Abstract

Room division operations rely on accurate and timely room information exchanged between the front office and housekeeping departments. In small hotels, this process is often supported by property management systems combined with worksheets, logbooks, telephone communication, and messaging applications. This study develops a Smart Room Division Management (SRDM) model for Nestagar Hotel Sukoharjo by analyzing operational information flows across shifts and departments. A qualitative case study was integrated with a design science approach. Data were collected from operational procedures, room-status summaries, room-master displays, room-rate information, and internal operational documents. The analysis mapped existing processes, identified information and control gaps, formulated system requirements, and evaluated the proposed model using a requirement-to-component traceability matrix. Findings revealed nine operational problems, including repeated data entry, unclear authority in room-status changes, lack of verification procedures, unstructured shift handovers, fragmented communication channels, manual supply records, overlapping roles, and absence of update-time visibility. The proposed SRDM–Nestagar model integrates a centralized room-status source, detailed room master data, digital task management, structured handover mechanisms, role-based authority, timestamped audit trails, and operational dashboards. The model is expected to improve coordination, accountability, and room readiness. Further field implementation is required to evaluate its impact on turnaround time, status accuracy, information freshness, and guest service performance.

Abstract

Increasing competition among Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFIs) requires organizations to focus not only on organizational performance but also on employee well-being as a critical factor for productivity and long-term sustainability. This study aims to analyze the implementation of workplace spirituality and its role in enhancing employee well-being in Islamic Microfinance Institutions located in Pekalongan and its surrounding areas. A qualitative field research approach was employed during the 2024–2025 research period. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and included managers, human resource personnel, savings marketing officers, and financing marketing officers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs), and were analyzed using thematic analysis supported by source and method triangulation to ensure research credibility. The findings reveal that workplace spirituality is implemented through collective prayers before work, spiritual briefings, religious studies, congregational prayers, and social activities that have become integral components of organizational culture. These practices facilitate the internalization of trustworthiness, responsibility, togetherness, and meaningful work as an act of worship, thereby improving psychological well-being, work motivation, social relationships, optimism, organizational loyalty, and workplace comfort. The study concludes that workplace spirituality functions as an organizational mechanism that strengthens employee well-being through the continuous internalization of spiritual values in daily work activities. These findings provide practical implications for developing spiritually based human resource management strategies within Islamic Microfinance Institutions to foster a healthy, productive, and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

Dividend policy is a crucial financial decision that directly impacts firm value and investment attractiveness for shareholders. However, fluctuations in financial performance among energy sector issuers—frequently affected by global commodity price volatility—also influence their certainty in determining the amount of dividends to be distributed. Therefore, this study aims to empirically analyze and examine the relationship between profitability and liquidity and dividend policy in energy sector issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2023–2024 period. This study adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial statements on the official IDX website. The population of this study encompasses all energy sector companies, from which 32 issuers were selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that profitability and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the dividend policy of energy sector companies. The implications of these findings encourage management to optimize operational performance and cash flow availability to ensure sustainable dividend distributions. Meanwhile, for capital market investors, these empirical results can serve as a strategic consideration when making investment decisions focused on dividend yield.

Abstract

The massive digital transformation has reshaped the conventional marketing landscape into an online ecosystem, in which social media and live streaming features have become key instruments. This study aims to investigate the effects of social media and live streaming on consumers’ purchase intention, while also examining the mediating role of consumer trust as an intervening mechanism in the context of Laber’s Store on TikTok Shop, a footwear business that sold 1,825 products within four months of its operation since January 2026. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3.0. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 Laber’s consumers on TikTok Shop using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables were social media (X1) and live streaming (X2), consumer trust (Z) served as the mediating variable, and purchase intention (Y) served as the dependent variable. Each variable was measured using a five-point Likert scale. The results of the direct effect analysis indicate that social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (T-statistic = 3.504; p = 0.001) and consumer trust (T-statistic = 5.923; p = 0.000). Live streaming also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (T-statistic = 3.261; p = 0.001) and consumer trust (T-statistic = 9.123; p = 0.000). Consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (T-statistic = 6.349; p = 0.000). The results of the indirect effect analysis demonstrate that consumer trust significantly mediates the relationship between social media and purchase intention (T-statistic = 5.240; p = 0.000), as well as the relationship between live streaming and purchase intention (T-statistic = 4.886; p = 0.000). Therefore, all seven research hypotheses are accepted. Social media and live streaming explain 47.3% of the variance in consumer trust, while the three variables collectively explain 54.9% of the variance in purchase intention. These findings indicate that increasing consumers’ purchase intention at Laber’s Store on TikTok Shop can be achieved more effectively when social media and live streaming strategies are able to establish consumer trust first.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of TikTok Live Streaming and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions, with Consumer Trust acting as a mediating variable, focusing on Oh My Glam Beauty products on TikTok Shop. The research adopts a quantitative associative approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 170 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4. The findings demonstrate that Live Streaming does not have a direct significant effect on Purchase Decisions, whereas Product Quality significantly affects Purchase Decisions. Furthermore, both Live Streaming and Product Quality significantly influence Consumer Trust, and Consumer Trust significantly influences Purchase Decisions. Consumer Trust successfully and significantly mediates the effect of both Live Streaming and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. These findings reveal that Live Streaming contributes more toward building consumer trust rather than directly triggering immediate purchases. Product quality remains a crucial consideration for consumers, while trust strengthens the conversion of information and quality perception into actual purchase decisions. These conditions indicate that companies must maintain product quality while optimizing Live Streaming to be informative, interactive, and convincing.

Abstract

This study examines the factors underlying consumer brand switching toward Barokah Jaya Motor Mojokerto amid increasingly competitive motorcycle repair services. A quantitative design using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was applied to data from 145 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a population of 227 customers. The questionnaire contained 20 indicators representing price, consumer trust, dissatisfaction, and promotion and was measured on a five-point Likert scale. Instrument reliability coefficients ranged from 0.632 to 0.851. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value was 0.803 and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity was significant (p < 0.001), confirming the adequacy of the data for factor analysis. Principal Component Analysis with Varimax rotation generated five factors explaining 61.289% of the total variance. The dominant factor was Promotional Attractiveness and Consumer Experience (23.693%), followed by Price Value Perception (10.968%), Trust and Service Responsiveness (10.648%), Competence and Service Consistency (8.203%), and Service Quality and Complaint Handling (7.777%). Two indicators were removed because their factor loadings were below 0.50. The findings indicate that customer switching in motorcycle repair services is shaped by an integrated evaluation of promotional exposure, service experience, perceived price value, trust, technical competence, and complaint resolution.

Abstract

Alas Veenuz Trawas is a nature-based tourist destination in Trawas, Mojokerto, East Java, where visitor numbers rise and fall with the season. This seasonal pattern brings a recognizable strain on employees: service becomes inconsistent, complaints take longer to resolve, and fatigue grows visible among staff signs suggesting that performance here cannot be explained by operational standards alone, but is also shaped by psychological and behavioral conditions. This study set out to examine three such conditions emotional intelligence, workload, and work discipline and their combined effect on how employees perform. All 80 employees at the site were surveyed using a Likert-format questionnaire, following an explanatory, cross-sectional design; multiple linear regression was applied to analyze the collected data in SPSS 26, after the instrument passed checks for validity and reliability and the regression model cleared each classical assumption test. Two of the three predictors, emotional intelligence and work discipline, were found to raise performance significantly, while workload pulled it down just as significantly. Combined, the three variables accounted for 71.1% of the variance in performance outcomes. The implication is straightforward: sustaining service quality in a seasonal, nature-based tourism business depends on keeping workload in check while continuing to build emotional skills and discipline among staff.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of influencer credibility on fashion product purchasing decisions on TikTok, with trust transfer as a mediating variable among Generation Z consumers in Surakarta. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using purposive sampling, involving 100 Generation Z respondents in Surakarta who met the predetermined criteria. Data were collected from February to March 2026 through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that influencer credibility has a positive and significant effect on trust transfer and purchasing decisions, while trust transfer also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Specifically, the direct effect of influencer credibility on purchasing decisions is positive and significant (β = 0.422; t = 5.499; p < 0.001), while the indirect effect through trust transfer is also positive and significant (β = 0.176; t = 3.663; p < 0.001). Since both the direct and indirect effects are significant and have the same positive direction, trust transfer demonstrates complementary partial mediation in the relationship between influencer credibility and purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that trust transfer represents one mechanism through which influencer credibility influences purchasing decisions, while a significant direct effect remains. This study provides empirical evidence on the mediating role of trust transfer in influencer marketing, particularly in the context of Generation Z consumers and fashion products promoted on TikTok.
