Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in corporate tax payments payable before and after the fiscal reconciliation of commercial financial statements. By carrying out a fiscal reconciliation, the company can then make financial reports in accordance with applicable tax regulations. In the research conducted, the authors analyzed the data using quantitative and descriptive methods. To obtain the data needed in this writing, the authors carried out data collection activities by means of interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of this study conclude that there is a difference between profit according to commercial and fiscal. This difference occurs because corrections are made to costs and income.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to obtain a clear picture of the Influence of Customer Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, KCP Pasar Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The research was conducted starting in July 2022 by working directly at Bank BCA Pasar Tanah Abang, Jakarta. The method used to analyze data from research results is to use qualitative and quantitative methods. Providing services is a good step in increasing customer satisfaction, in line with Bank Central Asia's objectives. To analyze the relationship between the variable service stages (X) and customer satisfaction (Y), namely knowing the strength or weakness of the relationship between factor X (Service Stages) and factor Y (Customer Satisfaction), then multiple regression efficient analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficients are used. multiple correlation, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. From the results of the regression calculation Y = 7.9 – 0.63 X1 + 1.2 X2 means that if X1 and X2 = 0, then customer satisfaction is 7.9. From the results of the correlation analysis, the value of r = 0.69 shows that there is a strong and positive relationship between ATM services and customer satisfaction by 48% while other factors are 52%. From the analysis of the t test, between stage services and ATM services obtained + count 4.91 <t table 2.05 means that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected, meaning that stage services and ATM services have a relationship with customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Transportasi udara di Indonesia memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam melakukan aktivitas perpindahan baik itu barang maupun manusia. Sebelum diterapkanya bagasi berbayar maskapai di Indonesia banyak yang memberikan pelayanan bagasi secara gratis, namun sejak diterbitkan peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Skep 302 pasal v pada tahun 2011 maskapai dengan kategori LCC (Low Cost Carier) seperti Lion Air dan Wings Air di susul anak usaha Garuda Grup, yaitu Citilink Indonesia mulai menerapkan sistem baru dengan menerapkan bagasi berbayar yang awalnya tanpa biaya tambahan dan sekarang harus membayar mulai dari hitungan 20 kg. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian kuantitatif dengan gambaran strategi yang dipilihan sebagai informasi penting dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penumpang maskapai wings air di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Pada sampel yang berjumlah sebesar 100 responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS statistics 21 & 26 . Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bagasi Berbayar Pada Maskapai WingsAir terhadap minat Penumpang Di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Dan untuk mengatahui Seberapa besar pengaruh bagasi berbayar pada Maskapai Wings Air terhadap Minat penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang. Dan untuk mengatahui Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan HO di tolak yang menyatakan Bagasi Berbayar Terhadap Minat Penumpang Maskapai Wings Air Di Bandar Udara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Besar pengaruh variabel Bagasi Berbayar Terhadap Minta Penumpang Maskapai Wings Air dapat dilihat dari uji koefisien determinasi bahwa koefisien korelasi (R)sebesar 0,875 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independenterhadap variabel dependen karena nilai R mendekati angka 1. Hal itu menunjukkan semakin besar naliai X maka semakin besar pula nilai Y .nilai R2 sebesar 0,766 yang berarti 76% kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi variabel bagasi berbayar. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa bagasi berbayar yang dirasakan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap minat penumpang maskapai wings Air di bandar udara ahmad yani semarang.Dalam 100 responden 76% sangat pengaruh bagasi berbayar.24% sangat tidak pengaruh bagasi berbayar terhadap minat penumpang maskapai wings air.

Abstract

penerbangan dilaksanakan secara aman dan selamat sesuai dengan rencana penerbangan. Keselamatan merupakan prioritas utama dalam dunia penerbangan, tidak ada kompromi dan toleransi. Secara aturan undang-undang untuk menunjang keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, salah satu unit yang sangat berperan penting dalam hal ini adalah unit Aviation Security (Peraturan Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor : SKEP/2765/XXII/2010 Bab 1 butir 9). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengamanan di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak dapat sesuai standard operating procedure serta sistem kerja unit Aviation Security dalam melakukan pengamanan dalam menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yaitu pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dilapangan, sedangkan data sekunder yaitu sumber data yang tidak langsung seperti foto-foto, dokumen SOP, benda-benda dan lain sejenisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengamanan di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak yang dilakukan oleh unit Avsec terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) dan prosedur kerja yang telah ditetapkan yaitu mulai dari pemeriksaan dokumen perjalanan (identitas) penumpang atau bukan penumpang pada Security Check Point 1, kemudian screening bagasi pada Security Check Point 2 menggunakan X-Ray untuk mendeteksi terangkutnya barang berbahaya pada pesawat udara, mengarahkan penumpang atau bukan penumpang untuk melewati pintu atau gawang WTMD (Walk Through Metal Detctor), kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan badan penumpang (body search) menggunakan alat detector (Hand Held Metal Detector) secara manual serta melakukan patroli rutin di wilayah bandara termasuk pagar parimeter. Sistem kerja unit Avsec menggunakan sistem shift, yaitu shift pagi dan shift malam dan dilengkapi dengan peralatan pendukung seperti mesin X-Ray, HHMD, WTMD, EDS, HT serta kendaraan patrol, kemudian unit Avsec juga membuat Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) kerja, yang mana SOP tersebut merupakan turunan dari KM 211 Tahun 2020 tentang Program Pengamanan Penerbangan Nasional dengan maksud sebagai implementasi dan acuan personel di lapangan.

Abstract

Oversight of flight safety at Supadio Pontianak Airport is the duty and responsibility of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. The most important thing for the smooth running of Apron Movement Control (AMC) operational activities on the air side is the availability of sufficient human resources or personnel so that supervision on the air side can be carried out optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the need for human resources and the scope of supervision of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel at Supadio Pontianak Airport. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The data that has been obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data in this study include interviewers with Apron Movement Control (AMC) documents and literature studies. Based on the research results it is known that in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit still lacks personnel. Tasks that are still not handled optimally, namely supervision of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) vehicles, and Grond Handling personnel, as well as recording of flight data, so what many violations occur because the focus of Apron Movement Control (AMC) personnel is focused on service aerobridge operation.

Abstract

Banyuwangi International Airport is one of the airports in Indonesia that implements the concept of green building , where building details refer to structures and use environmentally responsible processes and efficient resources throughout the building cycle by emphasizing on architectural works that are not only able to provide physical needs but also consider environmental needs. With the implementation of the green building concept , it does bring many positive effects to the environment, but on the other hand, this concept also has a negative impact on the comfort of service users. This research was conducted to find out whether there is influence and how much influence is related to the application of the green building concept to the comfort of service users at the Banyuwangi international airport terminal. This study used quantitative research methods with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study show that: 1) the concept of green building influences the comfort of service users at the Banyuwangi international airport terminal. 2) The concept of green building influences the comfort of service users at the Banyuwangi international airport terminal by 66.6%.

Abstract

Abstract. Cleaning service officers must provide satisfaction and comfort for service users because service is very influential on the image and quality at Yogyakarta International Airport. This study aims to determine whether the service of cleaning service officers affects service user satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research is a quantitative study using purposive sampling, with a sample size of 100 passengers measured using the Slovin formula. The data collection process using questionnaires, documentation and data analysis used is simple linear regression, T test and coefficient of determination then processing the data using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the cleaning service officer service variable has a significant effect on service user satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport with a sig value (0.000 <0.05) and has a T count (16.366) > T table (1.660). Then the results of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.732, this means that the influence of cleaning service officers on service user satisfaction is 73.2%.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits di kelas VIII MTs Babussalam Besilam menjadi mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik. Hasil ulangan harian rata-rata nilainya di bawah standar ketuntasan dimana dari 23 siswa yang mendapat nilainya diatas KKM 70, karena guru kurang menggunakan metode dan media dalam proses belajar mengajar sehinggga mengakibatkan rendahnya minat hasil belajar siswa dalam membaca Al-Quran. Oleh karena itu guru harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran siswa di MTs Babussalam Besilam. Penelitian ini menggunakan media Gadget dalam pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits, dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan membaca Al-Quran siswa dengan menggunakan Gadget di kelas VIII MTs Babussalam Besilam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, selanjutnya tes kemampuan membaca Al-Quran.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aktivitas guru pada siklus dikategorikan (baik) yaitu dengan nilai 75,51 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi (baik sekali) dengan nilai 91,66. (2) Adapun aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dikategorikan (baik) yaitu dengan nilai 79,50. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi (baik sekali) dengan nilai 87,07. (3) Hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam membaca Al- Quran mengalami peningkatan dengan penggunaan Gadget, yaitu pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 73,91 dan meningkat pada siklus II yaitu menjadi 91,30.

Abstract

Every leader has a leadership style that is different from one another. Viewpoints on certain issues become individual leadership capacities. It is undeniable that being a leader must be responsible and have a heavy and influential role. However, everything can be overcome if he uses tactics and strategies according to the situation. The principal is a person who plays an important role in the education process, because the progress of a school depends on the existence of the principal who acts as a leader. The relationship between the principal and the teacher is very important to run an Educational Institution properly. Good cooperation between school principals and teachers can have a positive impact on student academic achievement because it creates a conducive learning atmosphere. Through the right leadership style, the principal must always provide work motivation to teachers so they can maximize teacher performance in learning.

Abstract

In the midst of the onslaught of global culture, nationalism is a fundamental issue. To awaken the spirit of nationalism in the younger generation, it is necessary to instill exemplary values. This is very important because, without being based on a sense of nationalism, the spirit to work, unite, and achieve the goals of developing the country will never be achieved. This research uses literature study research methods. A sense of nationalism is very important for Indonesia's young generation to be able to become an advanced nation, a modern nation, a safe, peaceful, just and prosperous nation in the midst of globalization which is increasingly challenging the Indonesian state. As a nation and state among other nations in the world, it requires a high identity of nationalism from its citizens, especially among the younger generation of Indonesia. The spirit of nationalism is still needed by the existence of the Indonesian nation and state. High nationalism from citizens or the younger generation will make positive and best behavior for the nation and state. In the current era of globalization there are several tendencies to diminish the spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. This can be seen from a number of benchmarks, namely the lack of appreciation of the younger generation for native Indonesian culture, patterns and lifestyles of westernized youth, and so on. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have an intensive and continuous movement in the world of education related to instilling a sense of nationalism in students from elementary to tertiary levels which must be carried out by teachers and lecturers in a way that respects and is proud of the original Indonesian culture.
