Abstract

This study explores the consequences of the tax audit and collection process on total tax revenue in Indonesia. By adopting the literature analysis method and assessing secondary data from the Directorate General of Taxes, the research findings reveal that tax audit and collection actions positively affect the level of tax revenue. A high frequency of tax audits is closely related to increased compliance and accumulated tax revenue. The same applies to the percentage of taxes successfully collected; the higher it is, the greater the level of compliance and tax revenue. Therefore, improvements in the efficiency of the government's implementation of tax audits and collections are needed to increase the overall level of compliance and tax revenue.

Abstract

Almost all foundations in Indonesia or even in the world have standard work methodologies (SOPs). Not only in the context of government, education, etc., an assembly organization also requires SOPs in every part of the organization. In an organization, regulations are made in a more precise structure, namely Work System Standards or what are often called SOPs. Every organization definitely has dreams and missions to achieve, both in the short and long term. In subjective examination, the techniques commonly used are meetings, perceptions and use of notes. This research examines the concept of standard operating procedures (SOP). The focus point of this examination is on the 3 most interesting things in the SOP. Based on in-depth interviews with 10 subjects at the Torch Engineering company, it is stated that Standard Operating Procedures are the core thing in a work process as well as the type of leadership that regulates the running of a series of Standard Operating Procedures. The results of the research This provides a deeper understanding of how the type of leadership and the SOP concept are mutually sustainable in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of work at Torch Engineering.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors, investment risk, financial performance, and ownership structure on company stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Using a quantitative research design, primary and secondary data are used to investigate the relationship between these variables. Research results over the last three year period show that macroeconomic factors do not have a significant impact on stock returns, financial performance, investment risk, or ownership structure. On the other hand, financial performance has a positive and significant influence on stock returns and ownership structure, while investment risk has a positive and significant influence on stock returns and ownership structure. Ownership structure, although it has a negative effect on stock returns, has a relatively small effect. The suggestion from this research is the importance of a company's focus on internal factors such as financial performance and investment risk management to increase stock returns. Regular evaluation of the ownership structure is also recommended to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the people's economic instruments that can be used to empower the people's economy. In terms of terminology, waqf comes from the word waqfu which means to stop or hold something. The current phenomenon is the management of zakat in cash. Consumer orientation towards waqf tends to encourage leaders to make managers avoid productive efforts. As a result, waqf is used directly and not invested effectively. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information related to waqf management. The research results show that the management of cash waqf funds as an investment instrument is attractive, because the benefits from this investment - in the form of investment profits - can be enjoyed by people everywhere, both locally, regionally and internationally. This is possible because the benefits of the investment are in the form of cash which can be transferred to any beneficiary throughout the world.
