Abstract

The realization of economic growth and development cannot be separated from the support of the allocation of funds used to make it happen. These expenditures will increase aggregate spending and increase the level of economic activity in the country (Sukirno, 2004). From this aspect, research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method originating from the BPS City of Surabaya. The results obtained by the regional budget in the city of Surabaya from 2018 – 2020 have fluctuated. In 2019 the regional budget for the City of Surabaya increased by 26.24% while it decreased in the following year by 22.18%. While in 2019 Surabaya City's GRDP increased by 6.08%, but in 2020 it decreased by 4.85% due to Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee discipline and the application of attendance in improving employee discipline. The type of research used is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources were obtained using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis used in this study is interactive data analysis consisting of several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results in this study show that the effectiveness of electronic attendance in improving employee discipline has been very good. And the application of Electronic Attendance Id Card to improve discipline is very good. This shows that with the implementation of employee discipline rules, employees obey applicable regulations such as delay, there are sanctions that must be carried out, namely salary deductions so that employees can carry out their duties properly and the level of employee discipline is increasing.

Abstract

Tangible fixed assets are one of the important factors that determine the smooth running of a company, especially industrial companies. Without fixed assets, the industry cannot carry out its main activities. Talking about fixed assets cannot be separated from acquisition costs, depreciation and accumulated depreciation. Capital assets wear out occasionally due to normal use. This normal wear and tear must be amortized or financed over the life of the asset. It is not uncommon for unexpected damage to property, plant and equipment to occur as a result of natural disasters. such as floods and fires. Regardless of the cause for the reduced useful life of a tangible capital asset, either due to normal use, being sold because it is deemed no longer effective, or damaged due to a natural disaster, all must be properly accounted for. With accurate accounting records, every company will get accurate information about fixed assets

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office in North Maluku. The sampling technique uses saturated samples (census) with a total sample of 112 respondents at the Provincial Population and Civil Registration Office in Maluku. The data analysis used in this study used SmartPLS Partial Least Square. The results of data analysis in this study show that 1) Leader Member Exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Excange Team Member has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Team Member Exchange (TMX) has no effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Leader Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) Team Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Local finance is all the rights and obligations of a village that can be valued in terms of money, as well as everything in the form of money or goods that a village can possess, related to implementation and obligations. Studies conducted on village finance management show various problems and constraints in each village. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review or SLR. Some of the constraints in village finance management include the low skills of human resources, lack of supervision and leadership, and a lack of understanding of applicable regulations. There are also villages that have successfully managed their finances well. Research shows that the role of village officials and a good understanding of regulations and procedures for village finance management are important factors in the success of village finance management. Therefore, it is expected that the management of village finance can be more effective and efficient, and contribute to economic growth and regional stability.

Abstract

Abstract

Paylater is widely used in carrying out sales and purchase transactions. This research aims to analyze the existence of ribawi elements in the context of the Shopee Paylater purchase system. Shopee Paylater is a service that allows users to purchase products online and pay later with a specified interest or additional fee. In Islam, there are principles that govern financial transactions, including the concept of riba or interest. Therefore, it is important to analyze whether the Shopee Paylater purchasing system involves a ribawi element or not.

Abstract

Monetary policy in Islamic economics is part of the branch of economics that discusses the nature, function and influence on economic activity in a country. Monetary in Islam does not emphasize not only the supply and demand for money, but also the principles of equity and brotherhood, which seek equality and create a fair distribution of wealth and income. The method of writing this article uses a qualitative research approach. The data analysis technique is in the form of descriptive analysis. Descriptive itself is a research result that is described as clearly as possible based on research. Monetary policy can maintain economic stability, this can be seen by balancing the amount of money that is widely spread in a balanced way. If any money in circulation exceeds or is greater or less than a number of goods and services, then the economy in a country will be chaotic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh financial leverage dan firm size terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang telah melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pengamatan tahun 2017-2021 sebanyak 252 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 perusahaan dengan total 180 observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan Ordinary Least Square dengan pendekatan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial leverage/DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Firm size berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Terdapat perbedaan financial leverage/ DER setelah dan sebelum Initial Public Offering (IPO). Tidak ada perbedaan ukuran perusahaan setelah dan sebelum Initial Public Offering (IPO).
