Abstract

This research aims: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of public service quality on the satisfaction of the people of Kubangsari Village partially. 2) To find out and analyze the influence of employee performance on the satisfaction of the people of Kubangsari Village partially. Kubangsari Village community partially. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline of Village Government Apparatus on Community Satisfaction in Kubangsari Village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, this research has a population of 6762 by taking as many samples as 99 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, a conclusion can be drawn where H1: Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Kubangsari Village Hall Office with a t-value of 4.011 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. H2: Employee Performance has a negative and insignificant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Balai Desa Kubangsari Office with a t-value of 0.495 > 1.661 and a significant value of 0.622 < 0.05. -count 4.914 > 1.661 and sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. H4: Service Quality, Employee Performance and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Kubangsari Village Hall Office with a value of F-count > F-table (45.010 > 2.697) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Every company must always strive to be able to produce effectively and efficiently by utilizing production factors to produce quality products of course and the production process is the core activity of a company. The company must have a management system that will make the company continue to improve and be better. The company is expected to operate in the long term. Companies whose main activities are producing goods must pay attention to things that support the smooth running of their production. Smooth production must be supported by the availability of raw materials which are one of the triggers for increased costs. A system that can be used to overcome a problem related to raw material inventory planning is the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The main purpose of MRP is to design a system that can produce information to take appropriate action related to purchasing or the production process. In addition, the author wants to know the effect of MRP on raw material inventory planning for Batik Putri Nderbolo Masaran Sragen. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the researcher concluded that the most efficient method applied in Batik Putri Nderbolo Masaran Sragen is Lot For Lor (LFL) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). From the results of the study, the total cost of the company's raw material inventory was Rp 9,102,274, which is greater than the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with the Lot For Lor (LFL) technique of Rp 1,061,544, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of Rp 7,167,522, and Period Order Quantity (POQ) of Rp 1,061,544.

Abstract

This research was conducted on transportation companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 - 2023 through the official IDX website. This study uses profitability ratios and market ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Dividend Payment Ratio (DPR). The purpose of this study was conducted to determine how influential Dividend Policy with the Dividend Payment Ratio (DPR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) metrics is on the Stock Return of transportation companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 - 2023. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative statistics by conducting descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing as a tool in data analysis. This research data comes from financial statements, namely income statements and changes in equity of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 - 2023. The results of the study partially both variables, namely Dividend Payment Ratio (DPR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have influence on Stock Returns. Abstract

The research was motivated by the fact that there were still errors in input in the application system tax resulting from miscalculation of PPh 4(2) at PT. Telkom Access the results of Fiscal Year observations 2023. The research objectives are 1) to find out the procedures for calculating, cutting, deposit, and reporting of Final Income Tax Article 4 (2) for PT construction services work. Telkom Access. 2) to find out whether there are differences in procedures implemented by PT.Telkom Access the provisions of tax regulations related to Final Income Tax Article 4 (2) above construction services work. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive analysis techniques. The population and research sample is PPh 4(2) transaction data for the 2023 Tax Year at PT. Telkom Access. The research results show that 1) Calculation procedures, deductions, payments and Final PPh 4(2) reporting implemented at PT. Telkom Access includes a) Process calculations and deductions; b) Reconciliation Process; c) Deposit/Payment Process; d) Process Reporting. 2) There are no significant differences regarding calculation procedures, deductions, deposit, and reporting of Final Income Tax 4 (2) for PT construction services work. Telkom Access with provisions of Final Income Tax regulations Article 4 (2) for construction services work. This means everything the procedure is in accordance with the regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, and job stress on employee turnover intention at CV. Berlian Sentosa Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees of CV Berlian Sentosa. The number of samples in this study were 31 employees of CV. Berlian Sentosa using saturated sample technique. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, while this research method used quantitative methods. The results showed that (H1) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with t count job satisfaction -2.211 < 2.04841 and sig. 0,035 < 0,05. (H2) Job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, namely with t count of job stress 4.705 > 2.04841 and the significance of the job stress variable 0.000 < 0.05. (H3) in the results of the F test is accepted with the value of F count 14,535> F table 3,340 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. In the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) with an R Square value of 0.509 which means Job Satisfaction and Job Stress have a contribution of 50.9% to Turnover Intention. Then the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is how personal branding can influence personal image with the perceptions of different generations. The development of increasingly sophisticated communication technology has brought major changes to human communication patterns. With the presence of YouTube and the content that is currently busy is culinary world content. Foodvlogger is the name for those who create content in the culinary field on YouTube. Images in the digital world are considered important because they appear to be homogeneous even though they are heterogeneous. Personal image is important for foodvloggers because they appear as individuals who are perceived by their audience. Personal branding that is built is something that can improve your image. The variety of generations that enjoy social media will be a problem in itself, with different generations because there are differences in perceived experiences, there will be differences in perception. This research was designed as a type of survey method where the goal was to test hypotheses. The focus is on explaining the relationships between variables which will ultimately be implemented for two different generations. The results can be discussed as differences in perceptions from generations Y and Z, but because the historical background and social life of the two generations are not too far apart, their assessments are also not too far apart. In other words, the personal branding and personal image of food vloggers are already well embedded in generations Y and Z. Where both generations can accept food vloggers well and see their activities on YouTube well too.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk for the period 2021-2023 using the Index Time Series method. PT. Adaro Energy Tbk is an integrated energy company that focuses on coal mining. The data analyzed comes from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method is quantitative non-statistical with a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample. Data analysis techniques include Time Series calculations by looking at the financial performance values of the Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability Ratios. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk In the period 2021-2023, the company's Current Ratio increased from 2.08% in 2021 to 2.17% in 2022, before decreasing slightly to 2.01% in 2023. Despite the decline, the company still has sufficient liquidity. Debt to Equity Ratio dropped significantly from 83.47% in 2021 to 41.33% in 2023, signaling the end of management in reducing debt. Profitability through Net Profit Margin (NPM) increased from 23.27% in 2021 to 30.75% in 2022, but decreased to 25.22% in 2023. The results of this study provide stakeholders with insight into the dynamics of the company's financial performance, as well as provide a good foundation for making financial decisions in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance at PT.Duta Indah Global Kencana. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Duta Indah Global Kencana totaling 56 people. The sampling technique used is using saturated samples. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Duta Indah Global Kencana. This study uses a quantitative method and the collected data is processed with SPSS 25. Data analysis techniques in this research use classical assumption tests, multiple regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that leadership and communication have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Globalization is a world development phenomenon where everything can be achieved instantly and makes things easier for humans in everything, whether in the use of technology or information obtained in gaining knowledge with just one click. However, in the 20th century, the development of this phenomenon became increasingly rapid and global. This is due to advances in technology and the ease with which information can be obtained via the internet which is used by almost all people in the world. Indonesian people take advantage of this phenomenon in distributing and introducing traditional Indonesian culture to foreign countries, especially South Korea. One of the Indonesian cultural products that can be exported is Indonesian batik which has been recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage.This research aims to analyze the impact of globalization on Indonesian batik export opportunities to South Korea. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The object of research is Indonesian batik which has successfully attracted the attention of the people in South Korea. This data was collected through interviews with local South Korean residents, observations, and literature studies.The research results show that globalization has had a positive impact on batik export opportunities in Indonesia. This can be seen from the increasing consumption of Indonesian products in South Korea and the interest of the South Korean people in learning Indonesian and its culture. Apart from that, through this research, other factors were found that influence the export opportunities of Indonesian batik to South Korea, including the quality of Indonesian batik, Indonesian and South Korean government policies, as well as the promotion of Indonesian batik in South Korea. Therefore, Indonesian business people need to take advantage of this opportunity to increase Indonesian batik exports to South Korea.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at Mutiara Women's Salon Jatibening Pondok Gede in 2024. To obtain data, the Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction instrument in the form of a questionnaire (Questionnaire) was used. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression which is processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis in the regression equation model, it is known that the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination test in the Mode Summary table, obtained an R Square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.450, which means that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 45%. So it can be concluded that the Service Quality variable has an influence of 45% on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. And another 55% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
