Abstract

Like a professional accountant, in carrying out the audit function, he is obliged to comply with the work code of ethics and audit financial statements through ethical norms or applicable auditing standards. In carrying out work, an accountant must ensure that every action taken is in line with established moral standards. This code of ethics is based on the goal of maintaining public confidence in high quality services, regardless of who is performing those services. including their expert practice, fraud auditors are also obliged to implement the rules and ethics that are of interest to them, as a manifestation of the public's confidence in the integrity of the accounting profession. While performing all phases of a fraud audit, fraud auditors must still adhere to the applicable ethical rules. Basically, they must demonstrate an attitude of diligence and honesty in carrying out audit tasks to ensure objective and accountable results.

Abstract

An organization is a setting where individuals can unite and work together to accomplish shared goals, vision, and mission. A company's human resources (HR) play a major role in its success, and having talented employees can offer the organization a competitive edge. The ability of both individuals and groups to collaborate, communicate, and maintain discipline has a significant impact on an organization's effectiveness. Extracurricular activities by employees, such supporting colleagues and upholding work ethics, also help the company reach its objectives. To inspire and guide subordinates to collaborate in the face of difficulties, effective leadership is required. Ability, motivation, and interest all affect employee performance, which is also impacted by company culture, which reflects common standards and values. Employee performance and business success can both be enhanced by a positive corporate culture.

Abstract

Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is a free trade agreement involving 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including 10 ASEAN member states as well as partners such as China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Signed in November 2020, RCEP is one of the largest trade agreements in the world, covering around 30% of the global population and world GDP. For ASEAN countries, RCEP has important objectives, including improving market access, reducing tariffs and trade barriers, and strengthening economic integration. This agreement is expected to have a significant positive impact on the economy and trade in ASEAN, by driving economic growth through increased trade and investment, creating jobs, and improving people's welfare. In addition, RCEP also enables economic diversification by providing access to new markets, thus reducing dependence on traditional markets. By harmonizing standards and regulations, RCEP can increase the competitiveness of products from ASEAN countries in the global market, thus strengthening their position in the world economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital, minimum wages and workforce on the economic growth of the industrial sector in Gunung Sitoli City in 2018-2022. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Gunung Sitoli City Manpower Office. The results of the study indicate that human capital and workforce have a significant effect on the economic growth of the industrial sector, while the minimum wage does not have a significant effect. The condition of human capital in Gunung Sitoli City can be assessed based on several main indicators such as education level, workforce skills, and access to training and development of abilities. 2022 is a period in which Gunungsitoli City shows efforts to improve worker welfare through adjustments to the UMK, but still faces challenges in creating sufficient jobs to absorb the growing workforce. This study contributes to the development of local economic policies and human resource development strategies in Gunung Sitoli City.

Abstract

Market aspects analyze market potential, competition intensity, achievable market share, and marketing strategies that can be implemented to reach the desired market share. Through this analysis, business ideas can be effectively channeled to align with market needs and demands. The success of financial performance often depends on market and marketing capabilities, operations, accounting, human resources, and other functions. In the past, before marketing knowledge developed and became widely recognized as it is today, companies prioritized producing as much as possible before attempting to sell their products.In such circumstances, they ignored existing demand conditions, resulting in many producers experiencing failures and ongoing losses because production quantities did not align with market demand.

Abstract

Financial reports are tools that provide information on the financial position, performance, and changes in the financial position of a company that are beneficial for many users in making economic decisions so that the financial performance of their business can grow. This study aims to determine how the implementation of SAK EMKM is in the HN Cake business. This type of research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the NH Cake business has not fully implemented SAK EMKM in its business, the bookkeeping carried out is only based on cash in and cash out.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UMKM Pisang Keju Sukodono, which operates in the food industry. The study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production as a basis for determining the selling price using the variable costing method. The data used in this research consists of qualitative data obtained from primary and secondary sources. The results show that calculating the cost of production using the variable costing method provides a more structured guideline for determining the selling price of UMKM Pisang Keju Sukodono's products.

This study aims to analyze various forms of government intervention in export activities in Indonesia, and assess their impact on the country's economy. In the context of ever-changing international trade, the Indonesian government is faced with a major challenge in maintaining economic stability, one of which is through export policy. This study shows how government intervention affects export performance, as well as identifying the consequences that arise after the implementation of such policies.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online branding strategy for Rawon Kluwek Surabaya through the creation of creative content to enhance the product's competitiveness in the culinary market. Through this community service activity, business owners were trained in techniques for creating engaging visual content, managing social media, and implementing storytelling to strengthen brand image. The results of this activity show that business owners experienced an improvement in their skills in producing more professional product photos and videos, as well as in managing their social media accounts more effectively. Increased interaction and engagement from consumers on social media demonstrate that creative content successfully attracted a wider audience, which in turn contributed to improving the product's competitiveness. Based on the evaluation conducted, this activity has had a positive impact on strengthening Rawon Kluwek Surabaya’s position in an increasingly competitive market. However, there are still challenges in maintaining consistent content production, which requires further attention to ensure the sustainability of this branding strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Ownership Structure, Company Characteristics on Company Value with Company Financial Performance as an Intervening Variable. This study is a Quantitative Descriptive study using a statistical data analysis method based on Smart PLS4, using a Purposive Sampling Sample Selection Technique where researchers chose to focus research on Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022. Producing 5 hypotheses and one of them shows a positive and significant effect, namely the effect of Capital Structure on Ownership Structure.
