Abstract

This study investigates how the functions and elements of management accounting are implemented. Using GENUINE ACACIA HONEY as a research subject. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. This research uses qualitative methods using interactive analysis. Data was collected directly from the owners of GENUINE AKACIA HONEY and analyzed in the field to make it more representative. The data collection method is used to collect data seen from the use of the data through observation and so on. Data must provide supporting factual information, for example from the results of (1) interviews and (2) observations. The interview was asked to the owner of GENUINE ACACIA HONEY in the form of unstructured questions. Observations are carried out directly to obtain relevant results and can also be used as a reference. The results of observations and interviews are presented in the form of tables and research questions in realizing the functions of management accounting, namely planning, controlling and decision making.

Abstract

This research examines the application of murabahah contracts to mortgage financing products at Bank Sumut Syariah. This research aims to understand the process of implementing the Murabahah contract in its application to mortgage financing, as well as analyzing the impact on customers and what the policies of this sharia bank are. The research method is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of this research indicate that Bank Sumut Syariah has implemented the Murabahah Agreement in its financing, especially in mortgage financing. KPR financing products have received a positive response which can help customers. Customers get benefits and benefits in product clarity. And banks can face operational and management risks that need to be addressed. The implications of this research are the basis for Sharia Banks in improving products and services, and strengthening the concept of Islamic finance in banking.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the procedures for providing consumer financing and the mechanism for resolving problematic consumer financing at PT. Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Karya. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. This research obtained primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained through books, journals and other articles. The results of this research explain the procedures for providing consumer financing correctly and optimally and explain the procedures or mechanisms for resolving problematic consumer financing correctly and optimally from the process to the final stage. So that it can minimize the occurrence of problematic consumer financing.

Abstract

Denai Lama Village, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, has significant tourism potential, which can be a source of income and improve the welfare of the local community. The focus of this research is on analyzing the economic and socio-cultural aspects of tourism development. The method used is a qualitative method with the aim of describing and analyzing the impact of tourism development on the community of your market tourism village. Data is collected from various sources such as books, journals and previous research to support research. The research results show that tourism development has a positive impact on additional income, job creation, cultural exchange and preservation of local traditions. This shows the potential for sustainable tourism development in the Old Denai village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies of conventional cars and electric cars in the Indonesian market. The research method is a literature study and comparative analysis of the marketing strategies of conventional cars and electric cars in the Indonesian market. The results of this study show significant differences in marketing strategies between the two types of cars. In conventional car marketing, commonly used strategies include television advertisements, promotions from authorized dealers, and participation in automotive exhibitions. On the other hand, electric car marketing tends to use a more environmentally conscious approach, focusing on sustainability and green technology. Strategies include clean energy promotion, participation in green events, and collaboration with environmental organizations. The high price of electric cars and limited charging infrastructure are major obstacles to the marketing of electric cars in Indonesia. However, there are significant opportunities to grow the electric car market through consumer education, improved charging infrastructure, and co-operation with government, industry, and communities.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence the government internal control system and human resource competencies have on the effectiveness of regional asset management in West Bandung Regency. The survey in this study was conducted at 40 SKPDs in West Bandung Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive-verification by distributing questionnaires to each SKPD as many as 40 questionnaires, with the respondents being the administrators of goods in each regional work unit. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 29 software. The results of this study indicate that the Government Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of regional asset management. Human Resource Competence has no positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of asset management. The Government Internal Control System and Human Resource Competencies simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of regional asset management. Government Control System and Human Resource Competencies simultaneously on the Effectiveness of Regional Asset Management of West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of the 5C principles (compliance, character, capacity, capital, guarantee) in multipurpose financing using murabahah contracts. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which these aspects are integrated in sharia financing practices, with a focus on transparency, fairness and sustainability. It is hoped that the results of the analysis will provide insight into the effectiveness of implementing the 5C principles in the context of multipurpose murabahah financing. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. In a qualitative approach, this research utilizes in-depth interviews with stakeholders related to multipurpose financing based on murabahah contracts. Direct observations of the process of implementing the 5C principles were also carried out. Content analysis was used to extract qualitative findings, enabling an in-depth understanding of how the 5C principles are reflected in these financing practices. This approach opens up space for deeper interpretation and context.

Abstract

The research was carried out in Bandung City using the research facility of the entertainment venue that is located in Bandung. The study aims to analyze the impact of tax obligation financial conditions and tax administration modernization on entertainment tax compliance in Bandung. Looking at the entertainment tax revenue in Bandung over the past five years has been fluctuating and tax revenues in several years have still not reached the target. This research uses a method of causal comparative analysis, which aims to explain the cause-effect relationship between independent and dependent variables by testing the hypothesis. To collect data using the method of disseminating questionnaires to respondents.Based on the chi-square testing of this study, the variable financial conditions of tax obligations have a significant impact on tax compliance and tax administration modernization have a major impact on entertainment tax obligation compliance in Bandung. And based on the coefficient-contingency test, this study showed that the strong enough relationship between the taxable financial condition variable and taxable compliance is 0.274 and the strongest enough relationship among the tax administration modernization variable to entertainment tax compliance in Bandung is 0.496.

Abstract

The accountability of regional property management is something that must be proven in reality for the obligations carried out by the agency. Leadership commitment is one of the factors to realise the accountability of regional property management, for a high sense of involvement and loyalty to the organisation, the leader will obey the spoken commitment. Likewise, the competence of the apparatus seen from the ability, expertise, knowledge, and attitude of responsibility for their duties can realise the accountability of the management of regional property. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Commitment of Leaders and Apparatus Competence to the Accountability of Regional Property Management in Cimahi City (Research on the Cimahi City Regional Work Unit). This research uses Quantitative Methods with descriptive and verification approaches (Path Analysis). The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique, obtained 30 respondents from each Cimahi City Regional Work Unit. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Head of Service as the Goods User and Employees who served as the Goods Manager of each Regional Work Unit. The results of this study indicate that, leadership commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on the accountability of regional property management, apparatus competence has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of regional property management, and leadership commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on the accountability of regional property management mediated through apparatus competence.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of North Sumatra Regional Police Rena Bureau Police personnel. This study was conducted to identify factors that contribute to improving the performance of Rena Bureau Police personnel in carrying out their duties. The research results show that leadership has a significant positive influence on the performance of Rena Bureau Police personnel. Work motivation also has a significant positive influence on personnel performance. Apart from that, job satisfaction was also found to have a significant positive influence on personnel performance. Thus, these factors can be considered as the main drivers of improving the performance of Rena Bureau Police personnel. The implication of this research is that the management of the Rena Police Bureau must pay attention to aspects of leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to improve the performance of their personnel. Apart from that, this research also provides useful insights for further research in the field of human resource management in law enforcement agencies.
