Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of behavioral aspects on the accounting information system at the Wair Pu'an Drinking Water Perumda Office, Sikka Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative approach, the data obtained is primary data, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis method uses the SPSS version 26 program. The research results show simultaneously that the variables of attitude, motivation, perception and emotion have a significant effect on the accounting information system. Furthermore, partially the attitude, motivation and emotion variables have a significant effect on the accounting information system, while the perception variable has no significant effect on the accounting information system. As much as 59.7 percent of accounting information system variables are explained by independent variables (attitude, motivation, perception and emotion) in the research, the remaining 40.3 percent is explained by other variables that are not in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of price perceptions, product quality and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Ini Baru Steak Boyolali consumers with a sample size of 100 determined using a purposive sampling technique.The results of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliable, as well as the classical assumption tests, including the multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, all variables were declared to have passed the classical assumption test. Meaning that all regression coefficients are positive, which means that variables X1 (price perception), X2 (product quality) and X3 (service quality) have an effect positive towards purchasing decisions on Ini Baru Steak Boyolali. Hypothesis testing shows that price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Ini Baru Steak Boyolali. Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Ini Baru Steak Boyolali. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Ini Baru Steak Boyolali. The F test states that the research model for the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that perceptions of price, product quality and service quality can explain purchasing decisions by 69.1%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the marketing strategies of salt farmers which consist of product, price, promotion and distribution strategies. The research location is in Garam Village, Uneng City Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively-qualitatively. The analysis results from the product strategy side show that 1). The raw material for making salt is abundant sea water, 2). The quality of traditional salt farmers' salt products is considered very far from good quality, 3). Farmers do not create and own trademarks. From the price strategy side it appears that 1). The determinants of price policy are the middlemen and follow market prices, 2). Cash payment system at the time of transaction or by deferring in advance or being paid by the buyer. From the promotional model side, it can be seen that 1). Farmers do not have promotional tools, 2). The farmers feel that there has never been any party or anyone to help promote their production to the general public, and in terms of distribution strategy it has been found that 1), the dominant farmers sell their salt production to middlemen, and 2). Some are sold in traditional markets.

Abstract

IPA analysis found that ROA has the best level of suitability, it is concluded that high and low profits can be caused by good asset turnover with a minimum level of equity value, even though the company has a minimum level of equity value. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2019-2023 period. This sector's financial performance has experienced fluctuations, especially due to the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected supply chains and consumption patterns. However, in 2023, the sector will begin to recover with a focus on product innovation, sustainability and improving operational efficiency to face global economic challenges. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial reports, with an analysis method using financial ratios. Liquidity Ratios (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio) assess the company's ability to meet short-term obligations. Solvency Ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio) measure a company's ability to fulfill long-term obligations. Profitability Ratios (Return on Investment and Return on Equity) are used to assess a company's ability to generate profits. The analysis results show that PT. Mayora Indah Tbk has satisfactory liquidity performance, but its solvency is above industry standards. PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is stable in liquidity ratios but requires improvement in solvency. PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk shows the need to improve its liquidity and profitability ratios during the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

There are many improvements in technological developments that can be done or developed, such as a system or website to make it easier for humans to do their work in completing work. However, with the existence of a website, a study is also needed to measure the satisfaction value of the use of the website itself, one of which is the personnel system website is a personnel system website that gives you convenience in completing work, with this personnel system website now it is easy for humans to do work easily because they can do work online. This study was conducted to determine the level of user satisfaction of the personnel system website where in this study the author uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, this method emphasizes user satisfaction by analyzing applications based on content, accuracy, format, user convenience and timeliness. The type of research conducted is a type of descriptive research using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is a random sample. This research is felt to be necessary to find out the level of satisfaction of website users.

Abstract

Otak-otak bandeng is one of the popular traditional foods in Gresik Regency. However, to increase consumer buying interest, it is necessary to carry out an effective marketing strategy. This study aims to determine the application of halal labeling and digital marketing in increasing consumer buying interest in milkfish bran in Gresik Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of halal labeling can increase consumer confidence in milkfish brain-brain products, while the application of digital marketing through social media can increase consumer awareness and buying interest. Thus, the application of halal labeling and digital marketing can be an effective marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest in milkfish brains in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity, company size, and company age variables on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this research are secondary data. The population in this study consists of 245 companies, and the sample selection procedure uses purposive sampling based on predefined criteria, resulting in a sample of 55 companies. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance, while the independent variables are capital structure, liquidity, company size, and company age. The data analysis method uses panel data. The research results indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, company size has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, and company age has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Indonesian as the national language and official language of the country plays an important role in people's lives, especially in the field of education. However, along with developments in technology and pop culture, the use of Indonesian among generation Z and millennials has experienced significant changes. Generation Z (born 1996–2012) and the millennial generation (born 1980–2000) are more likely to adopt foreign languages ​​and practice code-switching or code-mixing, which influences the rules for good and correct use of Indonesian. Digital technology, especially social media, as well as global pop culture, such as the Korean Wave, have accelerated this shift in language rules. This research aims to identify factors that influence the shift in Indonesian language rules among Gen Z and millennials. Using a literature review method, this research analyzes literature that discusses the phenomenon of language use by the younger generation. The research results show that social media, social media, prestige, advertising and pop culture trends are the main factors that trigger shifts in language rules. This research provides insight into how technological developments and pop culture play a role in language change, as well as providing suggestions for maintaining the continuity of Indonesian language rules.

Abstract

Humans are the main resource when achieving organizational success, human resources play an important contribution within an organization in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to find out whether teamwork and communication have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BVI and data collection by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form by sharing links online and techniques using a Likert scale. The population of this research is all employees at PT. BVI Landscape division and the sample in this study was 50 people using a saturated sampling technique. There are several tests carried out, namely data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and Determinant coefficient test. The tool used to process data in this research is SPSS version 25 software. This research was conducted in the period March - June 2024. This research is a quantitative research because this research was carried out in natural conditions which started by asking for research opinions and thinking patterns. It is known that partial teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is acceptable and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results, it can be said that the Teamwork and Communication variables together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable at PT. BVI.
