Abstract

This research aims to analyze the perceptions of Pondok Modern Tazakka students regarding the existence of cashless payments. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using data collection in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interviews with students and alumni of Pondok Modern Tazakka. And secondary data was taken from the website berita.batangkab.go.id. The research results showed that the cashless system was quite helpful for students in carrying out transactions every day at the boarding school. Financial transactions that no longer use currency (either metal or paper) are called cashless. This can be seen from the responses of students and alumni of Pondok Modern Tazakka, who responded positively to the cashless payment system implemented at the boarding school. Cashless is an example of a Westernized form of transaction that eliminates the tradition of transactions using cash, either metal or paper. Transactions here only involve scanning the card for every food or drink purchase. This cashless system is very effective; apart from being able to introduce students to digitalization, it can also minimize money loss. The cashless society phenomenon is considered quite successful among millennials and students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan minat karier menjadi akuntan publik pada mahasiswa akuntansi syariah UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan angkatan 2019 & 2020. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu pertimbangan pasar kerja, penghargaan finansial dan risiko profesi akuntan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada mahasiswa akuntansi syariah UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan angkatan 2019 & 2020 dengan terkumpulnya 65 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Pengujian dalam analisis SEM-PLS menggunakan dua komponen yaitu model pengukuran atau outer model dan model struktural atau inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan pasar kerja dan penghargaan finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat karier menjadi akuntan publik. Sedangkan, variabel risiko profesi akuntan publik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat karier menjadi akuntan publik. Namun, variabel pertimbangan pasar kerja, penghargaan finansial, dan risiko profesi akuntan publik secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat karier menjadi akuntan publik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai F-hitung memperoleh nilai 20,994 yang artinya > F-tabel 2,76 serta nilai uji R-Square menunjukkan nilai sebesar 50,8% yang artinya 49,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Hubungan yang kuat antara kehidupan ekonomi syariah dan investasi di pasar modal syariah didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah. Dalam kerangka ini, investasi adalah usaha mencari keuntungan yang senantiasa dijalankan dengan penuh ketaatan kepada Allah SWT.  Investasi semacam ini harus selalu mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah yang diatur oleh Al-Qur'an,  hadis, ijma, dan qiyas. Produk investasi syariah, seperti saham syariah dan sukuk syariah, telah diperkenalkan, dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah mengeluarkan peraturan yang relevan. Perkembangan pasar modal syariah ini memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat, baik yang beragama Islam maupun non-Muslim, yang ingin berinvestasi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, yang melibatkan pengumpulan informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar modal syariah di Indonesia telah tumbuh pesat. Pertumbuhan ini didorong oleh populasi Muslim yang besar dan upaya pemerintah dalam mempromosikan pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah. Produk investasi syariah yang tersedia mencakup saham syariah, sukuk syariah, reksadana syariah, ETF syariah, dan EBA syariah. Secara keseluruhan, pasar modal syariah di Indonesia memegang peran penting dalam perekonomian negara dan memberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kekayaan masyarakat sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Selain itu, ini juga memberikan wawasan tentang perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia, produk investasi yang ada, perbandingan antara investasi syariah dan konvensional, serta tantangan dan peluang dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah di sektor keuangan dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Shopee is an application that facilitates online buying and selling. One of the products or offers in the shopee application is Shopee paylater which provides loans or installments for shopee users who buy goods on credit online. In this case, the researcher aims to find out the pay later transaction through the paylater from the shopee application based on sharia economic law. This research uses a qualitative research method that uses a library research approach. Based on the results of research and discussion, where based on sharia economic law there are two laws that allow and prohibit transactions using paylater. Where Shopee paylater brings harm to consumers because this feature provides benefits from users and this payment delay is usury because one of the conditions contains provisions for fines if it exceeds the previously agreed tempo, but in Islamic economic transactions the important thing is honesty. with honesty will bring goodness, happiness and trust so as to provide blessings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social and cultural factors on tax compliance in developing countries in the context of globalization. The research results show that social and cultural factors influence tax compliance in developing countries. Several social factors that influence tax compliance include the level of public trust in the government, the level of corruption, and the level of public participation in decision making. Meanwhile, cultural factors that influence tax compliance include the values ​​held by society related to the obligation to pay taxes, such as the values ​​of justice and social responsibility. In the context of globalization, social and cultural factors can also be influenced by external factors such as the influence of culture and values ​​from developed countries. Therefore, governments in developing countries need to pay attention to social and cultural factors in formulating tax policies that can increase the level of taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how the Shopee affiliate program predictive system works and what benefits and advantages it offers to users and sellers. The impact of the pandemic requires a person or society to be face-to-face with technology to carry out activities virtually or online. As time goes by, people have started to innovate with technological advancements. The first and foremost example is how the world of commerce has grown thanks to e-commerce.  E-commerce is part of e-business, where the scope is larger and involves not only trading goods, but also close collaboration with other businesses such as partners, customer service, job vacancies, and others. Affiliate marketing is defined as a cooperative activity that involves partnering with organizations, businesses, or locations to generate profits for both parties involved in a particular transaction through strategies to introduce new products or services. Affiliates, also known as influencers or content creators, are able to influence consumers' desire to make large purchases so that they can drive traffic to their websites and earn commissions. Affiliate with Shopee, on the other hand, is the company's sole affiliate program, aimed at website creators who want to use it to increase commissions by promoting or highlighting products on Shopee through social media. There are many platforms that can be used, ranging from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Tiktok, and Twitter. A commission of around 10% is available for each sale made by the promoted shop or product. However, despite how popular this program is, many people in society are unaware of its benefits and drawbacks. As a result, when using e-commerce, not all sellers benefit (profitable income) from the products sold. The current research utilizes the same quantitative method used to develop the full prediction system to build a system. The first step is to collect data from several influential users of the Shopee affiliate program, after which the system development and implementation are carried out. The observation accuracy testing conducted had excellent working conditions with a 100% success rate. Therefore, it can be assumed that the predicted financial benefits and gains from Shopee users will be realized. With this system in place, it is anticipated that consumer spending on Shopee will increase. However, because it is simple and offers the most benefits, this approach may reduce the pentagularity of the population.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of the people of Balamoa Village, Tegal Regency towards BMT Mitra Bersama, Tegal Regency in carrying out community economic empowerment. This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection method in this study was obtained from interviews and direct observation as primary data. The secondary data was obtained from various literature such as journals, books, and other relevant references. This research was conducted in Balamoa Village, Tegal Regency and BMT Mitra Bersama Tegal Regency from 15 June 2023 to 28 June 2023. The results showed that the community's perception of BMT Mitra Bersama Tegal Regency showed good results, they assessed the contribution of BMT to community economic empowerment which is carried out through financing and savings is quite positive and efficient considering that BMT Mitra Bersama Tegal Regency gives priority to people whose economies are in the lower middle class. This can be seen from the increase in the income of members who make financing or savings. In addition, they claim that the socialization and promotion of BMT Mitra Bersama in Tegal Regency is quite good, the products provided are also very varied so that they can be selected according to the needs of their members.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how public perception is viewed from the job auction fraud that occurs. Job auctions have often been used to obtain good resources if done correctly. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the people of Pemalang district using the accidental sampling method. The results of the study indicate that job auction fraud committed by regional heads affects public perception. Regional heads who commit fraud directly receive negative perceptions from the people they lead in their region

Abstract

The digital age has provided an opportunity for entrepreneurs to use digital technology as a medium of promotion to broaden the reach of the market. One of the platforms used by the masters is TikTok. This app has a live streaming feature, which, if exploited optimally, has great potential as a marketing tool. So from that, this research aims to discuss the use of live ticking as a marketing medium on the UMKM Galaxy Picture. The research method used is qualitative research that approaches case studies. Data sources are obtained from primary and secondary data. Next, the data is the data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the research revealed that using a live touch for the UMKM Galaxy Picture in three months can increase sales by about 96%. The Galaxy picture makes the uniqueness and advantage of the product an advantage for the product sold and to attract consumers. The target market is all male and female segments from 18 to 46 years of age. In marketing through a live stick, UMKM Galaxy Picture applies several strategies to increase sales. Among others, live streaming is done according to the time of activity of the target market on social media, creating an attractive title to attract the market target, giving discounts in the form of vouchers or other, and live hosts use persuasive communication to persuade the target market. The Galaxy picture also has some barriers to marketing like this. However, it can be managed well by conducting an evaluation of every problem that arises to improve the quality of the business.
