Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), Inflasi, dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data timeseries yang terdapat pada penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia masih sangat tergantung dari besarnya investasi yang masuk khususnya PMA, Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia, dan tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor positif yang memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Tujuan dari kunjungan industri ini untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan kami tentang proses pendirian umkm dan penentuan harga pakaian yang dijual oleh UMKM Dombull Second. Serta bagaimana cara melihat kualitas produk yang akan dijual. Penulis melakukan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam penulisan artikel ini. Kualitatif deskriptif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai penentuan harga jual yang ditetapkan oleh pemilik usaha UMKM Dombull Second. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga pakaian yang dijual oleh dombull second berada di range Rp. 30.000,- hinggga Rp. 350.000,- dengan melihat kualitas barang dan merek yang ditawarkan. Maka penulis menyimpulkan bahwa harga tersebut termasuk terjangkau karena berada dibawah standar harga pada pakaian baru. Penentuan harga juga berpengaruh pada daya minat beli konsumen. Pemilik usaha memanfaatkan e – commerce sebagai wadah pemasaran produknya dan hasilnya berdampak positif karena melalui pencatatan harian jumlah produk lebih banyak terjual pada platform e – commerce. Promosi melalui e – commerce juga dapat menjangkau konsumen lebih luas dan menambah pelanggan.

Abstract

Traditional markets are markets built and managed by the government, private sector, cooperatives or non-governmental organizations with business premises in the form of kiosks, shops, tents and the like. A traditional market is a market that is not only a place for transactions between sellers and buyers, but the market has become a means of driving the wheels of the economy on a large scale. But in its management, there are still many problems that occur in terms of facilities, infrastructure and cleanliness. The purpose of this research is to find out how the traditional market management strategy of Simpang Tiga, Luhak Nan Duo sub-district, West Pasaman district is based on an Islamic economic perspective. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by SWOT analysis. The results of this study are in the form of strategies based on SWOT analysis data processing, namely: making good use of market spatial planning, building and repairing and maintaining facilities and infrastructure, improving access to market roads, cooperating with the government, and developing special procedures for waste management.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the home industry-based food and beverage business with raw materials and local products in improving the family economy and improving the standard of living for MSME actors in the Ganggawa Monument Court, Lakessi Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research is a field research using the survey method, namely the data collection method which was carried out by interview techniques and direct observation in the field with a total of 22 informants from home-scale culinary entrepreneurs (home industry). The data obtained and then analyzed with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses welfare indicators according to the Central Bureau of Statistics for 2022. The results show that the home industry-based food and beverage culinary business plays a positive role in improving the welfare of the local community. Aside from being a source of income, the home industry is also able to absorb existing resources, namely being able to absorb local labor and resources, and being able to increase human resources through home industry production activities.

Abstract

In carrying out the whell of life, we cannot be separated from what is called UMKM. Where the role of UMKM is veri large for indonesia economic growth. So this study aims to determination the effect of the songket tower tourism destination on the development of UMKM around the seribu rumah gadang koto baru area sout solok regency. This type of research useh quantitatif descriptif research using primary data taken directly from the field obtained from questionnaires, interview, and observasi. The results of the study show that tourist destinations have a positive and significant effect on the development of UMKM as according to the t test that has been carried out. Which is the significance of the t test for the two dependent variables below 0.05. In addiction, table R2 show that the coefficient of determination or R square is 0,391 or equal to 39,1%, which means that tourist destination have a positive and significant effect on the development of UMKM.

Abstract

Parking is one of the activities that is often carried out to save or set aside private vehicles or public transportation. Along with advances in digital or electronic technology, the current parking method has also begun to develop with electronic methods. The process of collecting ordinary parking is considered to often occur due to leakage of citation fees due to a lack of supervision and the large number of illegal fees, for this reason parking using the electronic method is considered capable of overcoming the problems that occur in the ordinary parking collection system. However, there are several indications or problems that can lead to leakage of fees, such as the lack of participation of the public who make payments using electronic money so that the payment data collection process is not detected. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using e-money as a means of electronic parking transactions (E-Parking) on ​​Jalan Palangkaraya, Medan. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach and simple quantitative calculations. Research uses data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained by this study are through primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-money as a means of paying for electronic parking in Medan City is less effective, based on observations made by researchers to the public showing ineffective results where only 53 out of 311 people use e-money to make payments electronic parking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT PLN company. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze labor market considerations, gender, work environment, personality and financial reward considerations for accounting student interest in choosing a career as a tan and analyze. The research hypothesis was tested using a multiple regression analysis model. Based on the results of the research described in the previous discussion, several conclusions can be drawn, namely Based on the regression results that considerations of the labor market, gender, work environment, personality and considerations of financial appreciation simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant, labor market considerations have an effect significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant, gender has no significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant, family environment has no significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant, personality has a significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant and financial rewards have no significant effect on the interest of accounting students in choosing a career as an accountant.

Abstract

This research relates to the utilization of the infrastructure of the Ngujang II bridge on the Brantas river as the economic dominance of the community. This study uses a qualitative method, emphasizing the method of analysis, observation and interviews, data analysis is grouped from various sources, with the theory of economic development from Joseph Schumpeter. The results showed that in two different locations on the Ngujang II bridge, namely in the north a coffee shop and karaoke while in the south angkringan and a coffee shop. There are traders on the Ngujang II bridge who make this business their main livelihood and some only as a side because their main job as farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of PBB on economic growth in Kab. West Passage. The type of research used in this research is qualitative. The data processed in this study is PBB revenue for 2016-2021. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role of PBB In economic growth in West Pasaman Regency is still very small. Where this can be seen from the PBB contribution to PAD from 2016 to 2021 an average of 2,4%, which means there is very little contribution. This is due to the low public awareness in paying PBB in West Pasaman Regency. So that the realization of PBB is not always achieved. PBB is very influential in increasing PAD, but in fact the PBB is very low. Where it can be seen that the role of PBB on Economic Growth in West Pasaman Regency can be seen by the receipt of PAD. PAD funds will be allocated for smooth development.
