Patient visits to the Radiology Unit are one of the revenue streams for private hospitals. A decrease in visit volume can raise serious financial concerns, necessitating a clear understanding of the influencing factors so that hospital management can respond with efficient and well-directed strategies. This study aims to analyze how the 3P marketing mix antecendents including people, process, and physical evidence affect revisit intention, with word of mouth acting as a mediating variable, in the context of outpatient services in the Radiology Unit of a private hospital. People, process, and physical evidence are marketing mix factors that are unique to the healthcare service sector. This study is a quantitative study where the data collection method uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents in the study population. There are seven hypothesis lines analyzed using PLS-SEM with data collected from outpatients of the Radiology Unit in a class B private hospital in the city of Depok from November 2024 to February 2025 as many as 182 respondents. The results showed that the physical evidence factor had a positive effect on word of mouth and revisit intention, the process factor had a positive effect on word of mouth but not on revisit intention, and the people factor had no positive effect on either. This study is expected to contribute to the hospital in improving outpatient services in the Radiology Unit.

This study analyzes the impact of EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) variables on user satisfaction with the CEISA 4.0 administrative system at KPPBC TMP Juanda. This study aims to evaluate how various factors, including technical support, reporting features, and system usability, contribute to overall user satisfaction. Data were collected through a survey, and analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to assess the relationship between the identified variables. Key findings indicated that users experienced satisfactory technical support, characterized by quick responses and effective solutions to problems. In addition, the system's excellent reporting features facilitate the generation of comprehensive and easy-to-understand reports, further increasing user satisfaction. The research also included validity and reliability tests, confirming that the constructs used in this study are valid and reliable for measuring user satisfaction. The results show that improving these factors can significantly increase user satisfaction with CEISA 4.0, ultimately leading to more efficient administrative processes. This research adds to a more profound comprehension of the elements that influence user satisfaction in administrative systems, as well as providing valuable insights for future development of similar technologies.

The advancement of information and communication technology in the globalization era has significantly transformed higher education, especially in adapting to Generation Z students who are highly familiar with digital technology. These students require interactive, technology-based learning approaches, as conventional methods often fail to sustain their concentration and motivation. This study investigates the impact of two key factors learning motivation and the quality of the learning environment on academic performance. Conducted on 145 Generation Z students from the Management Study Program at STIE YAPAN Surabaya (2nd, 4th, and 6th semester), this research employs a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used is a census, with data collected through primary questionnaires. Findings indicate that both learning motivation and the quality of the learning environment have a positive and significant effect on students' academic achievement. In other words, academic success relies on both internal drive and external support, especially for Generation Z, who are highly responsive to their surroundings. These factors work together to enhance learning outcomes.

This research aims to design and develop an efficient and integrated website-based Point of Sales (POS) system for Kamala Bali Resort in Nusa Dua, in order to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The method used is a qualitative approach, which includes in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis to understand the needs and challenges faced by the resort in managing the transaction system. The results showed that the development of a website-based POS system that integrates the Front Office Cashier (FOC) and Restaurant Bar Cashier (RBC) modules can accelerate the guest registration process, food and beverage order management, and real-time financial transaction management. The system also reduces the risk of human error and increases the transparency of financial reports. The contribution of this research is not only to provide practical solutions for small and medium-sized hotels in adopting technology, but also to enrich the literature regarding the application of information systems in the hospitality industry, as well as to become a model for other hotels in Indonesia that want to transform into the digital era.

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and motivation on the performance of teaching staff at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi YAPAN Surabaya (STIE) Yapan Surabaya using a quantitative research approach. The performance of teaching staff is a key factor in ensuring academic excellence, and it is significantly affected by internal factors such as the compensation they receive and their level of motivation. Survey questionnaires were given to full-time faculty members at STIE YAPAN Surabaya in order to gather data. An investigation was conducted utilizing multiple linear regression to assess how compensation and motivation impact teaching effectiveness independently and together. The findings indicated that both compensation and motivation play a crucial role in enhancing teaching performance, showing a positive and substantial impact when considered separately as well as together. These findings suggest that improving financial rewards and enhancing motivational support can lead to better performance among academic staff. This research provides valuable input for higher education management in developing effective strategies to improve the quality and productivity of educators.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) has long been used as a flavoring in various food products. However, concerns regarding the health impacts of MSG consumption, including sensitivity symptoms such as headaches and high blood pressure, have prompted many consumers to seek healthier alternatives. This study aims to evaluate adults' interest in the use of non-MSG natural flavorings and identify factors that influence this preference. The research method used was a quantitative survey with a sample of 53 adult respondents selected randomly. The research results showed that 56.6% of respondents preferred natural non-MSG flavorings for health reasons, while another 43.4% expressed a desire to use or prefer products made from artificial MSG. Natural alternatives such as anchovies, mushrooms, seaweed and cheese proved popular among respondents. The study concluded that there is significant interest among adults in switching to natural, non-MSG flavorings. Recommendations for food manufacturers include developing products with natural flavors, educating consumers about health benefits, and transparency in product labeling. In this way, manufacturers can meet the needs of a growing market and support healthier eating patterns.

This research examines how financial knowledge, accessibility, and trustworthiness affect people's interest in digital investing through the Livin' by Mandiri mobile application. Given the growing popularity of digital investment platforms, there's a clear need to understand what motivates public engagement with digital investment options. The study employed a quantitative methodology using causal associative research design and purposive sampling to survey 150 active Livin' by Mandiri users. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, with multiple linear regression analysis used to evaluate the relationships between variables. Findings revealed that financial knowledge, accessibility, and trustworthiness all positively and significantly impact investment interest, both individually and collectively. With a determination coefficient of 78.9%, these three factors substantially account for the variation in investment interest levels. The results validate the application of Theory of Planned Behavior within digital investment contexts and offer practical insights for developing digital banking services that prioritize user-friendliness, security, and financial education.
