Abstract

This study determine the effect of price and service quality on purchasing decisions at Kedai Belikopi, Mojosongo Branch. The data used is primary data from answers to questionnaires given to customers of Kedai Belikopi Mojosongo Branch. This study uses a quantitative methodology. The research analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis of two independent variables and one dependent variable. The results showed that both service quality and price had a significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Kedai Belikopi, Mojosongo Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan minat beli Playstation 4, menjelaskan lebih detail tentang produk Playstation 4 dengan memperhatikan dimensi kualitas produk., dan membandingkan kualitas produk Playstation 4 terhadap kualitas produk lainnya yang sejenis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu studi literatur, jumlah jurnal atau artikel yang dianalisis berjumlah 5 jurnal. Data tersebut digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dimensi kualitas produk terhadap minat beli Playstation 4. Hasil penelitian memperoleh kualitas produk dapat meningkatkan minat beli pada produk Playstation. Hal tersebut tercermin dari hasil indikator kualitas produk mengenai model, teknologi, daya tahan, bagi suatu pembelian. Kualitas produk berdampak kepada kepuasan konsumen, sehingga konsumen tidak ragu untuk membeli. Hal tersebut mempunyai dampak positif bagi suatu produk, karena bisa meningkatkan minat beli dari pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh kepada minat beli.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to classify regencies and cities in Southeast Sulawesi province based on poverty indicators. The method used is descriptive quantitative using cluster analysis with SPSS software. The data used is secondary data originating from BPS in the form of cross-sectional data for 2022 which consists of the poverty depth index, the percentage of poor people and the poverty severity index. Based on the results of the analysis, poverty at the district and city levels in the province of Southeast Sulawesi is divided into 3 groups. Group 1 consists of the city of Kendari and the city of Bau-Bau. Group 2 consists of Buton Regency, Muna Regency, Kolaka Regency, South Konawe Regency, Bombana Regency, Wakatobi Regency, East Kolaka Regency, West Muna Regency, Central Buton Regency and South Buton Regency. Group 3 consists of Konawe Regency, North Kolaka Regency, North Buton Regency, North Konawe Regency and Konawe Archipelago Regency. Based on cluster analysis, regencies and cities that have the highest poverty are in group 3, moderate poverty is in group 2 and the lowest poverty is in group 1

Abstract

The goal of the study is to ascertain how investing decisions are impacted by financial literacy. The investment activity of investing produces revenue both now and in the future. Investors should research and comprehend the greatest investments before making a decision. To avoid being duped, most consumers lack basic investment knowledge. As a result, those who are financially literate may prevent mistakes and comprehend the dangers involved. The research method uses inferential statistics in a quantitative way. Instrument tests, such as the traditional assumption test and the basic linear regression test with partial test (t-test), were used to conduct data analytic procedures. The investigation' findings demonstrate that financial literacy significantly and favorably affects investing choices, This demonstrates that a person can invest more easily and understandably the more financially literate they are.

Abstract

Halal and haram transactions in the capital market are only part of the picture; it is also important to consider how markets can be shariah-compliant—that is, how they can be used to further the Islamic economic mission—by Muslims. Especially in the investment sector. Millennials are currently experiencing a major shift in their prevailing investment motivation, moving away from viewing investment solely as a tool for material gain or higher levels of personal development to also seeing it as a path to spiritual fulfillment. Many people believe that the prevalence of speculation in traditional investment strategies has contributed to various global economic crises. In this case, we must pay close attention to Maqashid al-shariah which is an examination of Allah SWT's purpose in establishing law. The rule of law imposed on Muslim communities is an effort to improve their quality of life. In this case, it is practiced in the context of Islamic economics that all economic activities are prohibited.

Abstract

The classic and complex problem that plagues the world of business and work is compensation. As is well known, one of the main factors influencing the improvement of employee performance is proper compensation given by companies or government agencies to their employees or employees. Indonesian labor law already regulates compensation. The government, through the Ministry of Manpower, continues to emphasize all companies and government agencies in Indonesia to comply with and implement the laws of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Employees at the Remu market Environmental Protection and Management Service in Sorong, Southwest Papua, are the subject of this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which compensation can improve employee performance. 26 market cleaning employees were the subject of the quantitative research conducted. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of to test the impact of Covid-19 on the company's financial performance pharmacy listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that can accessed through the website (www.idx.co.id). The population in this study were all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 12 companies. The sample used in this study were 11 companies in the 2018-2021 period.The research method uses quantitative methods, the data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Analysis of the data using a paired sample mean difference test Paired Sample Test using the SPSS application, and financial performance measurement using profitability ratios. Profitability ratios consist of Net Profit Margin, Rate of Return on Assets, and Return on Equity. The results showed that there was no significant difference to the financial performance of the profitability ratios of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX both before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the share of education and health expenditure on the Human Development Index (HDI) in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan provinces. The panel data regression analysis is employed using the IPM data from 2013 to 2020 and government expenditure shares in the education and health sectors across 23 districts/cities in the two provinces. The analysis reveals that the share of education and health expenditure significantly affects the HDI, while per capita income does not have a direct impact on the HDI. In conclusion, it is recommended to increase budget allocations for education and reassess the utilization of health expenditure to ensure a positive impact on the HDI. Other suggestions include considering other factors influencing the HDI, conducting further studies, and involving communities in the development process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of regional original income and profit-sharing funds on economic growth and development index in East Kutai Regency. The analysis tool used is path analysis. The data used is secondary data in 2005-2023. The results of path analysis 1, Local Own Revenue has no effect on economic growth, while Profit Sharing Funds have a negative and significant effect on economic growth and Regional Own Revenue and Revenue Sharing Funds have an effect simultaneously on economic growth. Results of path 2 analysis, Regional Own Revenue has no effect on the human development index, profit sharing has a negative and significant effect on the human development index, and economic growth has no effect on the human development index as well as Local Own Revenue and Profit Sharing Funds as well as economic growth simultaneously influencing the Human Development Index, Indirectly Original Income Regions do not affect the Human Development Index through economic growth, while Revenue Sharing Funds indirectly affect the Human Development Index through economic growth
