Abstract

The aim of this research is for us to find out how influential Bank Syariah Indonesia's products are in the era of the generation of children who choose to save at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which we researched precisely at KCP Medan Simpang Limun. The research we took was taken from the results of a survey where in the era of the younger generation how many people used Bank Syariah Indonesia to access their finances. Data collection will be collected through interviews or through data from the opening of a savings book at Bank BSI KCP Medan Simpang Limun. The results of the implementation research into the use of Bank Syariah Indonesia products in the era of the younger generation will be completed through data from Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Simpang Limun where the results of implementation will be proven how influential the young generation is in using access to Indonesian sharia banking at this time at KCP Medan Simpang Limun.

Abstract

The internet has become one of the technologies most frequently used by society today. E-commerce users in Indonesia are expected to continue to increase, as can be seen from the graphic visualization results. In semester 1 of 2020, 63.6% of the total Indonesian people shopped online, while in semester 2 of 2020 there was an increase of 69.1%. Therefore, it can be concluded that this pandemic has a big meaning and is even able to accelerate buying and selling transactions from offline to online until now. However, the Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia actually said that social media must be removed from the market. This research uses a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach is a research method that focuses its discussion on general principles. By applying a SWOT analysis to the decline in offline market sales due to the rise of the online market, we can identify and analyze the decline in sales in the offline market. Traders in traditional and modern markets in various regions still complain that the number of visitors continues to decline. The trigger was not only caused by the increase in prices of various basic commodities, but also the presence of online markets which is thought to have caused a decline in people's purchasing power.

Abstract

This study looks into how Indonesia's unemployment rate is affected by both economic growth and the labor force. By analyzing economic and labor market data, this study aims to understand whether high economic growth is aligned with increased employment opportunities and a reduction in the number of unemployed. The ideal dimension of this study is linked to economic theories that connect economic growth with job creation, while its realistic dimension will reveal the extent to which these theories are reflected in the Indonesian context. Through interviews, observations, and data analysis, this study is anticipated to advance knowledge of the complex relationship between the labor force, economic growth, and the unemployment rate in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of career development and work culture on employee loyalty with variable work productivity at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch. Career development and work culture are exogenous variables in this study, whereas job productivity and employee loyalty are endogenous ones. The study included 114 employees from the PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch. The research sample size was set at 100 participants. In sampling, a simple random sample strategy was applied. To gather data for this study, a questionnaire technique was employed in the form of a Google form to get primary data, which would then be used as data to conduct out data analysis. External and internal measurement testing, as well as the use of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0, were used to evaluate the hypothesis. This study yielded the following results: 1) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 3) Career development has no effect and is not significant on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; and 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch.

Abstract

The leverage of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance is a scientific literature review article. The aim of writing this literature review article is to obtain a hypothesis of the influence between variables so that it can be used in further research in the realm of Performance Management. The technique used in writing articles is library research, which is obtained from online media sources such as Google Scholar and other online learning media and uses qualitative analysis techniques. The results obtained in the literature review article are: 1. Organizational culture influences employee performance; 2. Work discipline influences employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of understanding agricultural zakat among rice farmers in Hutaraja Village, South Panyabungan District. Agricultural zakat has an important role in ensuring social justice and economic prosperity for farmers, as well as supporting sustainable agricultural development. This research method includes in-depth interviews with rice farmers and zakat managers, as well as analysis of documentation related to the zakat program. The research results reveal that the implementation of understanding agricultural zakat in Hutaraja Village is not fully optimal. There are several obstacles, such as farmers' lack of understanding of the concept of agricultural zakat, lack of transparency in the collection and distribution of zakat, and the extent of the benefits of zakat for farmers that have not been achieved. This research proposes increasing understanding of agricultural zakat, training and education, increasing transparency in zakat management, as well as efforts to expand the positive impact of zakat for rice farmers. The implication of this research is the importance of increasing understanding and implementation of agricultural zakat as a tool to support farmer welfare and agricultural sustainability in the region.

Abstract

Strategic planning for sustainable development is a plan that is developed to ensure that development can take place in a sustainable manner, where The requirements of today's population can be fulfilled without jeopardizing the necessities of generations to come. Strategic planning for organizations and the business world is a solution to all the problems that arise when designing long-term plans. In this case, it is expected that leaders have the ability to plan by considering the problems, obstacles, and challenges faced by the organization, so that they can make strategic decisions. Formulate tactical plans that align with the requirements of the organization.In other words, strategic planning is required when designing programs that focus on sustainable development. Therefore, an understanding of the elements required for sustainable development, including the necessary factors and tools, at both national and local levels, is essential. This article is a review that discusses various aspects of strategic planning and sustainable development, as well as the process of preparing it, and the advantages that can be obtained through an organization or business.

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) of Deli Serdang Regency is a government agency whose one of its duties is to record the existence of Small and Medium Industries (IKM). The role of the Department of Industry and Trade of the Deli Serdang Regency is very much needed in developing IKM in the Deli Serdang Regency. The existence of SMEs has a very important function in improving the economy both in the regions. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of the Department of Industry and Trade of Deli Serdang Regency in developing small and medium-sized businesses in Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research used is survey research, the primary data source is all employees of the Industry and Trade Office, the Sub-Department of Facilities and Infrastructure and Industrial Empowerment, totaling 10 people. Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the role of the Department of Industry and Trade is very helpful to the local community by fostering small and medium industries, controlling the development of small and medium industries and realizing the development of small and medium industries in a better direction.

Abstract

In the post-COVID-19 pandemic era, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are experiencing radical changes in their operational landscape due to advances in information technology, especially through E-business and digital marketing. The impact of the pandemic has caused a significant decline in sales, distribution and access to finance for MSMEs. As a result, MSMEs are now focusing more on digital business models compared to conventional offline strategies, by utilizing social media and online markets as broad marketing channels. This research highlights how digital marketing and E-business are revolutionizing the way MSMEs interact with the market. By implementing digital marketing strategies, MSMEs can expand their global market reach, increase visibility through SEO techniques, personalize interactions with customers, and speed up customer service and inventory management. Changes in consumer behavior, such as reduced brand loyalty, the importance of product reviews, and decreased consumer tolerance, must be addressed. To remain competitive in this increasingly digital business environment, MSMEs must adapt to these changing trends, make optimal use of digital resources, and build strong customer relationships.

Abstract

business combination is an event or transaction in which a company as an acquirer gains control over one or more companies. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of accounting liquidity on PT Xl Axiata Tbk before and after the implementation of the business combination in 2011-2014. This study collected secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a descriptive quantitative research approach. The results of the analysis show that after the business combination, the company's performance as shown by the liquidity ratio increased rapidly. To achieve long-term goals, the business combination of PT XL Axiata Tbk with PT AXIS Telekom Indonesia is expected to increase the company's value.
