Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and capital working turnover on profitability in trading companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2019.This can be a consideration for the company to improve company’s performance and also investors as one of the factor in making decision to invest. The population consisted of 27 companies with the sample technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were companies that met the criteria, there were 8 companies with 40 data. The data is collected using secondary data which is taken through the official website www.idx.co.id and processed using SPSS application (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. Based on the results, simultaneous inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and working capital turnover has an influence on profitability. Meanwhile, inventory turnover and capital working turnover partially do not have a significant effect on profitability of retail trading sub-sector trading companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of packaging design on implusive buying behavior. This research uses the quantitative approach to explain the connection between two variables, with aims to know: 1) The effect of packaging design on implusive buying behavior. 2) How much the packaging design affect on implusive buying behavior. This research examines the effect of Mentos products at Indomaret Jalan Antara. The data was collected through questionnaires filled out by implusive buyers of Mentos candy. A total of 100 respondents are examined using non-probability sampling. The data analysis used simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test. The result of research showed that: 1) The packaging design has positive significant affect on implusive buying behavior. 2) Packaging design has impluisive buying behavior about 12,5%. Based on the results of research that has been done, reseracher suggest the packaging design is an important thing on marketing aspect.

Abstract

The importance of this study is discussed to determine the intensity of purchases resulting from cafe-relevant value, as well as the impact of brand awareness through e-wom. Two hundred forty-six respondents were used as coffee lovers in cafes, most used questionnaires and interviews as data collection methodologies. This study analyzed data from e-WOM-mediated path analysis on purchase intention using SEM-PLS multiple path analysis. The research findings have a positive relationship between cafe relevant value and brand awareness in influencing e-wom and a direct positive contribution between café-relevant value and brand awareness on purchase intention. So, it is proven that e-wom has the potential to increase the intensity of coffee purchases in cafes.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the corporation policies, physical and non-physical work environment factors, obstacles and solutions which was faced and carried out made in the creation of a conducive working environment at BOB PT Bumi Siak Pusako-Pertamina Hulu. This research was held at the BOB PT Bumi Siak Pusako-Pertamina Hulu, Zamrud on September 2019. The results of this research indicate that in creating a conducive working environment the corporation makes policies such as the corporation's policy on occupational safety and health, make policies for employees enters at 07.00 until 05.00 pm and enters 10 on/off days, provide counselling related to work environment issues, adherence to the Corporation Regulations, and adherence to the work standards that had been outlined in the SOP.  Cleanliness, room area and lighting, room temperature, health facilities, sports, worship facilities, and libraries were included in discussions of physical work environment factors, moreover, about non-physical environment factors such as relationship of superiors with subordinates and relationships between employees.  There are obstacles like job exchanges that must be explained in detail, workers from outside the area so they do not have to travel from home to work, government regulations that alter profit every day.  To resolve the issue, we arranged to meet more frequently, tried to rest at the guesthouse, and complied with government regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the benefits, consumer knowledge, and promotion of interest using e-money in Bengkali city. Type of research is quantitative associative research which aims to see: The effect of benefits on the interest using e-money, the effect of consumer knowledge on use of e-money, the effect of promotion on interest using e-money, the influence of dominant influence from the effect of appropriate benefits, consumer knowledge, and promotion on interest using e-money. The population this study of Bengkalis city. Sampling selected based on population elements whose data easily obtained by researchers. Data analysis used was multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing the T test and F test. The researcher suggests the providers and their supporting factors for e-money; increase the number of merchants to serve e-money users, increase number of advertisements to increase the e-money users, cooperate with SMEs order to become new trend of transaction tools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the purchase intention of Alfamart Private Label products in Bengkalis. This type of research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. Associative causal research is research that aims to determine the effect between two or more variables. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study was the entire Bengkalis community who had purchased private label Alfamart products. The sample in this study was 100 people. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is associative statistical analysis, classical assumptions, correlation and regression analysis. With a determination coefficient of 0.705, so that product quality and price influence the purchase intention of Alfamart private label products by 70.5%, while the remaining 29.5% is not influenced by other factors examined in this study. The results showed that to determine the effect of product quality on the purchase intention of private label Alfamart products partially, the effect of price on purchase intentions of private label Alfamart products partially, the effect of product quality and price on purchase intentions of private label Alfamart Bengkalis products simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, utilization of e-commerce, and intellectual capital on the performance of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study is primary data, with a questionnaire as an instrument. The method used for sample selection is the non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the total MSMEs in Pekanbaru City affected by COVID-19 was 7888. The research sample was 100 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 26.0. The results show that only innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, and utilization of e-commerce affect MSMEs performance.  This research has contributed to MSMEs improving their performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what Kinds of Culinary ,characteristics ,creativity, and the Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) approach. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with the object of research on MSME players. The sampling technique of this study used a stratified random sample method with a total of 40 samples. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation and interview methods. The results of this study 50% of MSME players are 41-50 years old, 47,5% MSME players have a high school background as their last education, 27.5% have been in business for 1-2 years. Based on the SCP approach, the culinary business model in Bengkalis City  is independent, MSME players in Bengkalis City set prices looking at price information from competitors, in promotion tools 75% of MSME players put in stalls and the performance of MSME players is 32.5% monthly income ranges from IDR 2.000.000 - IDR 5.000.000

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and how much the influence of brand image, brand ambassador, and price on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products in Riau partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative methods. Data collection technique used online questionnaires and literature study with a sample of 97 people. The value of each independent variable is 2,888 for brand image; 2,135 for brand ambassador and 5,708 for price, meanwhile the value of t table is 1.986 that’s mean the brand image, brand ambassador, and price has significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination is 0,420 or 42%, which means the influence of the independent variable (brand image, brand ambassador, and price) on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) is 42% while the remaining 58% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
