Abstract

The construction of an airport project must take into account several factors, including financial and operational feasibility. There is its own uniqueness in the construction of Dhoho International Airport – Kediri. This development is the first project built by the national private sector PT Gudang Garam Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Surya Dhoho Investama, with the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme where this project is a Green Field Project – Unsolicited. This study aims to determine the financial feasibility and operational analysis. The financial feasibility study is reviewed from cash flow and then analyzed using the Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) methods. Operational analysis to plan and determine the investment value needed for the construction of Dhoho International Airport - Kediri. The financial feasibility analysis test uses the Net Present Value (NPV) method worth Rp.559,887,494.00. The Benefit Cost Ratio method obtained a value of 1.0748. The Internal Rate of Return method obtained a value of 14.64%. The Return On Investment capital using the Payback Period method is obtained in 26 years. From the results of the financial feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the construction of Dhoho International Airport-Kediri has been equipped with Custom, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) facilities. Operational tests have been running, especially for domestic flights, followed by Umrah flights.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Asset Structure on Capital Structure at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. The data used is PT's annual financial data. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk from year X to year Y. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the independent variables (Net Profit Margin and Asset Structure) and the dependent variable (Capital Structure). It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the factors that influence a company's capital structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Motivation and Workload on Lecturer Performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program (S1), Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program (S1), Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, totaling 51 lecturers and 46 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. With SEM-PLS analysis technique using SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing. The findings of the research that has been done show that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance, 46 df <0.05=1.67866, the test results on the P Value of the Motivation variable have a value of 0.008. and 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance, 46 df <0.05=1.67866, the test result on the P Value value of the Workload variable has a value of 0.001.

Abstract

The problems faced by Islamic financial institutions are marketing islamic financing products, regulatory challenges, the risk of non-performing financing, and the lack of awareness and understanding of islamic financing products among the public. This research aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for Islamic financing products using SWOT analysis. Qualitative research method using case study, sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample consists of three respondents who are experts in the field of Islamic financing and marketing including the head of the KSPP branch. Sharia BMT NU East Java Main Branch Sumenep. Data collection using primary data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis using the SWOT matrix analysis framework. From the results of the SWOT matrix, it can be seen that the strength and opportunity factors are more than the weakness and threat factors. The conclusions of this study are: (1) To market financing products, KSPP. Syariah BMT NU East Java Main Branch Sumenep uses a door to door strategy, builds networks, word of mouth, and provides excellent service and provides satisfying facilities to increase customer trust and satisfaction so that customers remain loyal; (2) The results of the SWOT analysis explain that KSPP. Syariah BMT NU East Java Main Branch Sumenep has the ability to compete in a competitive market by taking advantage of opportunities and continuing to improve its strengths.

Abstract

One of the daily needs for a woman is cosmetics. Skincare cosmetics are a very popular type of cosmetics over the past few years, one of which is serum so that the demand for this product is high. The change in consumption behavior of Indonesian people, especially skincare users, towards serum products to become more consumptive is caused by various factors, including cultural factors, especially K-Culture, consumption expenditure and income. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the simultaneous effect of K-Culture, consumption expenditure and income on the consumption behavior of imported South Korean cosmetic serum products and to analyze and determine the partial effect of K-Culture, consumption expenditure and income on the consumption behavior of imported South Korean cosmetic serum products in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Economic resilience is one of the important pillars in the development of a region. Medan City, as one of the economic centers in North Sumatra, has a strategic role in advancing the regional economy. Medan City, as one of the economic centers in North Sumatra, faces its own challenges in building local economic resilience, especially in the area around the Medan Mayor's Office, which is the center of government and economic activities. This article discusses the implementation of economic resilience through the enhancement of trade as well as the restoration of cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) businesses around the Medan Mayor's Office. The research aims to explore the various initiatives and strategies that have been implemented by the city government in supporting local economic development, particularly in the context of cooperatives and MSMEs. The results show the success of the program in supporting local economic growth, although there are challenges that still need to be addressed. Abstract

The influence of the marketing mix on consumer choices to apply for partner financing at BSI KCP Lubuk Suhuing is the driving force for this research. Seven independent factors are used in this research: product, price, promotion, location, people, process, and physical persistence. The dependent is the customer's decision to apply for Mitraguna Berkah financing. This research focuses on the results influence of the marketing mix carried out by BSI KCP Lubuk Suhuing in influencing customers to apply for Mitraguna Berkah financing using the 7P elements. Data This research used 178 BSI KCP Lubuk Suhuing clients as research samples, and data was collected through distributing questionnaires. Quantitative analysis is the analytical technique used, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t and f tests, and the coefficient of determination (R^2). The research results show that the dependent variable, namely the customer's decision to apply for Mitraguna Berkah (Y) financing, is simultaneously influenced by independent variables which include product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), place (X4). ), people (X5), processes (X6), and physical persistence (X7). Based on the comparison of values, it is obtained that F_(count>) F_(table ) is f_(count )(5.524 > f_(table )(2.06) meaning that the seven variables influence the customer's decision to apply for blessing partner financing at BSI KCP Lubuk Suhuing. From The seventh most influential variable is promotion. It can be seen that the t_(count) value is 4.074.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the liquidity and size of the company on dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research population is all companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method with the sample criteria being companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2021 period, companies with complete financial reports in the 2017-2021 period, companies paying dividends in the 2017-2021 period, and a sample of 45 companies was obtained. The data source is the company's annual financial report taken through the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Eviews program tool. Liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio, while company size is measured using Size and dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio. The results showed that the variable liquidity had a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while firm size had a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of product quality, brand image, and online customer reviews on the purchase decisions of female customers of the Wardah brand in the JaBoDeTaBek area. There were a hundred respondents in the sample for this quantitative study. The sampling strategy uses the lemeshow formula and a non-probability sampling technique called purposive sampling. Using the Likert scale to measure the level of consent, the questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection process. SPSS Version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019 are used to examine the collected data. According to the study's findings, factors such as brand image and online customer reviews have little or no influence on purchasing decisions, but product quality variables have a positive and significant impact. The results of the simultaneous analysis showed that the purchase decision was positively influenced by the simultaneous and tangible effects of the brand image, product quality, and online customer reviews.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the quality of the audit of the financial reports of the Boalemo Regency Regional Inspectorate. The research method is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Types of research are primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, where activities in data analysis are through data reduction, data display and conclusions or verification. The results of the research are (1) Auditors who are competent in carrying out financial audits at the Regional Inspectorate of Boalemo Regency ideally understand government standards in the region, (2) Time pressure will not interfere with the quality of financial audits of the Regional Inspectorate of Boalemo Regency, (3) Proven work experience has an influence on the level of quality of financial analysis of the Boalemo Regency Regional Inspectorate auditor's financial analysis, (4) The Boalemo Regency Regional Inspectorate auditor's ethics in carrying out the audit includes institutional ethics, (5) The auditor's independence in carrying out the audit is carried out well but the independence of the results which includes the response to the audit results is not yet shows excellent results.
