method to obtain secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media for some MSMEs provides benefits, among others, as a means to communicate directly with customers, as a means of product promotion, collecting data on customer needs and desires, providing responses and input to consumers as a basis for decision making in transactions. MSMEs that have a competitive advantage have several characteristics such as good and quality human resources, optimal in utilizing technology, able to increase productivity and product quality, have a wide network and market reach, a structured management system, adequate capital and have an entrepreneurial spirit and an extensive business network. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing has a significant effect on increasing sales of MSME products. The most widely used social media is E-Commerce. Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG) and Twitter, while whatsapp business is the main media for communication/chat with customers. The most perceived benefit is that communication with customers and suppliers is more intensive and effective and efficient, because it can communicate directly for 24 hours / real time. The transaction process is easier and cheaper because the communication media only incurs credit costs to support communication

Abstract

In the form of debts and receivables, Islamic law allows the lender to request items of financial value as collateral for the loan given to the debt recipient to maintain the trust of the debtor in the debt recipient, or what is commonly referred to as a pawn. This research uses a literature study method. with data obtained from collecting journal articles, books, scientific works, and so on that have related problems. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research are that pawn contracts (rahn) are permitted in Islamic law (fiqh) and sharia economic law, if the contracts used do not contain usury, gharar and maisi. Instead, it uses rahn and ijarah contracts which are in accordance with sharia principles. Based on the legal review above, it can be said that pawning in Islam is permitted and not prohibited in Islam. The legal basis is found in the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and Ijma

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research methods whose data sources are taken from articles, books, news according to the topic of discussion and so on. Next, perform data analysis with the technical justification of qualitative descriptive analysis. The data obtained will be analyzed to gain knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies for UMKM actors in the digital age. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have a major role in the economy of a country, especially in Indonesia, as they contribute greatly to economic growth. UMKM has a very important role in driving the economic sector in Indonesia at the middle to lower levels, some of these roles can be summarized in the following three things: [1] Promoting economic extortion; [2] Increasing the currency of the country. Role; [3] Improving the well-being of the people. It is cited in the article Kumparan Business that by March 7, 2024 there are already 27 million UMKMs using digital, and by 2024 it is targeted that UMKM using digital reach 30 million. The article also explains that the local government continues to strengthen cooperation with various electronic trading platforms (e-commerce) to financial technology companies (fintech) to be able to the target. Strategies to improve the knowledge of UMKM participants in the development of marketing in the digital age can be through training on the use of digital marketing, giving tutorials on account creation in digital media, and giving tutorals to market products through live streaming social media

Abstract

The study aims to determine the health status of the Aceh Sharia Bank by assessing whether the bank is in a healthy, sufficiently healthy, unhealthy, and inadequate condition. This research uses the CAMEL method (Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity) with the financial ratio CAR, NPF, BOPO, NPM, ROA, ROE, FDR. The data used in this research is obtained from the data of the Financial Report of the Annual Publication of the Bank of Aceh Shariah period 2019-2022. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. For that, the data source required in this study is secondary data which is the financial report of the bank of Aceh shariah during the 2019-2022 period. The result of the analysis is that the Capital Satisfaction Ratio (Capital) analyzed with KPMM showed good progress and entered the rank very healthy. Next, the Quality Ratio of Productive Assets (Assets) through the NPF analysis with stagnant results or no major changes, but the ranking is still in the very healthy rank. Then the Management Quality ratio (Management) with the BOPO and NPM analysis. The BOPo ratio in the bank aceh shariah is categorized very well and is in the rank 1. The same with the NPM ratio is categorised very good and is at the rank 1 because the overall score is above 100%. Next the Earning Ratio through ROA and ROE. The ROA analysis shows a decrease from four years. While the ROE analysis shows decreases every year. Then the last Liquidity Ratio showed up and down but still in the very healthy ranking category

Abstract

This study aims to look further at how the product promotion strategy is carried out by Helipad. id through online media as part of marketing public relations. The paradigm used is constructivism. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological research approach. The research results are in the form of three things. First, the online media used by Helipad.id is in the form of two parts, namely e-commerce and social media. The e-commerce used by Helipad.id is Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. The social media used by Helipad.id are Instagram and Tiktok. The selection of Helipad.id online media has adjusted the target market, namely: teenagers – adults. Second, the importance of using online media in promoting Helipad.id products is building brand identity and brand awareness. The tendency of consumers to shop online compared to offline is an important point for Helipad.id to continue to carry out promotional activities through online media. In addition, customers have easy access to information obtained through online media. Finally, the use of Helipad.id social media in the context of product promotion focuses on the Instagram application. Instagram @helipad.id uses the caption & hashtag features (#hlpd, #weirdworld, and #OOTDBarengHlpd) and uploads images / videos every day which is integrated with Facebook. Helipad.id maximizes promotional strategies (promotion-mix) on Instagram and all e-commerce owned. The advertising promotion strategy is focused on Instagram social media and all Helipad.id ecommerce. Sales promotion strategies in the form of e-commerce coupons/discounts, outfit of the day (OOTD) contest prizes, as well as holding endorsements with several fashion content creators. The public relations promotion strategy is focused on the interaction of comment columns on social media and e-commerce review pages.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: An information system is a combination of various technological components that work together to produce information to support communication within an organization. The management control system is used to convey useful information in assessing performance and making effective and efficient decisions to achieve company goals. This research aims to explore the importance of system control strategies in information systems for optimizing company performance. The method used is a literature study with data sources from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports. The research results show that the control system in optimizing company performance plays an important role in implementing company strategy by motivating members to achieve company goals, besides that users of management information systems are also proven to increase operational efficiency and support better decision making.

Abstract

Sharia MSMEs are a type of business that is based on Islamic economic principles, with the aim of supporting economic and social growth ethically and in accordance with sharia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. This method was chosen to analyze various concepts, theories and previous research findings related to the sustainability of sharia-based micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the digital era. The results of this research state that with social media, a platform is created for customers to provide positive reviews regarding product quality and friendly service. This research shows that sharia MSMEs can be successful in the digital era by utilizing the right technology and marketing strategies. With a focus on halal products and services that comply with sharia principles.
