A leadership style that pays little attention to the fate of its members can lead to low employee performance. By understanding the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance, steps can be taken to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This study aims to determine whether Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) affect Employee Performance (Y) at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. This study used 51 respondents with quantitative methods. Data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. Sampling is done by non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Surakarta. And partially Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).

The e-commerce industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, but fierce competition and consumer demands require the adoption of advanced technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers a solution by enabling content personalisation, process automation and more accurate consumer behaviour prediction. This research, through an integrative literature review, found that AI can increase conversions and sales. However, challenges such as high costs, limited expertise, and ethical issues related to privacy and bias remain. Therefore, appropriate strategies and investment in workforce education are needed to maximise the benefits of AI in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modernisasi Administrasi Perpajakan, Pengetahuan, Pemahaman, Kesadaran dan Sanksi Perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan alat bantu uji statistik SmartPLS V.3.2.9 dan Microsoft Excel 2019. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa modernisasi administrasi perpajakan, pengetahuan, pemahaman, kesadaran dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

This study examines the optimization of conveyor belt usage in supporting passenger services at Syamsudin Noor International Airport, Banjarmasin. Conveyor belt is one of the important facilities in handling luggage that has a crucial role in accelerating the process of handling goods and reducing passenger waiting time. The less than optimal use of conveyor belts at Syamsudin Noor International Airport causes less than optimal passenger service, especially causing a buildup of passengers in the arrival terminal area. Therefore, the author conducted this research with the aim of finding out the causes of non-optimal use of conveyor belts at Syamsudin Noor Airport and the solutions that must be implemented to overcome them.This research was conducted from January 31 to February 10 2024 at Syamsudin Noor International Airport, Banjarmasin. This research uses qualitative research methods in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained from interviews conducted with 1 technical officer and 2 Terminal Service Officers. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research was obtained from literature reviews and journals related to this research. Qualitative data analysis techniques used include Data Reduction, Triangulation, and Drawing Conclusions. The research results show that optimizing and increasing conveyor belt capacity as well as implementing automatic monitoring and maintenance technology can reduce the risk of operational disruption and increase passenger satisfaction. This research also identifies solutions for terminal service area officers and mechanics to improve conveyor belt conditions that are not optimal, where the solutions suggested by the author include replacing rollers and pulleys, cleaning and lubricating components, and applying strengthening techniques.

Organizational commitment is an important concept in human resource management. Organizations that want to achieve success need to understand the factors that influence organizational commitment and implement strategies to increase the organizational commitment of their employees. so that it can provide great benefits for the performance and success of the organization as a whole. The type of research used is quantitative research, with primary data collection methods using questionnaires taken from 51 respondents who are employees of PT. Luttan Indonesia Store. The data collection technique for this research uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.27 software. Based on the research results, it is known that (1) Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Work Life Balance has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) Workload has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. The contribution of this research pays attention to Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, Workload and Organizational Commitment

This research aims to determine the influence of product and service quality on spare part purchasing decisions at PT. Apexindo Perkasa. The population in this study were all customers at PT. Apexindo Perkasa. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literatur study. The data analysis techniquen is quantitative. The results of this research show that there is no partial positive and significant effect between product quality on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.118, t value of 0.970 and significance value of 0.336; there is a partial positive and significant influence between service on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a regression coefficient value of 0.623, a calculated t value of 3.305 and a significance value of 0.002; there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between product quality and service on purchasing decisions, proven by The calculated f value is 45.570 and the significance value is 0.000. Purchasing decisions are influenced by product and service quality by 56.4% and the remaining 43.6 are influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Balai Kota Pariaman. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 63 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja. Dan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Disiplin kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja. Kemudian pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja. Dan Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara Disiplin kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja. Bahwa Kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi kerja.

The purpose of this study is to examine how service quality and product availability impact customer reviews on the TokoteknoPro e-commerce platform. Customer reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions in today's market. Customer perceptions and satisfaction are significantly influenced by two key factors: service quality and product availability. This research employed quantitative methods, using a survey distributed to one hundred active TokoteknoPro users to gather data. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to explore the relationship and impact between the independent variables—service quality and product availability—and the dependent variable, customer reviews. The findings reveal that both product availability and service quality positively and significantly affect customer reviews. Interestingly, service quality has a stronger influence compared to product availability. These results suggest that enhancing service quality, alongside ensuring adequate product availability, is crucial for increasing positive customer reviews on TokoteknoPro. The insights from this study can help TokoteknoPro's management develop more effective strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize customer reviews.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and employee work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia. The population of this research is employees of PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia which consists of 30 employees of PT. Vengoz Busana Indonesia Sample determination was taken using saturated samples. This research uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to PT employees. Vengoz Busana Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and the data collected is processed with SPSS 25. The results of the research show that partially the work environment influences employee job satisfaction with t count (6.767) > t table (2.048) with a significant value of 0.000<0.05, partially discipline work has an effect on employee job satisfaction with t count (3.059) > t table (2.048) with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. And simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a calculated F of 126.450 > F table of 3.35 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The pandemic and price competition are the main reasons why Logistics and Forwarding companies are approaching bankruptcy. This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return on Assets in Logistics and Forwarding Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Logistics and Forwarding Subsector companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing used is the T test and F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this test, it shows that partially the Current Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets. value (tcount 2.304 > 1.676) and value (significant 0.026 < 0.05) and the Debt To Equity Ratio variable do not have a positive and significant effect on the Return On Asset value (tcount 1.329 < 1.676) and the value is significant (0.190 > 0.05). Simultaneously, the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio have an effect on Return On Assets, the f value is 3.470 > 2.80) and value (significant 0.039 < 0.05)
